I don't think spouse can claim any share in ancestral properties. In US one spouse has to buy out the property from other since both are listed as owners but in India I just read that spouse has no claim if the property isn't in their name. Wife only gets settlement. Also in this day and age, doubt any rich person will marry without prenup or Naga might be a trust fund baby. Buying/putting in trust helps in case there is a divorce in US, maybe same in India.

Is there any news from his side? All PR/ Ex BF chatter is from her side.

Just a old news : Do you remember sumanth and keerthi reddy marriage.. the marriage came as surprise and divorce after just 3 months even a big shock but no statement released by both parties. At that time keerthi reddy was doing BW projects, known name than Sam in BW at that time but not even BW posted any article on them.

I am not sure about reasons but during divorce counseling chay refused to reconsider the marriage. My friend who present at court during that time for her divorce heard from other lawyers.. she told me.. from her only I came to know about Sam and chay divorcing filing and court hearing news ...

This is so sad😭 never saw this coming. Didn't know much about them earlier but one of my friend was Samantha's fan and she used to talk a lot about them, so watched some of their movies and some videos here and there.

Even though personality wise both are quite different, They genuinely looked happy together❤️ this really came as a shock. Even when rumours were doing round I thought it was really nothing, just speculations by media butjust a few months back they seemed to be fine, wonder what went wrong💔

Is it so?😲 wonder what went so wrong between them. They knew each other for such a long time. They seemed to be just fine a few months back

Moreover, their wedding seemed like fairytale and this was one couple I hoped would not separate💔

It seems like you are well-aware of the south flim industry. What do you think why did they take this extreme step? I was reading somewhere on the internet that Chaitanya might be having an extra-marital affair. Do you think it is true ? What is Chaitanya's image in south industry? I always thought Chaitanya is husband material, a mature person, in comparison to Samantha. For me they were always my YMC couple, Karthik and Jessy who got married. To be honest with this separation announcement I am deeply hurt, they looked so much in love. Considering their decade-long friendship, I really hoped that they would be able to come out of this situation. 💔

This is so true. I too thought Chaitanya was very mature and as you said a husband material. He seems go be an introvert, calm but seemed to be very loving towards Sam.

Usually I don't ship celebrities and don't bother about what happens off-screen but these two genuinely seemed happy. It made me root for them. After watching them so happy, this split news seems so weird

I too read about speculations of affair, also read somewhere Sam's career might be the reason but then all are just speculations, only they would know the truth. Honestly was hoping they would deny all the rumours of them getting separated but when they confirmed it was quite heart breaking💔
