till the time women wld be considered as mere sex sedating objects, things wld never ever change, hell to me that woman wld be hundred thousand times more respectable who even though might have slept with HUNDRED men but in her work, in her deeds is honest and sincere and compassionate, as compared to a beautiful, fragile virgin who just obeys and surrenders to her husband but behind all her timidness is a manipulative b@@@h...sleeping with number of men, being touched by number of men SHOULDN'T DEFINE THE AMOUNT OF OUR IZZAT FOR GOD'S SAKE!1!

So true dear
Tabhi to that socialist said that "yadi sadak pe chalta hua kutta aapko kaat le to kya aapki izzat chali jaati hai?" I truly agree to her n Izzat defines purity of thoughts, respect towards elders & moreover a true valued life 😊

It's high time that men stop treating women as trash. And,the society too should stop degrading a rape victim instead they should join hands and help the victim to fight and punish the culprit.

And the topic of PROPER JUDGEMENT !!! it is also in our hands ..like Aamir said for this we need to change ways of thinking and force the higher authority ..it is us who made them !!!! unless change won't happen .. and JUST giving them punishment is not the solution also .. u can give punishment to how many ppl when about 80% cases are not even registered?

Half of the victims don't register a case because they are abused in the court. And,again and again they accuse the victim and not the culprit. They are made to look like a characterless person. So,how do you expect the victims to out of their shell? Accepting a few who are ready to face the wrath of these corrupted politicians.

I just wanted to post exactly what you said!
Your thinking is really good!👏Love it! Agree 100%

Its not the system!
It is us! We are the cause of all this. We make the system. It is us who look down on rape victims and make them feel like their life is over, they have committed the crime, they are at fault and they deserve it somehow.
We should be so ashamed. People in other countries now look down at our people because of this.
We lack compassion towards our fellow humans. Not only men but women too make women suffer.
This episode has taught me a lot.
Brilliantly researched episode.
I will change myself before changing others. Change comes first from within.

Agree with you. We should first change ourselves and then think about changing others.

Shwets.. agree with you. entire system is responsible. But for me, saddest part was medical treatment! never imagined that even in hospital some girls had to bear torture.
I appalud Amir for this effort. I am a huge fan of Amir after SMJ as a person. I don't mind how much he charges, but for the fact that he is taking an initiative, is what makes him stand out from the rest! I got to know so many facts which I wasn't aware through SMJ.
And I know I am not in India, but given a chance, I would like to contribute one day to help someone if I could. Thanks to the team, who came with one center treatment for Rape cases. I wish that gets applied in all of India. And, a huge applaud to lady & her husband.
SMJ starts with issue, spread lights about other factors affecting it, but never leaves you at that. They show solutions & efforts of the people who worked towards making a chnage. And, then survivors to make others victims strong enough to fight. That's how A show should be. You feel sad, you cry but at the end.. you feel proud of survivors & look towards bringing a change through the solutions mentioned! that how I felt for how the Rape issue was handled in SMJ's episode. Thanks to the team.
