Priyanka goes to vihaan's office to reprimand both of them, but finds them desperately trying to show her that they are working. Arushi begins to leave, when priyanka points out to learn to eat properly and wipe her face. Arushi and vihaan are shocked, while priyanka warns them and leaves.
Outside, she reprimands the office people also for wasting their time. the peon says that they are just happy for arushi and vihaan. She scolds him that he is a mere peon, and should stay within his limits. Arushi is shocked, while the peon is hurt. They all discuss how brutal priyanka is. Arushi later, comes back with a drink. Arushi comforts the peon , and praises him. People point out how nice she is. Employees start comparing arushi to priyanka, pointing out how friendly she is, and that she should have succeeded Nilima and not priyanka. She smiles and she gets scared when she finds priyanka standing in front of her. She fires the peon. All are shocked. Priyanka leaves.
Employees turn to vihaan complaining abt Priyanka and tells him that they r gonna resign too. Arushi and vihaan become tensed and go to priyanka, who refuses and is adamant on finding a new peon. vihaan asks her to go and apologise to the peon. Priyanka says that they can keep the peon, but she will not apologise to him. Arushi is tensed. Employees start questioning to vihaan abt priyanka's apology. Vihaan tells that Priyanka doesnt want the peon to leave. They point out that she didnt apologise. Arushi also stands with them, saying that she wants keep her professional and personal lives apart. But the peon asks them not to fight for him as he already forgave her. Employees also agree to resume the work.
Harpreet finds mini watching a boy pictures on a site. She informs this to geeta and dadi, who gets highly excited. Mini reprimands them and informs them thatb he is school friend who got in touch with her through a social metworking site. Dadi becomes amused nad wants to open an account for herself too. But mini disagrees but Dadi is determined to open an account too.
Kasturi and dadaji are very happy abt girish's new job. Girish comes in with torn clothes. Dadaji and kasturi ask him about the interview, and girish lies to them that he got the job. When Kasturi asks about his dirty clothes,he makes an excuse. He wonders to himself as to how much longer can he carry on the burden of this lie.
