Satrangi Sasural 19th February 2015 Written Update

Vihaan calls up Rosanne and she tells him that Arushi is not interested in branded items. Vihaan tells her to take Arushi to the showroom where the items will be at a discounted rate and she must not worry.

Aarushi's father is deciding about the menu. Her father shows them the money and says that Vihaan sent five lakh rupees. Dadaji is agitated and asks why he took money from Vihaan. Her father reveals that Vihaan told him, Arushi won't take anyone's help and if he ever considered him as his son then he should take the money. Dadaji tells him to send the money back. The mother says they shouldn't return the money like that. However Arushi must not know about it.

Arushi tells Vihaan about the various items she purchased at discounted rates. He and Arushi are discussing their plans about the marriage. Vihaan asks about her favourite destination is. She says it doesn't matter but Vihaan persuades her and she finally says Turkey.

Arushi returns home and is stunned to see the money. Dadaji says these are his savings. Arushi refuses to accept it but Dadaji says it's his money and he can spend it however he wants. Next day, the tailor arrives at their house to take measurements since Vihaan's mothers want her to wear something of their choice. Arushi says she will wear the outfit her mother chose for her and decides to talk to Vihaan but her mother explains that she can wear the outfit selected by her during the mehendi. Her mother-in-law wants Arushi to wear what they chose.

The mothers are talking about Arushi's choice of ornaments. Daadi is happy as Arushi seems to be a humble person but still she cannot let Vihaan marry her. She calls up and Arushi and tells her to come home. Arushi arrives and Daadi talks about the jewelery she selected. Arushi says she belongs to a lower middle class family and hence she doesn't want any expensive items. Dadi says she needs to change her preferences. If she cannot do it then she should inform them in advance. Narmada and the others are stunned. Daadi says she has to learn their style of living. Vihaan is worried.

Dadi says Arushi must remember that she will be the bahu of Vatsal household. Daadi feels that atleast now Arushi will step behind, but Arushi promises that she will work hard and prove that she is capable of being Arushi Vatsal. Dadi walks away and Narmada apologises for everything. Arushi doesn't mind and says that Dadi has full rights to say whatever she wants. Vihaan is sad and goes to Dadi's room. She tells him not to speak if he's here for Arushi. Vihaan just holds a glass of water and tells Dadi to have her medicine.

At home, Dadaji tries to open the trunk and her father immediately stops him from doing so. Her mother asks whats inside the box. Girish says it contains liquor bottles. Dadaji knows something is not right.

PRECAP: The mothers set up a date for ArHaan. Rosanne arrives and reveals that both of them already know each other.
