Part 10

Roli & Siddhant were studying good in the class...

The got good marks record...

As well as they do participate in the extra activities too...

If Roli doesn't know something.. Siddhant help her...

If Siddhant doesn't know something.. Roli help him...

The days were moving...

They were on their 8th Standard...

The maths teacher who was a guy was teaching on the class...

He was looking at Roli then & there...

When he wanted to ask for any answer...

He used to ask Roli and in very rare cases he ask other students...

Roli was irritated by this...

In the lunch time...

Siddhant: Roli why are you seems to be irritated...

Roli: Then what Siddhant.. that maths teacher.. dont he has other students in the class.. instead he is always asking me the questions...

Siddhant; Its good naa Roli.. you are one of the studious girl.. so he is asking you...

Roli: Siddhant are you not studious... why cant you ask you...

Siddhant: Roli.. you are making the small thing a big issue.. he is just asking you questions right.. cant a teacher ask question to his student...

Roli; ok ok.. dont become lawyer for that teacher...

Roli & Siddhant finished having lunch and went back to the classes...

The same scenerio continued...

Roli used to be happy on other subject classes.. while on maths subject class itself she turns dull...

Siddhant used to console her to just relax...

But Roli was not sure.. what was making her disturbed...

But she was not feeling good in that class...

Siddhant decided to help her out...

When Roli was asked the question...

Siddhant raise his hands...

Siddhant: Sir.. i know the answer...

Teacher: Did i asked you.. i asked Roli right...

Siddhant: yes sir.. but she replied your previous question too.. let me answer for this quesiton sir.. i too get chance right...

Teacher: Ok.. tell me what is the answer...

He accepted without any other option...

Siddhant answered and sat on his place...

Siddhant informed other friends on the class too to do the same thing when Roli alone was asked...

His friends too helped him in doing that...

Roli got little relaxed...

But the relaxation didn't stay for long...

When Roli was facing a strange problem now...

Part 11

The Maths teacher started calling Roli to answer writing on the board...

Then to collect the notebooks and give it to him..

Then to distribute the notebooks to all students...

He informed everyone that Roli is the class leader and all these will be handled by her on his class...

The problem is not in answering in the board...

or collecting the notebooks...

or distributing the notebooks...

But the problem is when giving the board marker or duster or notebook or whatever...

He started caressing her hands with his...

Roli was feeling awkward by his action...

Roli was not feeling good when he touch him...

Roli was thinking.. even my dearest friend.. Siddhant wont touch me.. how dare you...

Roli returned to her place...

Siddhant noticed the disturbed Roli...

Siddhant: Roli.. what happened.. why are you upset...

Roli: Siddhant.. i better wont come to school only...

Siddhant: Why Roli???

Roli: I dont like to come to school only... specially for this maths class...

Siddhant: But what happened.. only if you tell i can understand right...

Roli: Nothing Siddhant... leave it...

The bell too rang...

They started from school and returned home...

Next day...

Roli denied to go to school...

Jamanlal called Siddhant...

Jamanlal: Siddhant.. is there any problem in the school..

Siddhant: Nothing uncle.. why what happened...

Jamanlal; Roli is denying to come to school itself...

Siddhant: Oh.. i will talk toher uncle.. i will come there...

Siddhant who travel by his cycle took the cycle and reached Roli house...

Siddhant: Uncle.. where is Roli...

Jamanlal: Inside her room...

Siddhant rushed towards Roli room...

Roli was sitting in the bed without getting ready to school...

Siddhant: Roli.. what happened why are you denying to come to school..

Roli: I wont come Siddhant...

Siddhant: But what happened Roli.. yesterday also i asked but you denied...

Roli: Nothing.. please leave me.. but i wont come to school...

Siddhant think for a while...

Siddhant: Roli.. look at me & tell whether that maths teacher... told anything...

Roli nod her head as deniel...

Siddhant: I know from his class only you got disturbed.. tell me...

Roli: What to tell you Siddhant... i dont like him touching me...

Siddhant: Touching you!!!

Roli: Yes.. whenever he call me.. while giving notebook.. while giving marker.. everytime.. he touch my hand and i really dont like it.. i am really wishing to slap him nicely.. i wont come Siddhant..

Siddhant; Oh.. but Roli.. why should you hide inside house because of him.. Lets do something.. come to school...

Roli denied.. but Siddhant compelled her and took her to the school...

Part 12

Roli & Siddhant reached the school...

After some other subject classes...

Finally the much awaited maths class started...

Teacher: Roli.. come here to collect all the books & give me...

Roli: SIddhant.. i wont go Siddhant...

Siddhant: Dont worry Roli.. i will handle...

Siddhant: Sir.. she is not well.. so i will collect...

As he told in front of all students.. he was unable to deny...

Siddhant collected all the books...

It was collection of so many books...

Siddhant felt it is having heavy weight...

Siddhant took all the books and went near teacher...

Siddhant: Sir.. where can i keep this sir...

Teacher: In the desk what sort of question is this...

Siddhant took this chance to take revenge...

Siddhant took the books near the desk...

But inspite of seeing the desk properly...

He dropped all the books on his leg...

The whole weight landed on his foot...

Teacher: ooohhh.. what you did.. dont you have eyes...

Siddhant: Sorry sir.. i tried to keep in desk only.. but due to holding so many books dropped on your legs...

Teacher: i dont think.. you did this unknowingly.. i wont leave you.. come to principal room...

Teacher was already having irritation with Siddhant as he interrupt when he ask Roli the answers...

He decided to take the revenge with Siddhant by complaining about him to Principal...

Siddhant was taken to Principal...

Roli was tensed as she knows he did this for her only...

Principal: What happened.. why you bring this boy here.. during class time...

Teacher: Sir.. this boy is so disobedient student sir.. it will be better if you punish him...

Siddhant: I am disobedient.. i cant accept this accusation sir...

Teacher: See sir.. he is not respecting in front of you itself.. he always do like this only...

Siddhant: Principal Sir.. did i commit any mistake.. ask him what i did.. if i really committed some mistake then i will accept whatever punishment given...

Teacher: Sir.. he voluntarily dropped all the notebooks on my legs...

Siddhant: No Sir.. i was holding all the notebooks collected. but when i was told to keep on the desk.. the visibility of desk was not clear as i was holding so many.. thats why i thought of keeping on desk and dropped down...

Principal: It seems to be accidental.. why are you making this issue big...

Teacher: No sir.. i am sure.. he did it purposefully...

Siddhant: Principal Sir..let me tell you now.. yes. i did this purposefully... but you need to ask me the reason too. then give the punishment...

Teacher: No need for asking any reason sir.. look.. he accepted what he did.. i told right.. he did it purposefully...

Principal: He is trying to tell something.. let him tell...

Siddhant: Sir.. today alone i came forward to collect the notebook sir.. normally he call my friend Roli to do that...

Teacher: Yes.. she is the class leader & what is harm in it...

Siddhant: There is nothing harm in making her as class leader.. but with some or other reason.. he touch her hand.. Today she denied to even come to school..

Principal: What is this.. how can you do this being teacher???

Teacher: no sir.. this is not true.. he is telling lie to escape from punishment...

Siddhant: Sir.. i might have denied that it was accidental.. why i accepted because.. i dont want to tell lie and tell about his truth to you... so whatever i told about what i did as well as about him is true...

Principal sent his office assistant to bring Roli...

Roli came with some sort of hesitiation inside...

Roli went near Siddhant and stood beside him...

Principal: Roli.. did your teacher touch your hands...

Roli looked at him and got afraid on his angry look and hide her on Siddhant hands...

Principal noticed that...

Siddhant: Roli.. i told the truth Roli.. so come forward to tell what he do with you...

Roli: Yes Sir.. he touch my hand which i never like...

Principal: Sorry Roli.. that you faced such in our school.. i will handle this and you both can go back to your classes...

Roli with breathe of relief returned to class with Siddhant...

Principal dismissed the teacher from the school...

Part 13

Roli & Siddhant are now in their 10th Standard...

Its board exam & parents were putting pressure on their children to secure high marks...

Then only they can get admission in the required group...

The students were sent to different coaching classes by their parents...

From morning 6 to 7 for Physics...

From evening 5 to 6 for chemistry...

From evening 6 to 7 for biology...

From evening 7 to 8 for maths...

When they finished all these classes which started in the morning continued by the school classes and then the evening classes... her mother rushed with the plate of food...

Mother; Beta.. have this food and sit for studies...

Son: Mom.. just now i am returning home completing my classes...

mother: Thats right beta.. but you are going for Science & maths alone.. what about other subjects... remember you need to secure good marks.. then only you can get science group...

Son; Mom but...

Mother: beta.. its just matter of this year.. once result comes we will be relieved..

Son: Then we dont need to study this much after that right...

Mother: Not like that.. then you will get the required science group.. then you can study for your higher secondary...

Son: Oh.. then...

Mother: Then what.. engineering entrance...

Son: Then...

Mother: Then.. of course engineering graduation for 4 years...

Son: It will be completed with that right...

Mother: No.. see your uncle's daughter.. she went to do her master degree in manchestor.. so you too can go there to do your Master degree..

Son; Hmm.. then...

Mother: Then what.. if you wish.. you can do P. Hd.. you know how much one can earn after that...

Son: But mom.. my life days itself will be almost complete after doing all these.. then what is the use to earn...

Mother: dont talk too much.. you dont have time for that.. so much is there to study...

by now.. She finished feeding him food...

Mother: Sit for studies.. i will bring milk or health drink whichever you ask around 11... so that you can study till 12:30 or 1.. without getting tired...

Mother went back with the completed plate...

Son sat in the study table taking a deep breathe...

Roli & Siddhant laughed...

Yes.. hearing their friend schedule for studies in this manner...

Friend; you both feel like laughing...

Siddhant: Then what else we can do.. then after 1 when you will sleep...

Friend; Hmm.. i will lay down at 1.. but wont be getting sleep till 1:30.. then slowly close eyes to sleep.. you know what happens...

Roli:What???

Friend; The alarm start ringing..

Siddhant: Alarm!!!

Friend: Yes.. which my mom might have kept at 5 so that i can get up and ready for starting the next day schedule...

Roli: OMG... Siddhant i am happy we are not getting such pressure from our parents...

Friend; You both are lucky if not getting such pressure.. you know at times.. i feel like running away from all these...

Siddhant: Dont talk like that and all...

Friend: What else i can talk.. if i dont secure good marks.. then my mother will kill me for sure...

Roli: Dont worrry and take such tension.. you will secure good marks...

Friend; Wish everything goes fine.. i feel bad why i came to higher standard.. instead might have been in small classes.. there might have been no such pressure...

Siddhant: what can be done friend.. we cant hold us from growing.. otherwise none will be willing to grow...

Friend; OMG.. i am getting late for tution.. let me go.. bye...

Roli & Siddhant looked at each other...

Roli; I feel pity on him Siddhant...

Siddhant: True Roli.. how much pressure he is facing..

Roli: Wish he get the fruit for the hard work he is doing...

Siddhant: Lets hope for that Roli..

Roli & Siddhant started from school towards their home...

Part 14

Roli & Siddhant were walking on the ground after completing their lunch...

That is when they saw their friend...

Roli; Why are you so much tensed...

Friend; What else other than the exam which is nearing.. i am really tensed.. my mother is telling i should not take any sort of chances of getting less marks...

Siddhant: Relax dear... you write as much as you can.. what else can be done..

Friend: No.. actually yesterday my uncle & aunty called my mother and was enquiring about my studies...

Roli: Oh.. they just enquired right...

Friend; They just enquired.. but my mother feel.. they are keen about my studies.. they will be checking on the marks surely that too on the internet as it is published in now a days...

Siddhant: let them see.. for someone what can be done...

Friend: My mother is telling i should prepare & do my best.. otherwise it is insult for the entire family.. as that uncle's children all secured top marks...

Roli: I think your mother is putting more pressure on you.. just relax and study well.. do to the extent possible... rest let it happen as it is..

Friend: No.. my mother wont accept less marks at any cost.. i need to study more.. i need to..

He went talking to himself with tensed face...

Siddhant: Roli.. i dont really understand.. why he need to get this much pressure for some uncle who will see his marks in the internet...

Roli: That is what i am also wondering.. Already he is studying the whole day & night.. what more he can do...

Siddhant: Anyway.. we cant do anything in that..

Roli: But Siddhant.. our exams are also nearing & by the way.. we can do something for our marks too right...

Siddhant: Roli.. we are already securing good marks only.. what is there to pressure now...

Roli: Wish we get good marks in final exams too...

Siddhant: Definely we will get.. dont worry...

Roli & Siddhant prepared for the exam with required rest...

They were not going to classes too...

They felt the subject taught by their teachers are enough...

Moreover they do combine studies.. they clarify each other about their doubts...

if they cant they go to their teacher to clarify...

So they both were studying well.. as well as was getting required rest & relaxation..

Infact other than studies were doing additional activities too...

The exams started...

The question paper was distributed...

All started writing the exam with tension filled face...

Roli & Siddhant looked at each other & thumps up to each other & started writing...

One by one exams were getting finished...

They are now in their last exam...

All were gathered in the exam hall...

Roli & Siddhant started writing the exams...

After they finished writing the exams...

When Siddhant casually looked at the friend who was tensed about his marks...

He noticed he was just blinking with the paper without writing anything...

Siddhant was wondering what happened to him...

Roli noticed Siddhant expression and looked at their friend...

Roli was also surprised...

He was just blinking without writing anything in the paper...

Roli & Siddhant looked at each other...
