Part 1:

Small still beautiful house with small plants kept in flower pots around the house.

Inside the house there was a beautiful sofa set holding suitable cushions covered by embroidered cushion covers.

In the wall few beautiful & varieties of painting were hanging here & there adding beauty to the house.

The house with a hall, small kitchen & a bedroom in the downstairs and 2 rooms in the upstairs were all equally showing the handwork of someone here & there.

Each & every work were artistic, different, beautiful in nature.

The head of the family Mr. Jamanlal Divedi who was getting ready to office packing his bag with the files which he was looking the previous night so that nothing is missed to carry to office.

Mrs. Gauri Divedi just finished her cooking and packed the tiffin box for her husband was combing her daughter Roli divedi hair.

Jamanlal: Roli your interview is today only right?

Roli: yes pappa. I am getting ready for that only.

Jamanlal: all the best Roli

Roli: thanks pappa. I will be happy if I get the job in this company being it is my dream job.

Jamanlal: why not Roli? You will definitely get it. You are talented swell as qualified too. If they have any doubt on your work, just bring them to our house to show your beautiful works decorating all over the house.

Gauri: you are right. But still we are not aware what talent & qualification expected by the company for that vacancy.

Jamanlal: whatever they expect I have belief on my daughter that she will win and come out with flying colors.

Roli : thanks pappa. I hope I get this job.

Jamanlal kissed on roli's forehead and left to office carrying his bag & lunch box.

Gauri went to continue her household works.

Roli went to her room in the first floor & Was getting ready for the interview taking the file of her certificates.

The bunch of certificates were showing the number of courses she did in different variety of painting, drawing, embroidery, other craft works, decoration items making, doll making etc etc etc. Roli did not leave any of the related classes and her father fully supported and never denied to spend for any of those.

Roli went near mirror to check whether she is ready fully to start for the interview. The mirror was reflecting the beautiful image of roli with long & black hair, sharp nose, black eyes, chubby cheeks, pinky lips. The body was showing that she is correct in weight according to height. The simple but beautiful chudidar was adding beauty to her.

Roli is now ready and took her bag & file. She waved bye to her mother and started from her house.

Roli catches an auto as per advised by her father to avoid delay and reached the office in few minutes of driving.

Roli got down from the auto & looked at the big board with the name of the office kept in the entrance.

'BHARATWAJ INTERIOR DESIGNERS'

Part 2

Roli reached the office and had a look on the huge building well decorated from the entrance. The both the sides of entrance of the gate was holding a beautiful design lamp with a huge gate fixed on the 10 feet wall was widely open as the office timing is already started.

The security was standing near the gate looking at the persons moving in & out of the entrance. He was also holding register to maintain the records of the outsiders coming to the office with their in & out time.

Roli started moving towards the office while she was hold by the security for making entry in the register. Roli updated her name, contact details & purpose of coming to the office with her in time & finally her signature.

Now Roli was allowed to get inside the entrance and she looked around. The tall & wide compound wall was continued with soil for a length of about one meter for the purpose of plants. Different variety of croton plants were grown in that soil.

Then the cement path till the wall of the building. Left side was for driving IN while it went around the building to come for an EXIT through the right side.

The building was full of glass instead of normal walls may be for the purpose of adding beauty or for the purpose of letting the Solar light enter into the building to provide the required light inside the office.

Roli after looking at all these around the building by now reached the entrance of the building. The entrance of the building was closed by automatic door which got opened when ROli went near the door.

Roli entered into the building and now had a look inside the building. The few feet away from the entrace of the building was the beautiful statue of Lord Ganesha and below that was a big bowl filled with water. Colorful flowers were floating in the water may be to add beauty in the entrance or to add fragrance of flower to the reception or may be due to vaastu purpose suggested by someone.

Roli with a smile join her hands praying to Lord Ganesha and turned towards Left to see the Reception counter.

Once girl was sitting in the Reception counter in designer chair and placing her hands in the designer table with telephone set, a telephone index and few other papers in the table. Behind her was wooden shelves with the door may be to keep the files inside. The Receptionist was looking pretty with full of make up and a tight skirt.

Roli approached her.

Roli: Excuse me. I am Roli Divedi and have for the interview.

Receptionist: Just wait for a while. I will come back to you checking with HR Department.

Roli shared a smile with her and turned from left to Right to see chairs put in the right side for the visitors to sit. There was a glass table in front of all the chairs holding variety of new papers and magazine to make a time pass for the visotors. Couple of people were also waiting there already.

Roli moved towards one of the chair in the 1st Row and sat in that. She took one of the interior deisgn related magazine 'Inside Outside' and started going through it.

After a while..

Receptionist: Ms. ROli...

Roli went near her again.

Receptionist: Ms. Roli you can go straight from here and in the 3rd cabin you can see the name 'Hema, Manager HR' in the cabin door. You can go and meet her.

Roli: Thanks..

Roli started moving towards that HR cabin. All the way in the walls Roli can see the modern paintings handing here & there. As per Receptionist said she located the cabin too. Roli knocked the door and slightly opened to ask permission to enter.

Roli: May I come in Mam.

HR: Yes. Please come in..

ROli with a smile entered into the cabin and went near her table.

HR: Please take your seat.

Roli sat in the seat opposite to HR.

Roli forward her file with Resume & Certificates.

HR gone through the file thoroughly for few minutes.

Roli was looking at her face for any facial expression to reveal whether the result of the Interview will be positive or negative.

After few minutes..

HR returned the certificate file to Roli.

She started her interview questions which was very much in general like personal details, her aim etc etc..

After hearing all the answers of Roli..

HR shared a smile with Roli...

Roli was excited as she was sure with her smile that she is selected. But she wonder why she did not ask any questions regarding interior designing. But being this is her first job & first interview, she thought may be the certificates were enough for them to know about her interior designing knowledge..

Roli was looking at HR anticipating her decision eagerly.

HR; Roli, Congratulations. You have been selected to work in our company as Receptionist.

Roli who was really excited was suddenly shocked to hear the word 'as Receptionist'

Roli: Receptionist. Mam but i applied for the post of Interior designer.

HR: Roli, I know you applied for that post. But that post required experience to work. Now currently for a fresher we only has opening for Receptionist.

Roli: Receptionist is already

HR: Yes she is here but only for next 2 days. She got her marriage arranged and she resigned. So we are looking for receptionist only in urgent basis to join & take over her job within these 2 days. If you are interested to join as Receptionist, tell me I will provide you the offer letter and you can join tomorrow itself. If not, I am sorry. I cant help you. I need to look for some one else for that receptionist job & you need look for some other company.

Roli was shocked and was unable to understand what to tell her. What to decide?

Roli: Mam just give me 10 minutes time to think. I will come back to you with my decision.

HR: Oh sure. You can go to reception and take your own time. Not even 10 minutes you can take even 1 hour time to think well & tell me. But make it at the earliest otherwise we need to search for some one else.

Roli: Sure mam.

Roli went out of the cabin and moved towards the Reception again with deep thinking. So many thoughts were occupying her mind and she was wondering how to go about. Finally she decided and went back to HR.

Roli: Mam, I am ready to accept your offer as job in this company is my dream and i dont want to lose that chance. But in the meantime, i would like to clarify that i cant do much make up or wear tight skirts to work as Receptionist.

HR: Roli, I never told you need to do make up & wear tight skirts. It is not any basic quality of any receptionist. We only expect the receptionist to be able to handle the people entering into the office with a smile and we expect the receptionist to be little pretty to look. You are of course looking pretty enough and i believe you can handle the reception well.

Roli: Mam, i will do my best to handle the job well though it is not my interest.

HR: Dont worry. ONce you start doing you will get the interest by yourself.

Roli: Anyway Thank you Mam.

HR: Please wait in the reception. I will give the Offer letter in few minutes. Do you have any specific salary expectation.

ROli: Mam, You know I am fresher and i hope you will be having salary level for the receptionist who is fresher and also hope it will be at par.

HR with a smile nod her head.

Roli was sitting in the reception for a while and HR bring the Offer letter and gave the original to Roli taking he signature in the copy of the offer letter she return to her cabin to continue her work.

Roli with a smile looking at the offer letter decided to first step into the company and see whether any gate will be open for her in future to enter into the designer section.

Roli came out of the office to return to her home.

In the evening Roli showed Jamanlal the offer letter of the company..

Jamanlal: ROli, What is this offer letter showing? Receptionist!!!

Roli: Yes pappa. I have been selected as receptionist.

Jamanlal: But why ROli. WHy you accepted this?

Roli: Pappa. HR was very clear that she cant offer as interior designer being i am fresher. Then i dont have any other option left to enter into the company. If i reject today, they will place a black mark on my profile that I rejected their offer and for ever the gate will be closed for me. Instead I wish to use the opportunity to enter into the company and i believe i can get some chance to get into my desired section in future.

Jamanlal: Roli, Whatever it is! Just plan well & do accordingly. Dont go in rush & face problem.

Roli: Dont worry pappa. Your daughter will not do such mistakes. I will try to make the best of the opportunity given. Let me prove who i am to the company...

Roli was determined to place her career in the company...

Part 3

Siddhant the one & only son of Mr. Rajender Bharatwaj & Sujatha Rajender Bharatwaj and only Grandson of Mataji, Nirmala Bharatwaj was favorite to all of them. He is the only heir of the entire property of Bharatwaj family and its Company 'Bharatwaj Interior Designers'.

Siddhant taken the post of Managing Director as soon as completion of his studies following his father. He was handsome guy, intelligent, studious, talented guy. Though he took charge only before few months, he is well versed about his company as he accompany his father on his holidays to understand & learn the business.

Siddhant just return from out of station this morning after 3 days meeting with new client in Nagpur. The customer wanted to make Interior design for their newly establishing company and approched Siddhant after hearing the company's success stories all these years. Siddhant too was interested to enhance his company in other cities and went to meet them and also return with the good news of confirmtion of their order.

Siddhant took the blessings of the elders as soon as reaching home.

Rajender: Siddhant, How was the trip?

Siddhant: The trip was very good dad. Also happy that we got the order confirmed.

Mataji: Is it? I am very happy about you Siddhant.

Siddhant: Thank you Mataji.

Siddhant rushed towards his room to fresh up himself and get ready for office. He took shower and got ready in few minutes.

Sujatha: Siddhant, Have breakfast.

Siddhant : Maaji, I am getting late already. I will have something in the office itself.

Siddhant did not wait anymore & rushed towards his car...

Roli was tensed as it is third day of her joining in the office whereas first day of her handling the desk alone without guidance of the other Receptionist who left the office the previous day.

Roli remembered herself what should she do when someone enter the office, when attending the phone call, when someone tell to dial some number etc etc etc..

Roli thought where i got struck up in the different profile nothing suitable to my knowledge or nature or interest...

Roli started setting the table properly by ordering the registers like attendence register, courier register etc while Siddhant entered into the building receiving the Good morning from the securities...

Roli saw the person who was well formally dressed and entering urgently into the building. When he tried to get into the office further...

Roli: Excuse me Sir...

Siddhant wondered who is calling him and turned towards the direction of voice.

Roli: Sir, Can you please come here..

Siddhant walked towards her with a puzzle on his face who is she & why she is calling him?

Roli: Sir, Sorry to interrupt you from entering into the office. But we cant allow anyone to enter into the office as per our management rules. If you can tell me whom you wish to meet and give me your card and wait for a while. I will call the person to meet you coming outside.

Siddhant was looking at her and chuckled.

Siddhant: Well. May I know your name please!!

Roli: Sir, I think that is not required for you.

Siddhant: Hmmm. Ok. Call you MD outside. I want to meet him.

Roli: Our MD. He is out of station Sir. You may not be able to meet him. Can you give your card so that I can inform our MD once he come back to office and take appointment for your meeting with him and inform you.

SIddhant raised his eyebrows and looked at her with a smile.

Siddhant: Oh Ok. Then take my card and inform me once appointment given by your MD.

Siddhant gave his card to Roli and looked at her face to look for her expression.

Roli eyes widened to see the card of Siddhant Rajender Bharatwaj, the MD of the company for which she is working. She stood up immediately and was standing freezed like a statue...

Part 4

Siddhant with a smile turned against her and marched towards his cabin receiving the 'Good Morning' from all the staffs leaving the shocked Roli in the reception.

Siddhant after entering into his Cabin occupied his Seat. He remembered the discussion happened with the Receptionist few minutes before and got smile on his face.

Siddhant lift his face to look at the TV which was showing the images of all the CCTV fixed in various places. He selected the image of the Reception and looked into it.

Roli who was terribly shocked just sat down on her chair. Her face turned pale and was looking confused thinking what will happen now!! She looked at the statue of Lord Ganesha & hold her hands together. She prayed to help her in coming out of this. She started biting her nails in tension. Her eyes were wondering here & there.

Roli (to herself): Roli what you have done? You went to hold your MD itself from getting into the office. Not sure what will happen now. What if he dismiss me from office in anger?

In few minutes she console herself.

Roli (to herself): But that is not my mistake. I dont know he is the MD. Also i am new. Hope he will understand. What if he is not sort of person who did not understand others?

Roli was totally confused on what is going to happend? How he is going to react? She was pressing her finger of one hand by the other out of tension.

Siddhant who was noticing all her action though not able to hear was laughing. He called the HR through intercom.

Sid: Ms. Hema, Can you please come to my cabin.

HR: Yes Sir...

Hema rushed towards his cabin leaving all the tasks as it is. She entered into his cabin with an 'Excuse me Sir'

Sid: Ms. Hema, Is this girl new to the office?

HR: Yes Sir.

Sid: Can you please talk something more than Yes Sir and brief me what happend to the old staff and when she joined?

HR: Yes Sir. Sir the old staff suddenly resigned her job telling her marriage got fixed and going to her native and got relieved yesterday itself. As there was urgency without your confirmation this girl was selected before 3 days and working since 2 days. I did this so that the old staff can handover the work to this girl before leaving. Sorry sir.

Sid: Its Ok. I do understand. You can go.

Hema rushed out of the room as if she was waiting for the moment to go outside.

Siddhant looked at the TV again. He called the reception number through intercom.

Roli took the phone with full of tension in her mind and did not realise the call is not outside call and it is through intercom.

Roli: Hello! Bharatwaj Interior designers.

Sid: Hello!

Roli: How can I help you Sir?

Sid: By coming to my cabin.

Roli: Your cabin. I cant get you sir.

Sid: Shall I come there and give my card again so that you can get what i am talking.

ROli now realised she did the same mistake again. Now she looked into the caller ID and noticed the display showing MD.

Roli: Coming Sir!!!

Roli (to herself): Oh God! Roli you again repeated the mistake. Not even looked at the display before lifting the phone. Now why he is calling to his cabin. Is he going to tell me to go out. ANyway i need to face whatever happen. Let me go & see..

Roli collected her courage to some extent and tiptoed towards his cabin..

Roli knocked the door and slightly opened to ask..

Roli: May I come in Sir...

Sid: Come in..

Roli entered into his cabin full of tension on her face. She was unable to understand what to tell now. Whether to ask sorry before he ask something or wait for him to talk.

Few minutes went in silence as he was only looking at her facial expressions and body gestures. ROli was unable to take the tension more and finally she opened her mouth...

Roli: Sorry Sir. Firstly for not identifying you as our MD and hold in the entrance and secondly not seen the display of the phone and understand you are calling through intercom. But Sir. I am new to this company & only joined 2 days back. Also for past 2 days the other Receptionist only was handling and i was only looking at what she is doing. Today is almost my first day into handling the desk. That is why. If you still feel i have committed big mistake. I am ready to accept whatever punishment you give.

Sid chuckled and continued to look at her.

Roli was waiting to know what punishment he is going to giver her. After a while...

Sid: You have not answered my question yet.

Roli: Which question Sir? You did not ask any question till now since i entered this cabin.

Sid: Question was not asked here. It was asked in the reception.

Roli: Sorry sir. In the tension. I dont remember anything. What is that sir?

ROli asked keeping her face innocent.

Sid: May I know your name please? When i asked this you said..

Roli interrupted: Sorry sir i thought my name is not required for outsider to know. Thats why.

SId: Ok Well. Can i know you name now?

Roli: Roli Divedi.

Sid: Ms. Roli, order some food.

Roli: Food for what Sir

Sid: Food to eat. for what else.

ROli: Sorry. For whom Sir.

SId: Ms. ROli, I do order food for me only & not for you.

ROli: What can I order?

Sid: Veg Fried Rice.

ROli: Where can i order?

Sid: Oh God! Ms. ROli. It is better i will order my food myself.

ROli: Sorry SIr. I will order myself.

Roli rushed to her seat and looked at Telephone index for any number of near by hotel. Fortunately she got it and order for the food. The food was delivered in few minutes in the Reception.

ROli took that parcel to his cabin and forward her hands to him with the parcel.

Sid: What is this?

ROli: Your Veg Fried Rice Sir.

Sid: You do onething. Just open the pack and feed me.

Roli was shocked on hearing this. She was thinking, is this receptionist job to feed food to MD. Oh god! If this is known i might have not accepted this job itself.

Roli: No Sir. I cant do that..

Siddhant was happy to hear the 'No Sir' which he never heard from anyone in the office all these days. All used to tell 'Yes SIr' for whatever he say which he never likes. He wish to hear such 'No Sir' from her.

Sid: Why No Sir. Why cant you do that?

Roli: I am neither your Mother nor your wife to feed the food to you. How can i do that? Sorry I cant.

Sid with a smile: Just kidding. If food parcel received, there is no need to bring to my cabin. You can tell some office assistant to keep the parcel in the dining hall and inform me over intercom that the food is ready to eat. I will go myself there to have my food.

Roli: Oh Ok Sir. I will take care in future.

Roli went from there with the parcel to do as per he said leaving the smiling Siddhant behind gazing at her.

Part 5

Siddhant went to the dining hall and had his food. He remembered about her talk, her facial expressions, her gestures and smiled. He remember her telling neither your mother nor your wife. He was unable to hold him from laughing. Still he managed and had some water. Finally he returned to his desk.

Now Siddhant realised, since he came only thinking about her and even forgot about the new order which was confirmed.

Siddhant called Roli in the intercom watching her in the TV. ROli carefully checked the display and understood her MD only calling her. She pick up the phone.

ROli: Yes Sir.

Sid: Ms. ROli, Order for sweet boxes first. Then after the sweet boxes delivered, you tell everyone to assemble in the conference room.

Roli: Sir, Which sweet & how much Sir?

Sid laughed. He was unable to control anymore.

Roli: Sir, why are you laughing? I am only asking as I dont know.

Sid: Roli, i am laughing because you are very funny. You always forget that you are talking to your MD.

Roli: No Sir. Now i know i am talking to my MD. But how do i know how much sweet to be purchased & which one i need to?

Sid: Do you expect me to teach you which hotel you need to ask? Which sweet you need to order? How much quantity?

Roli: I am not telling you to teach me. I am only asking as i dont know. Once told i will not disturb you again for next time.

Sid: Well. You order 3 KGS Milk sweet. Dont ask me the shop. You check in the telephone index like how you did for hotel.

Roli: Sir, how you know i checked in telephone index for hotel?

Sid understood he tried to reveal her that he is watching her activities.

Sid: What other source you got to check? Thats why i said.

Roli ordered the sweets which was delivered in few minutes from near by shop. Then Roli called the department heads to inform to assemble in the conference hall.

In few minutes all the staffs assembled in conference hall which was noticed by Siddhant through the CCTV and he went there to start his meeting.

Siddhant remembered to distribute sweet before that and called Roli from the intercom of Conference room.

Sid: Ms. ROli, can you send the sweet boxes to the conference room

Roli: Yes Sir.

Roli after keeping the phone was searching for the office assistant, but cant find anyone there. She was afraid what if he calls again for sending the sweets delayed. So she herself took the sweet boxes inside the conference room.

Siddhant was sitting in the big chair on one side of the big table while other staffs were sitting department wise on other three sides of the table.

Siddhant did not notice Roli bring the sweet and only heard the sound of opening the door and assumed someone bring the sweet. Without turning to see who has come..

Sid: Please distribute the sweets to all..

Saying this he continued opening the details of the order from his laptop.

ROli opened the sweet box and started distributing the sweets to other staffs one by one.

Siddhant switched on the projector and showed his presentation which was holding the order details to all. He got up from his chair and went near the while board which was reflecting the images of presentation and started explaining the details of the order.

Roli who was still distributing the sweets was also hearing all the details with more interest. She continued to stay in a corner even after the sweet was distributed looking at the presentation. As everyone were busy in the presentation no one notice ROli standing there being receptionist not concern about the presentation.

Siddhant was explaining very beautifully while ROli started admiring his skill in the presentation, his explaining method, his ideas and of course unknown to her he himself was attracting her.

After few minutes of explanations, the presentation finished while Roli went out of the room to her seat unnoticed by others.

Siddhant went to his cabin as the meeting come to an end instructing everyone to start working on the new designs as per explained in the presentation.

All staffs went to their places and started thinking deeply about what all explained by the MD. But above all the staffs the one who was thinking more about what was explained was none other than Roli.

Siddhant after reaching his cabin selected in the CCTV recording from the time of the meeting started to see what their staffs were doing when he was explaining his presentation to them. This is his usual practice to see who all took the details work on that, who all did a time pass without any interest etc.. This habit of Siddhant was never known to any other staffs.

On seeing the recording, he noticed few staffs were just hearing without any interest, few were taking the notes of the details given seriously in their notepad, few were trying to understand what he is telling like so many variety of people. But all over the meeting he noticed a person who was eagerly looking at the presentation and he knows the person was taking required notes on her mind though not having any notepad on her hand to take any notes instead of just holding the sweet box.

Siddhant started wondering why the girl who has come for the job of Receptionist is more keen in looking at the presentation of Interior designing. He understood something is there which he need to locate soon...

Part 6

Siddhant called the HR in the intercom.

Sid: Ms. Hema, please bring the file of Ms. Roli to my cabin.

HR: yes sir.

Hema rushed to him taking the file of Roli. Her body started shivering as she knows he did not ask the file without purpose. Something should be reason behind. Hema forward her hands with her file to Siddhant.

Siddhant took the file and gone through the application, Resume, certificate copies, offer letter acknowledgement copy, appointment letter copy.

Siddhant after going through all the papers gave angry look at Hema.

Sid: can you explain what made you to appoint the girl who applied for interior designer post as Receptionist?

Hema got completely tensed and her body was shivering more. She was unable to understand what explanation can be given.

HR: sir, the old staff gave only short notice & we need person to take over the job. At that time only she applied for job and I..

Sid: you told or compel her to join as receptionist.

HR: yes sir

Sid: what yes sir? This shows your inability to get the person. You know what you did is not acceptable.

HR: sorry sir. I will not do this in any time future.

Sid: this is your last warning now. I can't tolerate all these.

HR: sir shall tell the girl to go now.

Sid: why is the mistake you did already is not enough?

HR: then what should I do Sir?

Sid: Do what I am telling you now.

Siddhant instructed the HR on what to do and she accepted it. She returned to her place thinking she escaped from getting dismissal.

Siddhant continued to monitor the activities of Roli while lunch time came.

Roli took her lunch box & went out for lunch.

Siddhant instructed office assistant to bring the notepad in the reception which was used by Roli after coming from meeting.

Siddhant opened the notepad and found she noted each & every point he said in the presentation every thing in order as exactly how he said.

Siddhant expressed as good with his facial expression & told the office assistant to keep the notepad back in the reception.

Siddhant decided to wait for the right time..

Part 7

Siddhant got busy with his phone calls, email, files, cheque signing while he got no idea of the passing time and got fully involved in the work.

when he checked his watch for the time after completing the works it was showing as 7 o clock.

Siddhant face turned towards the TV to check for her. But the place was empty without her.

He smiled and took his bag to start from office.

When he was crossing the reception table he stopped for a while & remembered her holding him from going inside and smiled again.

Siddhant continued to walk towards the car and get into it.

All the way while driving again her memories.

Siddhant reached home continuing the smile on his face while his family members wondered what happened to him.

Siddhant went to his room and return changing his dress for dinner.

In the dining table, his hands were taking chappati and feeding it inside the mouth. But his mind was hearing her words 'I am neither your mother nor your wife' he smiled.

Mataji: siddhant are you OK

Siddhant just came back to conscious on her words.

Sid: yes mataji. The day went well

Mataji: day went well! What I am asking & what are you telling?

Sid: mataji tell me what you asked. I will reply you. Sorry I was on some thinking

Mataji: I asked whether you are OK. But now I am sure you are not OK.

Sid: nothing like that mataji. I am perfectly alright.

Mataji: if you are perfect then what all these?

Sid: what?

Mataji: you are smiling yourself. We have always seen you talking in the phone or with tension while returning from office. But today with a smile. Tell us what is the secret.

Sid: oh mataji! Nothing. I was happy about getting the order

Sid: mataji! I am going to my room as I got some work.

Siddhant rushed towards his room and locked his room door.

He sat in the sofa and took his wallet outside.

When siddhant opened passport size photo of Roli was found.

Siddhant to himself: Roli, see you have changed me to a thief. I took your photo from your file. No I am wrong you are big thief by stealing my heart. You have not even taken long time to do that. Your first look at me itself did that in front of my eyes. You know though knowing my heart is stolen known to me I was not interested to even hold you from doing that.

Siddhant took the photo near to his face and kissed.

Siddhant: roli, I am not going to tell what I feel for you so soon. I am going to enjoy your tension to move with your MD, yes myself only. Also i liked to hear your 'No sir' which i wish to hear more. I am not going to leave you just like that & our game starts now. Be ready to enjoy the thrill...

Part 8

Roli reached her house in the bus and fresh up herself. She changed the dress & came to her parents to share her experiences of the day.

Roli: Pappa you know what I did today?

Jamanlal: what you did roli?

Roli: I have not seen my MD earlier & when he entered into the office, I hold him in the entrance thinking he is outsider.

Though the moment of experience was very much tensed for her, now she burst out to laugh thinking of it.

Gauri: did he scold at you?

Roli: no maaji, he is very nice. He did understand I am new.

Jamanlal: its good that you got good MD

Roli: yes pappa. He is good. Not only that talented too. I saw his presentation about the new order. What an idea, what a talent he has!!! He is brilliant.

Gauri: hmmm. That is why he is MD.

Roli: yes maaji. I liked all those ideas a lot & taken notes of it. I feel unlucky that unable to work for such an order & working as receptionist.

Jamanlal: that is the fate means what can be done Roli!!

Roli: but pappa let me work in that or not I have planned to make my design for that. At least for my own satisfaction.

Jamanlal: good decision. Hard work will never go in vain.

Roli smiled & they had dinner.

Roli remembered telling him neither your mother nor your wife.

Roli was thinking whether she talked to him harshly. She was not sure how he might have felt on hearing that. May be she might have tried to tell more softly.

Roli was also thinking what is her mistake in that. He only asked to feed though he said as kidding later. If he is angry on my saying he might have shown it.

Roli went to her room and started thinking about what all happened on that day.

Roli to herself: roli you went to ask about hotel & sweet shop to your MD itself. Is it not work of you to find out & order it. After all these acts he was behaving good to her.

Roli took her notepad & gone through the points. She remembered his presentation like line by line, word by word..

Roli started thinking about the design which suits to his expectation...

Jamanlal in his room was thinking its good that his daughter got good MD who understand and act. He was thinking of some old aged MD with gray hair head, spectacles which comes after 40s, bulky figure without diet, with some high sugar, high BP, high cholesterol which gets controlled by tablets. Never imagined as handsome young guy of 20s and also as his would be son in law...

Part 9

Siddhant was getting ready to office taking shower. He took extra care to look good and selected his favorite shirt to wear. He checked with the polish in the shoes are perfect and shining. Went to mirror again & again to see he is looking good and corrected the hair by combing again & again. Finally he got satisfied and took his bag and got down.

Sujatha called him to have breakfast.

All sat in the dining table and had their breakfast.

Siddhant remembered her sayings again and smiled.

Siddhant: Mataji, How will feed food for a guy?

Mataji:What are you asking some sudden question like this Siddhant?

Siddhant: Tell me naa Mataji.

Mataji: Of course his mother.

Siddhant: Who else can do that?

Sujatha: After mother if married his wife. Can we know for what this question is?

Siddhant: Nothing just asked.

Siddhant smiled.

Mataji: Siddhant, Is this smile also for the order confirmation only. We never seen you so much happy for any of the orders confirmed all these days.

Sujatha: Mataji, did you noticed him with his favorite shirt and seems to be taken effort to look good too.

Siddhant blushed on hearing all these from his mother & mataji.

Mataji: Oh God! Sujatha did you noticed your son blushing for the first time. Now the time has come for us to engage ourself search of daughter in law.

SUjatha: You are right mataji! We cant wait anymore in arranging his marriage.

All looked for his expression on hearing these.

Siddhant: Mataji! No need for taking any pain in searching.

Rajender: Siddhant, Dont you wish to marry soon?

Siddhant: When i told dont wish to marry?

Mataji: hmmm. Then tell us what do you mean?

Siddhant: I mean your daughter in law is ready.

Sujatha: What are you telling Siddhant? Who is she? Show us too!!

Siddhant: I will bring her to our home itself when the time comes. Till such time, you all need to wait patiently.

Mataji: We all know something like this only is in your mind seeing your smile since yesterday. Now you are caught.

Siddhant: So you all planned to take the matter our of my mouth.

Sujatha: Of Course. Dont we know our Siddhant? We were sure something like this and wanted you to double confirm it.

All laughed.

Sujatha gave the lunch box too as she already packed for him. He started to office.

Siddhant reached office and was eager to look at her. Siddhant entered the building and his eyes automatically turned towards her who was busy with some phone call unnoticed her MD marching into the office.

Siddhant gave a mischief smile and went near her.

Sid: Ms. Roli...

Roli on hearing his voice dropped the phone down in tension and looked at him.

Sid: Ms. Roli, Can i get into the office today without appointment?

Roli: Of course Sir. This is your office.

Sid: Yesterday also this was my office only. But you told me to take appointment.

Roli: I am sorry for that Sir as I said yesterday i was not knowing you are our MD.

Sid: Hmmm. Ok. Take the phone and continue. See the opponent in the phone is confused thinking what happend and why not receiving any answer in the phone.

ROli now realised she dropped the phone and took the phone from the floor.

Siddhant with a smile moved to his cabin while Roli continued her phone call...

Part 10

Siddhant in his cabin was looking at Roli through the TV and found her tension raised due to his sudden approch on her. He enjoyed seeing her like that and smiled.

Siddhant called Roli in the intercom.

Sid: Ms. Roli, come to my cabin.

Roli: Ok Sir..

Roli was wondering what happend now! WHy is he calling to his cabin?

ROli to herself: Oh God! Please help me. I never know the Receptionist job will be this much hectic & tension filled. May be to hide that tension only the Receptionist all are doing 1 inch make up it seems..

Roli got a smile on thinking like that and went to his cabin with puzzle on her face.

Roli entered into his cabin asking permission and stood in front of him.

Siddhant not even lift his face to see her and was looking at his laptop and continued.

Sid: Ms. ROli, Dont you know to wish 'Good Morning'

ROli: 'Good Morning' Sir

Sid now lift his face to look at her.

Sid: I am not expecting now after I ask you about that. you might have done that when you see for the first time of the day. DOnt you learn all these in your school & college.

Roli was feeling bad to hear this as she is really not intented for not to wish. But missing out of tension of the new job.

Roli: Sorry Sir. I was concentrating on the phone and ..

Sid: And yes. you dropped the phone like that. You know the price of that instrument. What if it break?

Roli: I did not do that purposefully Sir.

Sid: So you got any plan to do such purposefully in future.

Roli: No Sir. I will never do any such purposefully at any time.

Sid smiled and got up from his seat. He slowly walk towards her from his place and continued talking...

Sid: Hmm.. Your plain face without any make up, simple chudidar though looking good does not seems to be of a receptionist. Am i right?

By now Sid reached beside her and kept his hands in the chair and looked at her face turning his face towards her.

Roli: Sir, I told HR at the time of accepting the offer itself that i wont do any make up and wont wear any tight skirts like the other Receptionist. After her acceptance for that only I accepted the offer.

Sid by now moved from there and semicircled her from behind to go beside her the other side from one side continuing his talk..

SId: Ms. ROli, I think you are forgetting again that I am your MD and not the HR. She might have accepted. But what will you do if I dont accept. Will you wear those so called tight skirts and do make up...

Siddhant asked turning his face towards her again with a puzzle on his face looking for answer from her expression.

Roli: No SIr...

SId: Oh So rude!!! How can you deny something your MD is telling you to do?

Roli: I do agree that you are my MD and you have control on the profile to be handled by me. But not over me for sure. Dressing & make up of mine is only under control of mine and not my MD.

SIddhant raised his eyebrows on her answer and continue his walk towards his seat again.

SId: Well. Wont you fear to deny what i told you to do bluntly.

Roli: Sir why should I fear when i have not commited any mistake. Yes I did afraid yesterday when i did mistake of holding you in the entrance without knowing you. But now I am not wrong for sure. SO why should I fear.

Sid: Good!!

Roli: Sir, you called me for this only. Shall I go now?

Sid: Yes. You can leave.

Roli rushed out from there to her place. Though she denied him face to face and also told she is not afraid. Her heart beat was increased a bit and mild shivering she can feel on her body.

Roli was thinking, what if he dismiss her for denying to dress up like a receptionist. But I cant accept that also anyway. I am willing to work in this company & prove myself. In case if he dismiss me for these reasons nothing can be done other than quitting the job.

Roli was decided and continued her work and in the middle of her work whenever she found time took her notebook which she purcahsed for this order designs and started sketching the designs.

Siddhant who was monitoring her then & there found her doing something and zoom to see what she is doing and found her working something in the notebook.

In the lunch time as usual he sent the office assistant to bring the notebook from her table when she went out for lunch.

Siddhant was amazed on seeing the beautiful designs prepared by Roli. He admired each & every deisgn prepared elegant.

Siddhant sent back the notebook to her desk and went to the dining hall taking his lunch box.

Siddhant found Roli alone in a small dining table meant for only 2 persons as she is yet to make friendship with others.

Siddhant noticed other tables occupied with goups of people and went near the table of Roli and sat against her...

Part 11

Siddhant sat against Roli in the dining hall.

Roli was shocked to see him sitting with her and was wondering how to react. She remembered him giving lecture for not saying 'Good Morning' so now she rushed to say.

Roli:'Good Afternoon Sir'

SId: 'Good Afternoon'

The other staffs who were busy in giving work to hand and mouth for eating and talking noticed their MD came to Dining hall in the lunch time and got surprised. The surprise is because, he normally do not come to Dining hall during lunch time as the tables will be occupied and will have his food only before or after lunch time when no one will be found in the Dining hall.

All started greeting him 'Good Afternoon' and the place has become pin drop silence as everyone stopped talking with each other and started eating without creating any sort of sound.

Siddhant though felt odd to face this new situation of eating in the rush not interested to miss the opportunity to eat with her.

Siddhant opened his lunch box and had a look at her box.

Sid: Ms. ROli, What you brought for lunch today?

Roli: Sir. Its chappati and Palak for Side dish.

Sid: Hmm. Palak my favorite.

Roli smiled as she was unable to understand what to react.

Sid: Ms. Roli, wont you ask me what i got today.

Roli: What you have got Sir?

Sid: it seems you only ask or say anything after i expect and tell you to do so.

Roli: Sorry SIr.

Sid: ANyway. I too got chappati with Aloo mutter. WIll you have some.

ROli: No SIr. Thank you sir.

Sid smiled.

Sid: Ms. ROli, Dont worry. We dont mix anything harmful in the food and that too when i am bringing for me.

Roli: Not like that Sir.

Sid: Then what. Take a bit and taste.

Sid forward the box and ROli took a bit and ate. It was really tasting well.

Roli: Sir, It is tasty.

Sid: Thanks. By the way wont you offer your food to me even after i told you Palak is my favorite.

Roli: Sorry Sir. Take this. I thought you will not have food of your staffs.

Roli said with innocent face.

Roli forwarded her box to him.

Sid tasted the food and raised his eyebrows and expressed it as tasty.

SId: its really tasty Roli..

Roli: Thank you Sir.

All the staffs left the room one by one finishing their lunch. Infact Roli too finished her lunch too. But Siddhant was continuing some general discussion with Roli making her sit till his lunch got finished.

Finally Roli & Siddhant closed their lunch boxes and went to wash their hands.

Roli took the tissue paper to wipe the wet hands while Siddhant looked at her. Roli gave the tissue paper taken by her to him and took another one for her.

When they were throwing the used tissue paper wipeing the wet hands, Siddhant looked at his watch showing the time as 2:30.

Sid: Ms. Roli, you know what the time is!

Roli immediately look at the watch and noticed the time..

ROli: Sir it is 2:30

Sid: Are you aware of the lunch timing of the office?

Roli: It is from 1 to 2 PM

Sid: Then why you are still in the dining hall till 2:30!

He asked looking at her expression.

Roli: Sir, but you only..

SId: What I only, you only? Is it not wrong on your part?

Roli: No Sir..

Sid with a smile: What No Sir? Are you right then?

Roli: Yes i was right as i cant go away when MD is talking to me which will be like insulting i felt.

SId: No I cant accept. It was your responsibility to see the time is up and leave the place when the lunch time finished informing me that you got work.

Roli: Sorry Sir. Will do like that in future.

SId: Will do like what?

Roli: WIll tell you i got work & go back to my work Sir.

Sid: Hmmm

ROli: Sir Now I got work sir. I am going to my place.

Roli left the dining hall and went to her place leaving Siddhant with a mischief smile.

Part 12

Siddhant went to his cabin and was thinking deeply for a while. Then he called Roli in the intercom..

Sid: Ms. Roli...

Roli: Yes Sir..

Sid: Today also you call everyone to the conference room to discuss on the new order..

Roli: Ok Sir.. Am i need to order the sweet sir?

SId: Ms. Roli, It is not procedural in our office to distribute sweet before meeting. We distributed it yesterday as we got new order. Ok.

ROli: Ok Sir..

SId with a smile disconnected the line.

Roli called the department heads and informed about the meeting in the conference room.

In few minutes all gathered in the conference hall.

Siddhant was still in his room monitoring what Roli is doing to attend the meeting as this time no Sweet distribution and she cant get in with that idea.

Roli was in full tension & thinking, what he is going to discuss on the order. How can I know about that details if i stay here? No sweets also to try getting in with those sweet boxes like yesterday. But i need to do something to get in & see what is happening?

Roli after few minutes of deep thinking got an idea and called the dining hall number where office assistant lift the phone.

Siddhant immediately watched where she is calling as no one else in the office was in their places and all were gathered in the conference hall for the meet. At last he found the other end of the phone pick up at dining hall. Siddhant got it and with a smile he went to start the meeting.

Siddhant after occupying his seat in the conference hall was looking at others face who were wondering what he got today to discuss as yesterday only big discussion happend on the new order.

Siddhant was waiting for Roli to get into the room and in few minutes as he expected she entered with the help of office assistant with tray full of tea cups to distribute to all.

Siddhant got a smile seeing her idea to get in. If someone else in that place, he might have asked 'who told you to order tea for all when just all finished their lunch and there is time for having tea' But now he too wish her to get into the meeting room with some or the other way. So he kept quiet.

Roli stood in a corner and started noticing what he is telling in the meeting...

Sid: Good afternoon Friends! I know all will be wondering what this person got today to discuss after detailed lecture on the order yesterday. But now i called you all to just inform..

Sid paused a while and looked at her with a smile and continued.

SId: The first step of sketching of the design as per order requirement need to be finished within this week. I dont want the designers to work on same design together and waste the time. Individually you all can try your own ideas as per the requirement details given by me yesterday. We will gather here again after a week to check on the designs prepared by everyone and then decide which design we will proceed with.. Hope you all got what i am tring to say..

All staffs: Yes Sir...

Sid: Well. You can start your work and lets gather again by next week same time..

All staffs: Thanks sir.

Roli left the room and reached her place.

She was thinking, now let me too complete the designs within this week and see myself how others are designing for this order. Let my design will be used or not. But I can decide myself how good i am when compared to these experienced designers.

Roli started working on the design more sincerely.

She forgot the time also and was continuing her design even after other staffs left the office at 6 PM.

Siddhant looked at the watch and found the time as 6:45, but wonder why ROli is still not left when the whole office is empty leaving Siddhant & one office assistant alone in the office as usual. But Roli too left yesterday and he wonder for what she is staying till now today.

Siddhant took his bag and went near her while he noticed she is busy in the design. Siddhant did not want to reveal her that he is aware of herself doing the design and step backward a little.

Sid: Ms. ROli.. Do you wear watch?

Roli closed the book swiftly and her eyes widened and tension filled her face. She was worried whether he has seen her making designs instead of taking care of Receiptionist job.

Roli: SIr. Yes Sir.

SId: Then why you are not using it. You neither check the time in the lunch time nor now. What is the time now?

Roli urgently look for the time and found as 6:45 which she did not realise till now.

Roli: SIr it is 6:45

SId: That is known to me and not to you. What were you doing till now when all the staffs already left?

Roli: SIr Just updating the register.

Sid: Oh! Anyway. Whatever be the work finish it on time and leave home.

Roli: Ok Sir.

Sid: How will you go daily?

Roli: By bus Sir

SId: Now it is already late. Come with me. I will drop you.

Roli: No SIr. I will go by bus.

SId: Ms. ROli, its ok. I am going that way only and i can drop you on the way.

Roli: But Sir why you take pain for me.

Sid: I am not going to carry you and only car will. SO no pain. You can come with me.

Siddhant did not wait for her further reply and rushed towards the car.

Roli with some sort of hesitation pack her bag and went behind him and get into Car back seat.

Sid: Madam, Am I looking like your Driver?

Roli: No SIr.

Sid: Then Can you come to front seat.

Roli: Ok SIr.

Roli got down from back seat and get into front seat

Roli & SIddhant started their first journey together in the car...

Part 13

Siddhant was looking at her face and was driving with a smile.

Roli was in tension whether it is right to travel in the car of the MD.

Sid: Ms. ROli, Tell me which area your house is?

Roli: SIr you said you are going on the way of my house but not aware where my house is?

Sid: You expect me to know the address of the all the staffs working in my office. Tell me which area you need to go.

Roli gave the area details and its way.

Siddhant was knowing her address very well as he read her resume multiple times to know about her details. But still he was not interested to leave any chance to pull her legs and enjoy.

Few minutes were spent in silence.

Sid: Ms. Roli, Tell me about your family.

Roli: No Sir. I think it is not reqired.

SId: But why. You know this detail always asked at the time of interview itself. I was out of station when you were selected otherwise only after giving your name, your family details and whatever details i ask for then only you can get the offer confirmation itself. But as you got already selected, you deny to tell your name, your details..

Roli interrupted : Ok Sir. I am only daughter of Mr. Jamanlal Divedi and Mrs. Gauri Divedi. I dont have any sisters or brothers. Nothing more than these details.

Sid: Ms. Roli, see even now when i asked you straight about your details you were not ready. But when i gave big lecture you are telling. You are peculiar in nature.

Roli: Sorry Sir.

Sid: Ms. ROli, from tomorrow i am going to count how many Sorry you will tell in 1 day.

He laughed.. Roli too was unable to control and she too laughed..

Siddhant just cornered & stopped the car suddenly. Roli was wondering why he stopped the car.

Siddhant hold her right hand with his left hand and pulled her towards him while ROli fell on his shoulders.

Siddhant hug her tightly. Then lift her face with his fingers and moved towards her lips...

Roli: Sir. Please stop the car. My house is in this street only. I can go myself from here.

Siddhant just returned from his beautiful imagination disturbed by Roli. He was thinking, Oh Roli! Why your house came so early and you disturbed my cute imagination.

Siddhant stopped and ROli got down the car.

Roli: Thank you Sir...

Roli did not wait for any more second and rushed from there towards her house.

Siddhant with a smile took U turn to travel towards his house as his house was exactly on oppoisite side of travel from office towards ROli's house. He only told lie to Roli that it is on the way...

After few minutes of driving with lots & lots of her memories finally Siddhant reached home.

Siddhant gave the lunch box to Sujatha..

SId: Maaji,your daughter in law said your food preparation is tasty.

Sujatha: What? When you gave the food to her? Did you meet her in the lunch time going out?

Sid: Where should I go out to meet her?

Mataji: What do you mean?

Sid: I mean she is in our office only.

Mataji: At our office? Who is that?

Sid: She is new girl joined in our office few days back as Receptionist.

Mataji: Receptionist. What are you telling Sid?

Sid: Yes Mataji. She joined as Receptionist. But she is Interior designer. Well talented.

Sujatha: Then why she is working as Receptionist then.

SId: To hold me from getting into the office.

Mataji: What? She hold you from getting into the office. How it is possible to hold the MD?

Sid: Yes Mataji. That is what happend.

Siddhant explained about Roli to them.

Sujatha: Then why cant you introduce her to all of us.

Sid: Just wait. WIll surely arrange for meeting with her soon...

Part 14

Siddhant was in his cabin the next day as usual looking at Roli in the TV.

Roli was continuing her designs attending the phone calls or the people coming to the reception then and there..

That is when 3 people entered into the office and moved towards the Reception.

Roli closed the notebook and lift her face to see the people moving towards the office.

Roli: Hello! How can I help you? You have come to meet someone!

Person1: Yes we have come to meet an important person

Roli: Oh Ok! If you can tell the name of the person whom you wish to meet i can call the person.

Person2: Actually your MD only know the name of the person and details.

Roli: Our MD. Ok I will ask him. Just a minute.

Roli dialed Sid's number.. Siddhant who was just into some work in the laptop did not notice the things happend in the Reception and lift the phone.

Sid: Yes Roli..

Roli: Sir someone have come at the reception and they are not knowing whom they need to meet and telling you know the details.

Siddhant just after hearing this lift his face to see who has come in the reception and was shocked.

Sid: Oh my God!

Siddhant disconnected the line and rushed towards Reception..

Sid: Where you three all the way to office?

person3: Cant we come to the office?

Siddhant smiled..

Roli: Sir, who is the person whom they want to Sir. They said you only knows that person.

Sid: Roli, Did you hold them also like how you did for me?

Roli: No SIr.

Sid: You know who they are?

Roli: No SIr

Sid: She is my Mataji Mrs. Nirmala Bharatwaj, She is my Mother Mrs. Sujatha Bharatwaj & He is my Father Mr. Rajender Bharatwaj

Roli: Oh Namasthe. I was not knowing.

ROli came out of her cabin and touch their feet to take the blessings being elders.

Siddhant raised his eyebrows and asked them how she is!!

All the three shared a smile to show their happiness.

Siddhant took them to his cabin.

Mataji: Siddhant, she is very beautiful.

Sid: Mataji, but why you all suddenly came here. I told that i will introduce her soon.

Sujatha: What can we do when we were not having patience to wait from seeing our daughter in law.

Sid: What if she get doubt that you all have come to see her? ABout that you told you dont know the person you want to meet and myself only knows that.

Mataji: I dont think she might have understood we were talking about her only.

Sid: Well. anyway what will you have? Tea or Coffee?

Mataji: Coffee from our daughter in laws hands.

Sid: Mataji, you too naa. Anyway just wait.

Sid called Roli in the intercom..

Sid: Ms. ROli..

Roli: Yes Sir..

SId: Ms. ROli bring 5 cups of coffee to my cabin & I wish you bring it instead of sending the office assistant as you know who has come.

Roli: Sure Sir. I will come.

Roli ordered for coffee in the dining hall. She went there herself to collect the tray with coffee cups and entered into his cabin.

Roli forward the coffee tray in front of them with a smile while Mataji, Sujatha, Rajender & Siddhant took one cup and one was left.

Roli was wondering for whom this 5th cup is.. Siddhant understood her confusion..

Sid: Ms. ROli, this 5th cup is for you only. Take the cup and sit here.

Roli: But SIr..

Sid: No Ifs & Buts.

Mataji hold her hands and made her sit next to her in the sofa.

Mataji: What is your name?

Roli: Roli Divedi

Mataji took the coffee cup and gave it to her to drink.

Roli took it with hesitation to sit with their management people and drink coffee.

Mataji & Sujatha were asking some questions in general to her..

Roli too answered all the questions politely.

Siddhant was admiring at her talking to his parents and Mataji..

After few minutes, Roli took the coffee tray and went back to her place..

ROli was wondering why they were talking to her and thought may be she is new and wanted to know about her...

Inside the cabin..

Sid: Mataji & Maaji, tell me how is my selection.

Mataji: Very beautiful & Intelligent.

Sujatha: Cultured too. We like her very much..

Mataji: Siddhant when are you going to bring her to our home.

Sid: Where is the urgency?

Mataji: What are you talking? We all know about this and wait. What if Roli's parents arrange her marriage?

SId: You are also right. But give me time till the end finishing this new order. I will surely fulfill your wish..

Mataji: Sure will wait till that. But make it soon.

All the three started from the office and waved bye to Roli while crossing the Reception without fail.

Siddhant with a smile returned to his cabin..

Siddhant was waiting for the completion of 1 week time given to all for completion of the designs...

Part 15

Siddhant was eagerly waiting for the day and it has come. Yes the one week passed and the time given to all the staffs for completion of design also finished.

Today the meeting which was schedule before a week and everyone were tensed. Almost all were only able to come up with few designs of the order as they are used to work together in groups putting their ideas together to complete the order. Now they have been told to work individually and hence they were unable to finish within a short span of 1 week.

Everyone decided to inform their MD that they may need more time and show the available finished designs with them.

When everyone were tensed on how to tell him that it is not done and ask for more time, the person who finished all the designs within that 1 week was unable to understand how to show him the designs which is none other than Roli.

Roli was fully tensed. How she can show him the designs? What will be his reaction even if shown to him? Also how she can show when she was not selected as designer for the company & only selected as Receptionist. Above all these she atleast wish to go to see the designs of other senior designers. How she can get in?

Siddhant was looking at her tension, her expressions, her worry. Everything was understood by him.

Siddhant to himself: Dont worry darling! I am here. I will take care.

Siddhant called Roli in the intercom.

Sid: Ms. Roli..

Roli: Yes Sir.

SId: Inform all to gather in the conference hall.

ROli: Ok Sir.

Roli was thinking whether to use the same tea cup distribution like the other day & get in to the room or what else can be done. But he was worried what if he catch her if she repeat the same thing. Her hands were pressing the fingers of the other hand showing the tension she is facing inside.

Roli join her hands and prayed to Lord Ganesha to show some way..

Siddhant with a smile called Roli in the intercom again.

Sid: Ms. ROli.

Roli: Yes Sir..

Sid: Are you free now??

Roli: Of course sir.

Sid: Then why cant you join us in the meeting as you may need to help collecting the design of the designers and show me. I cant run here & there.

Roli: Sure Sir. I will come.

Roli to herself: I need to go for showing the design of the others. ANyway though i did not got chance to show mine. Atleast i got chance to see the others. Let me go & see to it.

ROli console herself and went to the conference room.

All were wondering why the Receptionist is joining the meeting..

Siddhant entered the room in few minutes greeting all the staffs 'Good Afternoon'

Siddhant showed the chair to ROli to sit which was 1st chair in one side of his Seat. ROli sat there quietly.

There was a laptop connected to projector in front of her.

Siddhant not even sit on his seat and started his conversation walking around the room.

Sid: So friends! Week passed. the time given for making the design is finished. Can we have a look at all your designs.

All the staffs in a meagre voice: Yes Sir..

Sid: Well. Can you come forward one by one and inform Ms. ROli where you saved your designs so that she can put the design in the screen through the projector.

Roli now only understood why she was called there which was to put the designs in the laptop. So all the designs made by them are in the system. But she was thinking the designs will be in their notebooks and she need to rush here & there to collect the notebooks from them. Even her MD told like that only that he cant run here & there. Then why he said so when everything is in the system. Any way now she got good chance to see all the designs.

The staffs one by one gave their path details to Roli to open their design in the system. ROli opened those files and projected it on the screen.

Siddhant was going throught each & every designs giving importance to each & every details. Even he asked for clarity if required from the one who prepared the design.

Roli was wondering how he is looking into design with indepth knowledge and idea about it and trying to understand it..

All the designs of the staffs finished displaying in the screen.

Sid: Well. Thanks for all the efforts taken by all the staffs. But can anyone confirm me who ever did the designing showed till now that all the design required for the order finished.

All of them bow down their faces.

Sid: Or in other terms who all can confirm me the shown design was what exactly i was looking for this special order which we got from new customer..

Silence maintained.

Sid: What this silence means? Can you all tell me? One full week time was given to you all for completing the design. But none of them completed all the design and whatever design finished also not upto what was exactly required.

One of the staff: SIr actually the time 1 week is very less.

Sid: Ok Then what other excuses.

Another staff; If we might have done the work together it might have got completed. Normally we work together dividing the work between us. But this time we were told to work separately. SO for same design everyone were working separately wasting our time.

Sid: Is the designing wasting of time? You all know why i told to work individually so that you can understand your own individual styles instead of just putting hands on others efforts. Anyway. You all only got reasons & excuses. Not the result.

Another staff: Sir it is not practically possible to finish all the designs of the order in a week that too individually sir. If you can give us few more days that too work together we will surely give best output as you expect.

SId: But friends, we dont have that much time as this is the first step and we got long way to go. ANyway, i will show you all one set of designs and I expect you too to give your honest opinion for that.

One of the staff; Whose design sir?

Sid; I think that is not required to be known until i reveal that. Now just go through it.

Siddhant gave the file path to Roli to run the file.

Roli opened the file and looked at screen eagerly to know what design it is and got shocked.

Roli's designs which she put in her notebook mentioning all the details of the design with purpose and each and every detail was displayed in the screen.

Roli turned towards Sid and looked at him pleasantly surprised.

Siddhant eyes expressed to keep quite.

The file was shown will all the designs required for the order and finished its pages in few minutes..

All were amazed on looking at those wonderful designs.

SId: Yes friends. Now its time for you all to open up your comments on the designs.

One staff: Perfect sir. Very beautifully design. I really wish to admit.

2nd staff: Superb sir. hats off to the designer

3rd staff: factastic designs. Never seen such elegant one before.

All one by one given appreciation to the design while Roli eyes were filled with tears of happiness.

Siddhant never missed to notice it.

Finally Siddhant concluded with his conversation..

Sid: Friends you all said it is not possible for individually that too in a week. But these designs which you all appreciated was done by an individual in 1 week time.

All staffs: Who is that SIr?

Sid: The one who you all know. The one who is one among us.

All staffs wondering who is that person that too one among us. ALl staffs whoever in designer department already given their incomplete presentation. Then who is that.

SId: Friends, No need to think a lot to locate that person as none of you might have even imaging the person to be a designer.

One staff: Who is that Sir? We all are eager to know.

Sid: Sure will tell you. But you all should accept her as Manager - Designer without any 2nd thought. If you all assure. Will surely reveal the person details.

Another staff: Sure sir. If someone is that much talented to make such wonderful designs in just 1 week. We are ready to accept that person as our Manager.

Sid: Well. Then congratulate your new Manager - Designer Ms. Roli Divedi.

Sid started clapping his hands and was continued by other staffs with shock well shown on their face.

Roli stood up and was freezed in complete shock...

Roli's tear filled eyes were thanking Siddhant...

Part 16

Roli was standing freezed while Siddhant was looking at her with pride.

Other staffs came near her and congratulated and went out of the room one by one.

Now all other than Roli & Siddhant went out of the room.

Roli was standing speechless looking at him.

Siddhant with a smile broke the silence..

Sid: Congratulations, Manager Designer

Roli: Sir, Thank you thank you so much. I never expected...

Roli was unable to speak as she felt like the throat is blocked holding the words coming out. Tears started rolling out of her eyes.

Siddhant was unable to hold him seeing Roli crying in front of his. He wish to wipe her tears and hug tightly. But the place was holding him from doing that..

Sid: ROli. Why are you crying now? This is time to be happy as you got your deserving post.

Roli adjusted her throught to remove the blockage to talk further.

Roli: Sir, This is tears coming out of happiness. I was wondering how to atleast show you the designs made by me. But i wonder how you got all those designs. I am very happy you not only got the designs, but also like it and make everyone like it. Above all you have given the position of Manager to a fresher who was not selected by the HR in the department itself being fresher.

Sid: Roli, Experienced or Fresher got nothing to do with the knowledge, talent, capability etc... I know you are desinger before 1 week itself, infact on my first day of meeting you itself. I was looking into your designs everyday unknown to you.

Roli: But how Sir?

Sid: Then what you thought about your MD? Am I sitting in the cabin without knowing about my own staffs.

Roli: Then why you never told me any of these.

Sid: To surprise you like this. Anyway are you happy now.

Roli with a smile: I dont have words to express my happiness.

Sid: With that happiness can you take in charge of your cabin.

Roli: Cabin!!!

SId: Then what you thought you will sit in the Reception table and work as Manager - Designer like how you did all these beautiful designs from there.

Roli: Then who will take care of Reception

Sid: Ms. Roli, Dont worry. I already instructed HR to select the person for that post. You might have seen a girl who came 2 days back for the interview was selected as Receptionist and joining duty tomorrow.

Roli: Oh! So you were well planning for all these before itself.

Sid: Well. Now you understood it at last. Shall we go.

Siddhant took her to her cabin which was very next cabin of Siddhant's.

Till date that cabin was not used by anyone and only printer, scanner like electronics items were set there. Siddhant already cleared the cabin with office assistant.

Siddhant opened the door for Roli.

Roli on entering the room was astonished.

The room was holding big table & beautiful chair almost similar to Siddhant with little small in size. Roli was wondering when these new furnitures entered without her knowing who is in the reception the whole day. May be he might have brought it after she leave from office. Her Name holder was placed in the table which showed it was well planned by him already. New telephone instrument, beautiful pen stand like items were kept in the table. Side table was holding a small printer for her printing purposes. One brand new Laptop was kept on the table for her.

Roli was looking at everything with surprise.

Sid: Ms. Roli, Now occupy your seat.

Roli: Sir, I wonder when you arranged all these unknown to me.

Sid: Ms. ROli, what do you think. NOthing will happen without your knowledge.

Roli: Not like that. But still i am in the reception the whole day not knowing about any of these.

Sid: Not only you. Other than one office assistant none of the other staffs too know about any of these. The key was infact with me which i just opened now.

Roli smiled.

Sid: Manager Madam. Is this explanation enough to sit in your cabin or any more required.

Roli & Siddhant shared a smile.

Roli went to the seat and occupied it.

Siddhant admired her in that place for a while and tried to turn from there.

Roli: SIr..

Siddhant turned towards her.

Roli: Thank you. Thank you very much.

Sid with a smile: You are welcome..

Part 17

Siddhant was monitoring Roli as usual as CCTV is on her cabin too.

Roli was in deep thinking with the designs on hand. Siddhant who was waiting since very long to know what she is thinking so deeply was unable to hold him any more from coming to her and ask what it is all about.

Siddhant called Roli in the intercom.

Sid: Ms. ROli..

Roli: Yes Sir.

Sir: Can you come to my cabin?

Roli: Yes Sir.

Roli kept the phone and rushed to his cabin.

Sid: Take your seat.

Roli was surprised as till date she used to stand in his cabin whenever he calls her inside other than the one time during his parents visit to office. But now for the first time he is telling her to sit.

Sid: Ms. ROli, i just told you to sit. You have started thinking as if big task is given.

ROli sat with a smile on her face.

Sid: Now tell me what is your next plan

Roli: SIr, I was thinking about that only.

Sid: That i know. That is why i called you.

Roli: But how you know.

Sid: Wont i know my staffs. You have finished the first step of designing. Now next step need to be decided.

ROli: Oh ok! Actually sir I was thinking why cant we make the models of the designs we selected and show the customer before starting the actual work.

SId: Wont you feel the time will be wasted.

ROli: No SIr..

Sid laughed hearing 'No Sir.'

Roli: SIr, why are you laughing now?

Sid: Nothing. Just continue..

Roli: Sir, though the preparation of models may take some time. But i feel the customer will be very happy that their consent is taken before execution of the design. If they have any 2nd opinion on the designs they can inform us at this stage itself so that we can act accordingly. Otherwise after preparing it, if they come out with their opinions then cost, energy, time everything will be wasted.

Sid was thinking for few minutes on what Roli said..

Sid: Well you are right. You inform the staffs to prepare the models immediately.

ROli: But Sir. How can I? All are experienced. What if they dont hear mine.

SId: Then for what purpose i have made you as Manager. You need to manager your subordinates. Do you expect me to talk to your subordinates on your behalf.

Roli: No SIr.

SId: Am i your assistant or mouth piece?

Roli: No Sir.

Sid: Then just call your staffs for the meeting in the conference room and tell them to prepare models and give them required ideas too for that.

Roli: Ok Sir.

Roli with puzzled face whether all will hear what she tell went to her cabin and called the Head of departments to gather in the conference hall.

All gathered in the conference hall in few minutes and Roli went there to explain about her plan.

SIddhant was monitoring the complete meeting happening in the conference hall through CCTV. Also being it is conference hall mike was fixed to hear the conversations too.

Siddhant called the office assistant & informed him to switch on the mike unknown to others which was well done by him.

Roli explained everyone on making the models of all the designs. What materials need to be used for making the models, Time limits for completing the task etc etc etc..

Siddhant was admiring her beauty in the monitor while his ears were hearing her complete speech given to her subordinates.

Siddhant was fully satisfied that making her as Manager is not at all wrong decision. He praised her by heart.

In the evening, all staffs left the office other than Roli & Siddhant.

Roli was working on the design execution the 3rd step which she need to concentrate after 2nd step of model approval from client.

Siddhant was just monitoring her and admiring. But he felt he was able to call & tease her as Receptionist more than now.

Still he did not want to leave any chance.

Siddhant took his bag and went to her cabin.

Sid before entering..

Sid: May I come in Madam.

Roli: Sir, what sir you are asking me permission?

Sid: Still you are Manager now.

Roli: Manager is only because you have given that post. For you i am your normal staff only.

Sid: Oh ok! But again did you see the time it is already 7 now.

Roli: Oh God! I did not notice. I was fully into the work and forgot to see the time.

Sid: It is better i need to arrange alarm clock to be placed in your table to remind you the time.

ROli & Siddhant shared a smile.

Sid: Ok anyway. Atleast start now. I will leave you like that day.

Roli: But its ok sir. I will go by bus.

Sid: By Bus. No way. Firstly my Manager cant travel by bus anymore. Today I will drop you. TOmorrow car will come to pick up & drop you daily. I did arranged for that already.

Roli: Sir, what is the need?

SId: No need for you. But i cant leave you like that.

Roli: Sir!

Sid: I mean, what others will think if i let you to travel by bus after making you as Manager.

Roli: Thank you Sir.

Sid: OK. you can even thank while going by car. Now please start.

Roli: yes sir.

They start together and this time ROli get into front seat without him insisting for that.

They had general discussions all the way and Siddhant dropped her near her house...

Part 18

Roli reached her home happily.

She hug her parents in happiness.

Jamanlal: roli you seems to be very happy.

Roli: pappa it is happy news only. Roli is no more receptionist

Jamanlal: they have taken you as designer now!

Roli: pappa you don't believe not only as designer but as Manager

Gauri: manager!

Roli: yes. I am the manager now. I got separate cabin. Also from tomorrow car will be coming to pick up & drop

Jamanlal: roli. What are you telling? How come suddenly?

Roli explained them what all happened in the office & how she got?

Her parents were excited.

Gauri bring sweet to feed roli in happiness.

Jamanlal was again thanking the MD for his consideration of her daughter talent. He thanked the old man image he got in his mind.

Siddhant reached home as usual with a smile.

He shared the happening with his family.

Mataji: siddhant happy that our daughter in law become manager. But tell us you made her as she is really talented or because of your love.

Siddhant opened his laptop & showed them her designs.

Sid: these are the designs prepared by her. Now tell me is it because of love.

Rajender: we agree it is for talent. What a designs really amazing!

Siddhant was feeling pride.

He went to his room having dinner.

Siddhant took the photo again & placed a kiss.

Siddhant: roli darling how long I need to kiss your photo. Let it be. This life is also interesting.

He was rolling in the bed.

Sid: roli actually when you were receptionist I was able to call you often giving some or the other job & also pulling your legs. But today after I made you manager I was unable to do any such. What can I do? I need to come up with some solution. I can't see you as receptionist also

He was now thinking deeply. After few minutes of thinking he got a great idea which he decided to execute the next day...

Part 19

Roli got ready and was having her breakfast while car reached her doorsteps

Roli parents were very happy that their daughter is getting such facilities from the office and no need for her to travel by bus.roli wave bye to parents and sat in the back seat now.

Roli reached office in the car making others feeling jealous.

Roli on entering looked at the reception counter where she was sitting till the previous day which was replaced by the new girl now in full make up & tight skirt.

Roli shared a smile and entered into the office.

Now being she is in Manager post all other staffs wished her 'Good Morning'

She was feeling different on all these new experiences.

Finally she reached her cabin & occupied her seat.

She switched on the laptop & started working from where she left the previous day.

When she was into the work completely, Siddhant entered her Cabin.

Sid: Good morning manager

Roli did not lift her face & thought some staff wishing her.

Roli: good morning

Sid: oh madam is so busy that got no time to even look here & there

Roli by now recognized the voice belongs to her MD and lift her face immediately.

Roli: sorry sir I was looking at the work & did not realise. Good morning sir

Sid: hmmm. Come to my cabin.

He left to his cabin immediately.

Roli was tensed. She was thinking is he angry that she did not greet properly. But where she expected him to come to her cabin suddenly.

Roli went to his cabin with loads of confusion.

Roli: may I come in Sir!

Sid: yes come in.

Roli entered the cabin and look into his face to find whether he is angry.

Sid showed the seat to sit down and she sat in it.

Sid: roli are you OK with your profile now.

Roli: yes sir. I am actually planning for further steps now and almost got everything ready.

Sid: good. So how you feel if I give addition task to you

Roli: I am ready to do it sir. First I am grateful to you for giving such opportunity & position. So I can do any task with full happiness.

Sid: then you are ready to become my PA

Roli: PA!!!

Sid: why? Won't you accept? Few minutes back you said so many.

Roli: but sir I don't know anything what a PA should do

Sid: nothing big & to worry. You handled reception right where you handled every one call & other things. Now as PA you need to take care of me. I mean my schedule my programs, my bookings, whatever of mine need to be handled by you.

roli: sir!!

Sid: till date there was no PA in this company. But now I am enhancing the company and I need someone who can take care mine. So that all those tension will be out of my mind and I can concentrate in the business.

Roli: sir!!

Sid: see roli! I believe you can do that. Confirm me. I am going to give promotion letter to you anyway with revised salary now. If you agree I will prepare letter like Manager Designer cum Personal Secretary with its salary scale. Tell me

Roli was thinking for a while. She thought he has given good opportunity as manager in such big company which was her dream job. Above that car like other allowances too. How can she deny him?

Roli nod her head as acceptance.

Sid: what does this mean?

Roli: accepting sir.

Sid: well.

He called the Hr & told her to bring the letter and gave the instruction.

HR bring the letter in few minutes.

Siddhant signed the letter & issued to Roli which was showing Manager designer cum Personal Secretary with salary of Rs.50000/-

Roli collected the letter & went back to her cabin.

Siddhant was looking at her in the TV with a mischief smile...

Part 20

Siddhant was looking at ROli who was sincerely working on the order..

Siddhant then started doing his pending tasks like going through the files, signing of cheques and other activities.

After couple of hours when Siddhant lift his face to see her completing his task, Roli was still working on her tasks.

Siddhat to himself: ROli my darling! How much you work? What will happen to your health if you work like this? Just see outside how much time pass is going on within the staffs. You jump into the laptop & work itself it seems. I need to do something..

Siddhant was thinking for a while & called Roli to his cabin.

Roli came to his cabin and sat in the chair opposite to him.

SIddhant did not talk anything for a while.

Then he called receptionist and order 2 coffee to his cabin.

The silence was continued.

Office assistant kept the coffee cups in front of both and went out.

Sid: Roli! take the coffee.

ROli: SIr, but why cofee.

Sid: Coffee is because i was feeling very tired working since long and thought of having some. Cant I.

Roli: Of course you can SIr. But why for me too.

SId: I was not having any one to give company for drinking coffee. Thats why i called you. Wont you.

ROli: Yes sir. WIll give company to you.

Roli took the coffee and started drinking it.

Siddhant chuckled and started drinking his coffee looking at her.

After finishing coffee.

Roli: Sir, Shall I go. I need to finish the task.

Sid: Which task you are talking about? I think you already given task of making the models to your subordinates.

Roli: Yes sir. Now I am preplanning the execution work for the designs.

Sid: That is next step & time is there.

Roli: You are right. But i thought it is better to preplan so that we can start as soon as designs approved by the client.

Sid: Hmmm. But did you finished the task with should be done before that,

Roli: WHich task Sir?

Sid: Did you arranged my travel to Nagpur for presenting the models to the client as a PA of mine?

Roli: Sorry SIr. I will do now. You wish to go by Bus or Train Sir?

SId: You tell me which one will be convenient.

Roli: Bus will not be convenient and shall i book the ticket in train!

Sid: Can we take all the models in the train without damage?

Roli: That will be difficult sir in that train rush.

Sid: Then what can be done tell me.

Roli thought for a while.

Roli: SIr Why cant you go by Car keeping the models in the car itself.

Sid: So I can go by car as usual.

Roli: Sir you go by car only normally. I was not knowing as you said to arrange the travel i thought need to book for train or bus.

Roli said innocently.

SId: Now it is known i will go by car. Not what arrangement you will do for travel.

Roli: What should i do sir?

Sid: WHy cant you fill the petrol & keep it ready today itself?

Roli: Ok Sir. I will tell someone to fill petrol.

SId: Ms. ROli, dont you think i can fill it while going on the way.

Roli: Then what should i do sir. Already i told you that PA job is not known to me. You only compel me to accept it.

Roli face was down thinking she is unable to handle it. Siddhant though enjoyed her innocence got afraid she may deny to handle the job.

SId: I mean have you taken appointment with client for showing the model to them.

Roli: Oh! That is what you meant Sir. I will take the appointment now Sir. But I dont have any contact detials of them.

Siddhant gave the visiting card of the client.

Roli: Ok SIr. I will take the appointment with them for this Friday as I believe the models will be ready in 2 days time.

Siddhant: Ok.

Roli & Siddhant shared a smile.

Roli rushed to her cabin to take appointment for him with the client and to continue her tasks.

Siddhant to himself: Roli see how much i am working to give you some break. Now wait for the lunch time to take the next break darling...

Part 21:

Roli continued her task and got no idea about when it become 2:15 PM crossing the lunch time.

Siddhant was waiting for the dining hall to become vacant.

All the staffs returned to their seats and all the tables were cleaned.

Now Siddhant called her to his cabin.

Roli rushed to his cabin thinking he is going to ask about the appointment taken for the meeting.

ROli: Sir, I have taken the appointment for Friday Sir. Sorry for not informing you as I started working and just remembered on receiving your call.

Sid: Well. I know you are busy. I have not called to ask about that.

ROli: Then what Sir.

SId: Did you had your lunch?

Roli: Lunch! No Sir. Is the lunch time started?

Sid: Oh! You are asking me. Shall I check for you whether lunch time started?

Roli: Sorry Sir.

Roli checked her watch & understood already lunch time over.

Roli: Lunch time is over. Oh, I did not realise.

Sid: So you did not had food. Ok. No problem. Bring the lunch box here.

Roli: Here Sir.

Sid: Yes. Hope you understand my language.

ROli: Ok Sir.

Roli went back to her cabin and bring back her lunch to his cabin.

Siddhant was now sitting in the sofa keeping the laptop in the table in front of sofa. The lunch box was kept beside laptop.

Sid: Roli, come here & sit.

Roli was hesitating to sit beside him in the sofa as she is not used to it. But she know he will not hear anything. She took steps slowly and moved towards him and sat beside him in the sofa leaving some gap between them.,,

Sid: Roli, i got one important mail to be drafted. But you know lunch time is also finished and i am feeling hungry. I cant wait till the mail is finished. So can you help me please..

Roli: What can i do for you Sir?

Sid: You too have your lunch here itself and in the middle feed my chappati also to me naa

ROli: Sir,

Sid interrupted: I remember you denied that day itself and said neither mother nor wife.. I know. But I hope you can do this small help. My stomach is paining now without food and this email is also important. Thats why i asked you. Cant you!

Roli was thinking for a while.

Sid: if you cant i need to stay hungry till i complete the tasks as i dont know when it will be finished may be by 4 or 5 PM also.

Sid said with a pity face.

Roli: Ok Sir.

SId: What Ok? I need to stay hungry till evening is ok for you.

Roli: No Sir

Sid: Then Ok for what.

Roli: I will feed you.

Roli said facing down.

Roli opened his tiffin box and started taking the chappati in bits and feeding him..

Siddhant was typing some fake email and was having food.

After a while he noticed she is not having food.

Sid: Roli, you have not taken your food.

Roli: Its ok Sir. I will have after you finish your lunch.

Sid: No its not acceptable. You cant be empty stomach until i finish my lunch.

Siddhant took the piece of chappati from his box itself and feed Roli.

Roli was shocked by his sudden action.

Siddhant started continuing his work as if nothing has been done.

Roli was wondering what is happening with her? The girl who denied to feed him few days back is now feeding him. Also her MD feeding her the food.

Roli continued feeding him with deep thinking while Siddhant did not miss to feed her too few more times

Siddhant's lunch box was completely finished and Roli closed it.

ROli now tried to move from there taking her box.

Sid: ROli this is not at all fair.

Roli: What happend Sir?

Sid: I feed mine to you. But you are going out with your lunch box. Dont you think you need to open your box too and we need to share.

Roli got no reply & sat again and opened her box.

Roli started feeding him her food too..

Siddhant now feed her more as she did not eat well till now.

Roli was wondering when both kept their hands into food and only having lunch then for what feeding each other instead of having their own food.

They finished having lunch before Roli come out with any answer for her question.

Sid: Roli really Aunty's food preparation is very tasty. I liked it.

Roli smiled.

Roli went inside the washroom present in the MD Cabin and washed her hands and the boxes.

While she was turning to come out, Sid was just entering to wash his hands.

Siddhant & Roli dash against each other.

All the boxes fell down creating sound while the eyes of both were meeting each others forgeting the world for a while...

Part 22

Siddhant & Roli had eyelock for a while...

They came back to conscious and both bend down to take the fallen boxes while their head hit together badly.

Both hold thier head in pain and smiled at each other.

Roli: Sir, I will take care.

Sid got up and washed his hands and turned to go while Roli got up with the collected tiffin boxes and turned towards handwash to wash the boxes again as it was fallen in the floor.

Now Siddhant cross roli against her while Siddhant's left hand & Roli's left hand rub each other while crossing...

Siddhant & Roli turned their face towards each other...

Roli down her eyelids while Siddhant with a smile went out of the washroom back to his place.

Roli came out with washed boxes again and packed it.

She kept his lunch box in the room and went out with her box to her cabin...

Roli physically sat in the seat while her thoughts were around the incidents happend inside his cabin..

Roli remembered feeding him, then her MD feeding her, then the clash between them and the rub on her left hands.

In the meantime, SIddhant was really happy on eating with her feeding each other and the physical touch happend..

Siddhant caresses his left hand which rub with hers with his right hand and turned to see her in the monitor while Roli was caressing her left hand with her right hand with a blushing on her face...

Siddhant realised he started getting place on her heart...

Roli in a while returned to her conscious as she got call from one of her subordinates asking for some doubt.

Roli got up from her cabin and went to explain that subordinate to her place. She got involved in her work.

After clearing the doubt of that person, Roli continued to look at the work process happening with other staffs too. She went to each & every table and asked for the status of the preparation of model.

Siddhant eyes were following her in the monitor and was appreciating her sincereity and the efforts she is taking to get the work done.

Siddhant was waiting for the evening to execute his next plan..

Siddhant sent out the car alloted for her to drop and was waiting for Roli.

Roli came out packing her bag and saw the car was not there.

Roli was thinking of going in the bus and started taking steps while she heard his voice.

Sid: ROli, where are you going?

Roli: Sir, I am going home.

SId: But the car is sent out for some work. Then how will you go.

Roli: Of course by bus.

Sid: I already told you not to go by bus.

Roli: But Sir. If car is engaged in some work. It is ok to go by bus. What is harm in it?

Sid: No harm. But i cant allow that when I am here. Let me drop you.

Roli: No need Sir. let me go. WHy you are always taking..

Sid interrupted: No Roli. I am not ready to hear anything. When you are ready to travel with so many people in the bus then why not travel with me in the car.

He did not wait for her response and went towards his car.

ROli get into it without any other option now..

Roli & Siddhant were going in the car while their thoughts were occupied by the happenings of the day..

Roli blushed which was noticed by Siddhant and He smiled.

ROli's dropping place reached and she is about to get down.

But the door was not opening as it was locked by Siddhant unknown to her.

Roli: Sir, it is not opening.

Sid: May be car is not willing to drop you here & go.

Roli smiled.

Sid: Try again. How come it is not opening?

Roli tried again, but in vain..

Sid: Ok. Let me try..

Siddhant lean towards her to reach the door while his right hand released lock unknown to her.

He went close to her to touch the door and opened it. Roli was unable to bear this closeness and closed her eyes..

SId: ROli, it is opening. See. You might have not tried properly.

Roli opened her eyes

Roli: Ok Sir. Thank you.

Roli was wondering how it is possible that it was not opening when she tried very hard.

ROli got down from the car and started moving towards her house.

In few minutes when her confusion on car door solved, her thoughts were occupied with his closeness turning her pink..

Part 23

Further two days were hectic days for Roli as she was fully into completing the models ready and packed well.

Siddhant was unable to believe her as a fresher with her work as it was very perfect.

Infact the subordinates who did had feeling inside some sort of different feeling on making her as Manager suddenly did realised that she is really talently.

Roli concentrated with each & every one's work and took care that it is done perfectly as per their expectation.

Simultaneously she prepared further execution process also ready.

Being the appointment taken for Friday, everything was kept ready by Thurday evening.

Roli with help of few office assistant kept everything into his car too.

Roli went to his cabin.

Roli: Sir, everything is ready and kept all the models in the car.

Sid: Well. Thank you. Thanks for making everything ready on time.

Roli: Its my duty sir. I only need to thank you for giving such opportunity.

Roli eyes smiled looking at him in happiness.

Siddhant was struck for a moment and looked at her.

Sid: Ok well. Shall i start now.

Roli: All the best Sir. I wish all the designs get approve by the client.

Sid: Of course. It is your designs. Then why not.

Roli & Siddhant shared a smile.

Roli: Sir, Please keep me informed about approval of the designs so that i can start the executions. The execution plans are already ready with me.

Sid: Yes. Sure will do.

Roli also gave him a file printed with all the design details so that he can explain them in detail.

Siddhant himself prepared the presentation too to explain while showing the models.

Everything is ready to start other than the heart and mind of Siddhant which was denying to go leaving Roli.

Still this is business trip and infact Roli's order designs which he need to present and return successful.

This is not only success to him, but to the company, but to the Roli. He cant miss the chance.

Siddhant bring some courage on him to wave bye to her and marched towards his car.

Roli prayed to lord ganesha in the reception to stay with him and bring success to him.

Siddhant with lot of her memories drive towards Nagpur from Delhi. Though the car was running forward, his mind & heart was running behind towards Roli.

The hours together of driving never felt by him. He switched on the music system and on hearing the songs that too his most favorite romantic song collection he was taken to imaginery world like singing and dancing with Roli. The imagination itself was pleasant for him.

He remembered the moments close with her. The clash they had the rub of their hands, the fragrance of her which was captured by his nose while leaning towards her with the reason of opening the door.

After overnight journey, he reached the hotel where Roli already booked room for him to take rest.

The appointment time was only by afternoon.

Siddhant went to the room and changed to his casual dress.

He was in the bed missing her badly.

He closed his eyes to give rest to his body after the very long drive which started previous day evening and only end now before few minutes..

He slept in a while due to tiredness, but Roli added colors to that closed eyes also coming in his dream and smiling at him, feeding food to him then made him lay down on her lap to sleep.

Siddhant when got up after an hour with a feeling of sleeping on her lap was little upset on seeing his head on the pillow.

He got up and had shower and got ready in his formals for the meeting. Finally before leaving the room took the wallet to look at her smiling face in the passport size photo and gave a cute smile...

Part 24

Siddhant went to the client's place.

The client was very happy on the idea of making models of the requirements.

Siddhant remembered ROli insisting him to do that mentioning client will be happy.

With help of some of the office assistants in client place all the models were kept in the client's conference room unpacked.

Siddhant arranged it in order and opened his laptop for the presentation.

Siddhant perfectly explained with the file, with presentation showing the models about the design completely.

The entire conference room with group of people from clien's management were listening to everything with pin drop silence.

Siddhant wrap up his presentation finally and was looking at them for the feed back.

The group of people who were inside were looking at each other without uttering a single word for a while.

Siddhant was puzzled on the reason for this silence.

After a while, he heard the clapping sound of all the perons in the group with a broad smile on their face which conveyed everything to Siddhant.

Siddhant was excited.

The client also congratulated for making such brilliant patterns & designs and appreciated by heart.

They given their approval for the designs and also provided the 50% payment cheque to him on the spot.

MD of the client: Mr. Siddhant, we normally give payment only after getting the work done. But today after seeing your designs, your presentation, your dedication shown on the work & everything, we got full confident and now paying the 50% of amount in advance. I hope you finish the complete thing at the earliest and make our place very beautiful.

Siddhant: Thank you SIr. Thank you very much..

The client themselves arranged for lunch to have together with Siddhant.

Siddhant wave bye to them after lunch thanking them once again for confirmation of designs and for their payment and went to the room.

Siddhant is well aware that ROli will be waiting in tension to know the result of the meeting.

Siddhant called the lan line and to her extension number.

Sid: Hello!

ROli: Hello! Who is this?

Sid: Roli, wont you recognize me even after these many days.

Roli: Yes Sir.. Tell me. How went the meeting? What was the feedback? Did they liked it?

SId: Roli, just relax. I called you tell all these only

ROli: Ok. Tell me.

Roli asked with an excitement & expectation of a child.

SId: The Meeting went very well. 100% positive. 100% they liked all the models. 100% models approved. 50% payment received.

Roli: Really! Congratulations Sir.

Sid: I need to thank you they liked the idea of showing models very much. They were impressed.

Roli: Its my pleasure sir.

SId: Well anything else important?

Roli: Nothing sir.

Sid: Ok. I am leaving from here in few minutes.

Roli with some sort of hesitation: Shall i tell you something if you dont mind?

SId: Tell me Roli.

Roli: Why cant you start tomorrow?

Sid: But Why? You wish me to be here itself it seems.

Roli: Not like that. You travelled since yesterday evening and was in driving the phone night. you might have reached only in the morning. Also there was meeting in the noon. I am sure you might have not taken required rest within that time. Now if you start again to drive, wont it be tedious for you.

Siddhant was shocked hearing this. Siddhant was thinking, from when she started thinking about me to this extent. Also he cant deny her words.

Sid: You are right. But work..

Roli interrupted: Dont worry about work. ANyway tomorrow is Saturday. Half day only. Before you reach office it will be almost the office closing time. So stay there and take rest. Tomorrow you can leisurely travel and reach home on Sunday. Sunday you can take rest at home to come to office on Monday without any tiredness.

Siddhant raised his eyebrows and smiled.

Sid: Roli, so now what you want me to do.

ROli: I cant tell you to do what i want. But it is my suggession for your goodness. ABove that you are MD and it is your decision. I cant hold you in doing anything.

Sid: Well. DOnt worry. As you said. I will take rest and start tomorrow. Only worry is missing you badly.

ROli: Sir..

SId: I mean missing office badly as I am used to be in the office whole day. Now in the hotel room is not convenient.

Roli: Sir. Just close your eyes and sleep well. You will not feel any inconvenience once slept.

Sid: Bye. WIll see you on Monday.

Roli: Bye...

The phone was disconnected.

Siddhant remembered her each & every caring words and closed his eyes as she said. He slept in a while. As she said he was not inconvenient as again ROli occupied his dream and made him sleep on her lap...

Part 25

Siddhant pushed the time for next day evening to start as per his darling instruction.

He was missing her madly and was wishing to rush to office the very next day to atleast look at her face though it will be closing time. But when she said to that extend, he cant deny hearing her words too.

Siddhant was in the bed rolling restless holding the photo of Roli, giving some sweet kisses, imagining herself beside him with a smile.

Sid to himself: Roli, you turned me mad really. I am your MD whereas you ordered me to stay here for one more day and I am staying hearing your words. But ROli sudden caring words. May be not got any chance before this to hear your caring words. ANyway I was very happy in hearing each and every word. My Darling I miss you. miss you a lot..

Siddhant finally started from Nagpur towards Delhi. Again the long journey for hours together.

But the pain which he was feeling when going away from Delhi was not there as he is going towards his love.

He only prayed for getting the time faster and reach the place fast.

Still he can see her only on Monday. How can he spare one more day without her? No not possible not at all possible. Atleast he wish to see her in the CCTV recording.

Yes. Siddhant decided to go to office as soon as reaching Delhi and look at her face. That too at the time of talking to him with caring words. He is decided.

Siddhant was restless and was counting the hours, minutes, seconds and microseconds to reach office.

Finally after few hours of his travelling he reaching his office.

The office was empty with only securies present being Sunday. The securities wonder their MD in the office on Sunday. They thought may be as he is returning from out of station might have got some work to do. They greet him 'Good Morning' and opened the door.

Siddhant rushed inside the empty office towards his cabin.

He switched on the TV and the system to see the recordings of the Friday.

It was showing his beautiful Roli reaching office. First he thought of forwarding the camera to see the moment of their phone interaction. But he want to enjoy the thrill so he continued watching since morning itself.

ROli was praying sincerely to God may be for getting the meeting successful.

Then she was busy in doing some work in the laptop.

Often she was checking for the time which is not her usual. May be she was tensed about the meeting and checking whether meeting time arrived.

Siddhant kept the recording in little fast mode to go through her full day activities...

After few hours of her busy working checking at the often she got up from her seat and went somewhere.

Siddhant was wondering where she might have gone. The Camera coverage of her room which he was seeing was without her for following almost 1 hour.

He thought she might have gone out to check with other staffs or anything like that..

Then ROli returned to her seat with pinky face. Siddhant wonder what is the reason behind this blushing...

After few minutes of her usual tasks she received a phone call. May that is what the call which she talked with Sid..

He checked for the time and confirmed himself and made the moment in normal mode instead of fast mode to see and enjoy her expressions.

Roli while talking was turning pink and her eyes were smiling. She was completely blushing through out the call. Her face showed the care she showed in the words exactly. After a while she went to keep the phone while she hold for a while and took the receiver again to her face.

Roli placed a kiss and with a smile kept the phone.

Siddhant went speechless on looking at this and thought it is good i saw this coverage. Otherwise i might have not known she kissed may be after i disconnected the phone.

Siddhant continued the remaining in Fast mode and saw her continuing her work with a smile & blushing in the middle thinking of something.

Siddhant was wondering what has happend to her suddenly. Where she went missing and this change in her is only after that.
