No babe..kartik doesn't know roli yet...he was ready to operate some random young girl... n roli just happened to be that.. today they show roli gets admitted n she s stays for the night in the hospital for some tests..she s given something to make her unconscious n then taken to the operation theatre...she will be operated n declared dead...that's the plan of kartik.. giod that she wakes up,..it was scary
