And anyways, putting that aside, it's also social pressure that's affecting Ishaan. Ishaan really is like Rano in many ways...he's quiet, meek, usually taken advantage of, and can get affected by outside opinions of others over prevalent issues. Like how Rano did not like the neighbors gossiping about Suhana...Ishaan too can't accept that he's depending on his wife's money because his own colleagues are making fun of him for it.

Finally finally finally ishaan bola,but wait a second,ye kya bola.i guess it is his character assasination turn.but such situations do occur in real life where husbands after listening to outsiders start feeling inferior to their wife only because the wife is earning more.is this the same man who was a few days back against his mother for suhana and was supporting.ye kya baat hui ke tumhare paise mere nahi hai,arre bhai y does a person do a job,only to fulfill basic needs of family and provide financial independence and same is the case with suhana,so y not use her money,uske paise kya achaar daalne ke liye hain.
