Ayaan froze on the spot, processing the thought that Suhana was married. He knew it would happen one day, he could never pluck up the courage to tell her how much he loved her and now it was too late she was someone else's...he had lost her forever

"wow congrats," Ayaan croaked with a false smile,"toh Sid yahaan shift hogaya modelling ke liye?" Ayaan asked. Sid had beaten him to confessing his feelings for Suhana and Suhana also liked Sid but Ayaan had never thought their relationship would last. Sid was too selfish and self-centered and egoistic to really love Suhana and give her all she deserved.

"no no mere husband ka naam Ishaan hai, Ishaan Kashyap and he's the best husband in the world," Suhana said smiling broadly,"tum jab miloge usse i'm sure tum bhi ye hi kahoge,"

I was right about one thing, thought Ayaan, Sid and Suhana didn't last.

"Suhana, mein nahin mil sakta tumhare husband se, muhje Banglore jaane hai woh bhi kal...maybe some other time," Ayaan said. It was best if he didn't meet Suhana or her husband again, he didn't want to hurt himself further, it took him so long to get over Suhana and yet in one meeting he was in love with her all over again, he just wanted to go back to living life as usual.

"no no, tum dobara gayab ho jaoge doh saal ke liye," Suhana said shaking her head,"tum kaal Bangalore nahin ja rahe ho," she announced.

"Suhana it's important," Ayaan said, he knew it was a losing battle, he might as well cancel his air ticket now, Suhana always got what she wanted and she wouldn't give up until he gave in

"shut up! tum nahin jaoge, koi kaam Suhana se important nahin hota," Suhana said as Ayaan's mobile beeped. It was a text message.

"kya hua" Suhana asked

"I'm not going, kaam cancelled, trip cancelled," Ayaan said. Maybe there was a reason for him to stay back, he thought.

"cool, hum pehle mere flat jayenge ye sab samaan rakhenge aur phir tum mujhe yahan ki best coffee shop mein coffee pilaoge aur bataoge ki last 2 years mein kya hua hai," Suhana said.

"nahin hum sab samaan meri car mein rakhenge phir coffee shop jayenge ok," Ayaan said.
Suhana agreed.

"Suhana suppose tumhare husband ne tumhe yahan mere saath dekh liye, toh kya hoga?" Ayaan asked. He and Suhana were in a coffee shop and he was growing more curious about Ishaan. He could see distinct changes in Suhana and maybe her husband was behind these changes.

"kya hoga? Ishaan possessive-jealous type nahin hai, he's very loving and understanding, you know," Suhana said before getting an idea,"hey, mein usse phone karti hoon, he can join us here, we'll have so much fun,"

"nahin Suhana, woh kaam mein hoga...tum disturb karogi toh naraz nahin ho jayega," Ayaan said

"hmm you're right, tum usse aaj dinner pe mil lena, mere flat pe," Suhana said,"woh sab chodo...tell me tum Delhi se kyun yahan aah gaye?...kisi ladki ki peeche toh nahin aye na?" Suhana added

"hmm...more like ladki se bhag kar aur sapno ki peech bhagte bhagte yahan aah gaya, Sapno ka shehar Mumbai...college kataam hone ke badh mein yahan ah gaya," Ayaan said looking down at his fingers,"did some small jobs, back-up singing and finally marketing director in a music company today," Ayaan said,"and part-time chef...mein jab Mumbai aya tha tab mein take away aur maid afford nahin kar sakta tha isliye aaj doh saal ke badh finally acha khana bana sakta hoon,"

"OMG tumhe bhi khana bana na ata hai?...mein hi aisi tubelight hoon jise khana nahin bana na nahin ata hai," Suhana said dejected while Ayaan burst out laughing

"tubelight!" he managed to say between laughs.

"mein hoon hi tubelight,,,der se sab pata chalta hai sab kuch...college mein maine sid ko choose kiya..woh wrong tha...shaadi ke baad pata chala...pehle Ishaan ko reject kiya...woh wrong tha..woh Sonali ki aane ke baad pata chala...aur finally maine tumhe Delhi mein rooka nahin...woh wrong that...tumse aaj milke pata chala..." Suhana said, reminiscently thinking of all the times Ayaan had been there for her, when she missed her mother, when she had fights with Sid, when she had been too busy partying to do assignments and Ayaan let her copy his work and today she realli regretted not acknowledging Ayaan back then, she was so blinded by Sid that she didn't see Ayaan's importance.

next update will have first meeting between Ishaan and Ayaan

just loved each n every dialogue of theirs...im glad u liked it...i only liked one dialogue by suhana...was proud that i wrote it...where she explains the reason for her being a tubelight!
u're making me even more crazy for HarshIni ! haha imagine if these 2 were actually in a show together...maybe a couple of years down the line...

and i must say u're a FABULOUS writer shona👏 thank u🤗that just made my day...i've written a couple of fics before but not for SGP...im enjoying this...a fic on one of my dream jodis
u'e way of story telling is making me more curious about the nxt update😳n i havent planned what's coming next...i'll probably think abt it after a few days n then write it

yippe part 2🥳. Ok let me start by saying that I read this when I was in class and I had this huge grin on my face (like Ron did when he was on Romilda's love potion) and my professor was staring at me like I was crazy😆 but yeah I had this huge smile on my face when reading this...esp when I saw the Suhana tubelight part😳

I am already falling for Ayaan and he hasnt even done anything yet😳. I hope we get a flashback scene so we get a more in depth look on Suhana-Ayaan's friendship...and yes I cannot wait for Ishan-Ayaan's first meeting
