Is Suhana a bi-polar? One minute she is sweet as a pie and the next she is a psycho. It was interesting to watch her earlier when the show first started but now she is the most irritating character for me. Even the stuffed teddy bear in her room has more manners. I think we need a likes of Himani Shivpuri as a bua to the family to retrain Suhana😈

No, Suhana is not such a kinda character!!!!!
Its the atmosphere in which she was brought up....
When she was a kid, her mom died due to which her dad brought her up as his laadli...and so it increased her Ziddi nature....
She is not a psycho...Its her character...
And after her marriage, when she is ataying with Kashyaps, she is getting to know about the values of a family and all and its influencing alot...
Suhana's character is not like a pshyco, but more like a small girl who donno what is wrong and what is right....
There are such people in reality to...The time and life changes them accordingly
and its always the atmosphere of the place where she live and the company she has that matters...
so, according to me, Suhana is not a confused Character but just a childish character who donno right and wrong!!!!

LOL Suresh - It would certainly seem so, won't it? I agree there are times when Suhana's character seems inconsistent. But Suhana is not bipolar, just childish. She is reluctant to let go of her past with Sid. She is angry with Sid, angry with herself. Marrying Ishaan was totally out of character for her. Although she is happy with Ishaan and his family, she doesn't want to admit it, even to herself as she is still holding on to the past. Hence her mood swings like a pendulum from angry to sad to happy. If she were truly miserable, she wouldn't have made herself so comfortable in the Kashyap household. One cannot put on an act of being contended, for such a long time. It will just take her time to realize her good fortune and fall in love with Ishaan. But she already regards him as sensible, responsible and mature. She knows that he craves to give her happiness in his own little ways. That to me are definite signs of change.

Edit: She certainly doesn't need a vamp with schemes to train her, else her innocence, as well as the show's uniqueness will be lost.

I agree with all of you to a certain extent, but seems like everyone around her are treating her with kid gloves as if she is a fragile doll. Agreed she lost her mom at an early age, but so did her kid sister who is ions more mature then her. Its funny how her dad and servants treated Suhana with an unreasonable attitude (like waiting for her to break items when angry). I'd rather see her dad giving her a stern piece of his mind on how to appreciate her husband and his family. Its her dad's responsibility to make sure her tantrums were left behind after she left his home.

I do agree on some of the scenes where her innocence is displayed and how she is gradually warming up

Suresh - If no two fingers are alike, then how can two sisters be similar in nature. Everyone has different coping mechanisms to deal with grief. While Sanjana became prematurely wise after her mother's death, Suhana became predominantly moody. One instant she's sad, and next instant she shakes off her grief and pretends like nothing has happened. One instant she's angry, and next instant she feels sorry for having reacted sharply. Maybe it is just part of her character :-)

Re: her father preaching her sense - well he did try, but Suhana brushed him off and is not talking to him. I loved KK's and Suhana's conversation in her room. It was heart-breakingly genuine. I had a hard time making my mind who was right and who wasn't.

well there are a lot of screen characters who deserve the adjective "psycho" lot more thn suhana..she is childish..and just like a child has pendulous mood swings..i agree everyone gives her quite a leeway bt on her part, she gets the msg soon..it dsnt take her a lot of time to understand her mistake and she has the guts to own up to them..she is adjusting in a decent manner in her sasural and so are her sasural wale to her..

@suresh

Buddy..... all have said in defence of Suhana... so not much left to say..😆... but psycho is a bit too harsh yaar for her..😭.. can u say moody instead????
Suhana has been pampered to the hilt by her dad to compensate for a mother's love but Sanju who did not know what it is to have a mother got quite more mature and responsible than her age....
Circumstances have diff. impact on diff. individuals... some rise... some fall.... we cannot conclude the same consequences....Suresh.... it is the same here.... While Suhana became more immature.... Sanju became more mature...!
Suhana is shown to be growing to the wiser side now.... though she will stumble and make mistakes.... she will rise from the fall and then learn from the experiences.... till then.... yes... blame it on her mood swings....😳.... let's not call her psycho ..😆... yaar!
