I'll let Deepti or others do a more detailed one. But here are the highlights.
Episode starts with Dadaji and Inder joking about the "shers" that Dadaji had told Ishaan the previous night. Ishaan's dad complains about Dadaji corrupting his grandchildren. He is also worried about Ishaan not picking up the phone. Badi Maa comes in and tells that Radha and Rano are getting Suhana ready and that Alok should try to keep calling Ishaan.
Here in Suhana's room, Radha gives a saree for Suhana to wear for the "Muh-dikhai". Suhana doesn't like it and refuses to wear it. Radha is upset. Rano covers up the situation by saying that Suhana can wear whatever she likes. Radha is even more upset.
Here the Muh-dikhai rasam is going on. Everyone gives gifts to Suhana. Elesh doesn't have a gift. Disha is upset. So Inder and Rajni, announce that their gift is selected by Elesh and hence it is from all four of them (Inder, Rajni, Elesh and Disha). He persuades Elesh to give their gift to Suhana.
Ishaan is walking back home dejected. He thinks to himself that Suhana must've left by now. When he comes home, Disha, Rajni and Panna make a serious face and take him to task for disappearing. They tell him that because of him .... Ishaan doesn't wait for them to complete their sentence. He runs inside to see a crowd. He is afraid. He frantically pushes through the crowd to see Suhana and everyone in between the Muh-dikhai rasam. He is surprised.
Precap: Ishaan and Suhana are in their bedroom. Ishaan is surprised that Suhana has not yet left the house. He earnestly tells her that whatever her decision is, it'll not only affect her life, but his life as well. He asks her if she indeed wants to leave this house and his life forever? Suhana says "yes". Ishaan is dejected.
