Repeat telecast is imp for increasing viewers interest in Show,Its not for TRP. Unfortunately, 'Sarojini' all repeat telecast is not suitable for office/college going viewers. Its very clear that,Its not a typical 'Saas-Bahu' saga,in this case normal 'saas-bahu' viewers has no reason to change their channel for this show.

Low n very limited promotion is another big reason for this less TRP.

thx for clearing the matter.baas yeh baat zee nahi samajhti that sarojini needs a night repeat too.and they hardly showed promo.look colors they arranging live chats,doing video ivs giving little little glimpses in twitter nd showing promors other channle too.zee is lacking in this department.

totally agree with you..sarojini is.not a typical saas bahu.show so they should give repeats keeping all.kinds of audience in mind..zee promotion startegy is very weak. They only promote their fav 2-3shows..should learn something from colors nd.sp..

Well the drop is kinda expected when you're up against the show that is excessively promoted by the rival channel plus also enjoys good repeat timings for further visibility. All the things that we lack. I mean why can't the channel see that a new shows which needs to build it's audience from the scratch and that too at an odd time slot needs even more promotion and back up by the channel to survive the coompetition but zee is doing the opposite it's royally ignoring it because it's at an odd slot Learn something from colors and star will you? and then one day it'll axe it coz it isn't bringing trps. Hello at this rate no show at this slot will bring trps if you stick to the current strategy.
Also I think due to faulty initial promotions they weren't able to establish the nature of the show. Coz by the first promos and montage one would think it's a sasur bahu show but now that I'm watching it's more of a youth show. But because they didn't established this fact in the promos it's stuck in between with the aunties not interested coz it's youth oriented while the youth mislead by the promos thinks it's saas bahu stuff. So basically we are stuck in the middle. They need to clear their stand and target the specific audience through their promos now so that this show could be fitted into a specific genre.

@ Bold : Exactly ! If,you are not a ZEE viewers,you can't get ZEE shows glimpses. I hardly tune any Hindi Entertainment Channels but,I can get SP n Colors shows glimpses in all News n Music channels.

I am also watching 'Sarojini' on 9.30pm slot (Thanks to my Airtel HD+ SetTop Box) but, We can't expect that,all will subscribe Recording STB for watching their fav show on TV. If,I miss to record (switch on) then, I can't watch this show repeat.
