The episode starts with Kumud playing cards with Dadaji and losing and giving him tamarind. The Family is going at SAras' place for the Haldi ritual. At the doorstep ,the Desais finds a gift. When Kumud opens it, she finds out a picture of herself with Saras when they were having their date on the mehendi night.
Kumud tells the family that they didn't take the picture. Dadaji discards it by telling that it is only a mischief.
At Saras' place:
VC tore Saras' Kurta and tells him that it is "kurta pharke" rassam. The boys keep teasing Saras by running after him to remove the whole kurta. Dugbaa asks them to stop teasing her son and everybody shares a good laugh. The haldi rassam is done amidst fun and laughs with Saras smiling broadly.
Saras is like: Remember Kumud what I am doing for you, don't you dare forget it!!
At Kumud's place:
The haldi has started with Kumud looking gorgeous clad in a yellow saree. Saras and Danny reach there as two girls coming to help in the chores at the haveli. Mischievous Saras had heard earlier about Dugbaa waiting for the two girls to give a helping hand.
So Danny and Saras are there, looking at beautiful kumud and sitting with the ladies for the haldi.
Saras asks permission to apply haldi on Kumud and Dugbaa obliges. As he touches her, she senses his presence and finally she understands.
With Kusum and the other girls, they take them to take a good shower, throwing baltis of cold water on both, drenching them completely.
The family is amused seeing Saras and Danny in this avatar.
Daadaji stops Saras from running away and asks him how he has succeeded in getting in. Saras explains how he has given some money to the two girls who were to come to work and how he and Danny reach there.
Daada ji is impressed and also asks him about the pearl. Saras very proudly says that he still has it which implies he is going to rule at home. Kumud is not happy at all. Saras smiles naughtily at her. Daada ji keeps adding fuel to fire and says that it seems Saras is the one who will definitely rule at home. Guniyal replies back that it doesn't matter who has the pearl because Kumud is her daughter and knows how to win hearts, so she will definitely rule at home. VC agrees that his KUmud will rule and Saras will do all the housechores.
Saras smiles lovingly at Kumud.
At Saras' place:
Danny and Kusum are preparing the room for the wedding night. Danny is ready to flirt with Kusum. The room is beautiful but Kusum runs away.
At Kumud's place
Kumud is calling someone when Dugbaa n Gun come. She disconnects the phone when her mom n Dugbaa come in. Gun is packing Kumud's stuff. Dugbaa feeds Kumud. The three ladies share a sweet moment. And Dugbaa gives her a special gift - Kumud's first frock. Kumud turns emotional and says that she doesn't want to go away. Dugbaa reassures her that she is hust going two to four houses far away fron her home.
