I have always been a Saras groupie (!) - Kumud was a good thing because she was Saras' dream! Moreover she was portrayed as a spunky young woman with a mind of her own, so she was a pleasure to watch.
Now that Kumud has been reduced by the CV's to an insensitive harridan, I have absolutely no time for her. 😲 What lines they have given her to speak to Saras! I pity Jennifer... Her usually immaculate dialog delivery has slipped a few times recently and I dont blame her - how can anyone take ownership of so much rubbish with any conviction? There are only so many flaws and flip-flops in any character that one can condone. Kumud is now irredeemable for me ...Consequently, my interest in any sort of Saras-Kumud reconciliation is also minimal... Am sure I'll keep watching as long GR is playing Saras, but with an eye on the clock and the exit door...😳It's a pity they couldnt find a decent storyline so we could keep our good memories intact... The first time Saras-Kumud were separated, the story was written in a way that we felt for them...I remember the shaadi scene and the day they met again over the havan as so intense...and memorable! If only there was a criminal provision for murdering a work of art, this PH and this channel, and this bunch of writers(!) would have been goners. Very enlightening that it is Now in top ten shows!🤢
