@ ivy- just explain to me simply why such hideous double bodies are used and why just Jen? Is it due to the pressure of delivering episodes? It infuriates me!

Also if everyone in the story has moved on...Kumud especially...why shouldn't saras...with or without kusum?...why should saras be exclusive for Kumud...Who really doesn't care for him?...like ...imagine for a moment that Prammy is good...will Kumud care for Saras?..The answer would be no.

Notice that she remembers him as his strength...that silly hand smiley ONLY when Prammy goes off the reservation...the moment he is back its goodbye saras...

Bold: 'Sweet' is an understatement, Pramad is the magician whose got Kumud, his family and Desai's acting like the sun shines outta his every orifice. His 'sweetness' brings real-wala-tears to KKKumud's eyes... And brings out the gold chain from VC's neck 🤢

Underlined: I agree. And I don't hate Kusum as such, but I'm solely Team Saras... I want him to walk-out post that slap. With only himself. I just want an independent man, a protagonist we can still feel proud of and relate to because Kumud has shattered every mirror toh ab hum aur woh usse dekhe kaha? We've dissasociated with her. She's being blind, destructive and stupid. There is no more to her right now. No dilemma, no internalization, nothing.

Point is, Kusum will limit Saras too, and right now I don't want him shackled, in any way.

Body doubles are used when actors are not there... Most of the time, it is Jennifer whose not there with her penchant for taking vacations and such. Regarding 'hideous body doubles' sometimes when adequate notice is not given, the usual body-double is unavailable, and other stand-in's have to be sourced. Sometimes other cast members are used as well, for economical purposes... The camera angles can be adjusted so that the game is not given away. Shiny has stood in for Jennifer a few times now... Notice it when Kumud & Kusum are dressed and made up in the same way so that one can be mistaken for the other, from a reasonable distance.

But television show mein yeh sab kaun notice karta hai, it is just us 'mavericks' who debate and discuss about all these things 😉

I hate seeing body doubles myself but everyone deserves a break. Don't forget Gautam and Jennifer shoot the most amount of hours, probably double the amount of the next important character. I think Jennifer was back to shooting yesterday or today anyway. It was literally couple of days which I think shouldn't be really looked down upon. Jenny's dupe was used this time and once before in the week she went to Phuket. It's not like she's holidaying every month LMAO!! These actors rarely get times for their personal lives anyway and as much as I hate seeing BDs, it happens on the rare occasions in SC.

What's wrong with LMAO? :/ I used it because I don't take these things too seriously and I am a slightly sarcastic person. The reply was to you regarding BDs. It seemed like you were taking a dig at Jen for taking too many breaks when she hasn't at all really. That's all :)

I thought they were using her body doubles quite often in the past weeks as well. Infact these days, I am pleasantly surprised when I see her and the rest of the cast members in one frame.

I thought she just took some time off last month. Its good for her that her contract allows her to take frequent short breaks to relax and recharge.

Body doubles are also used to stand in if the actor is tired after shooting long hours and may even be present on the set at that time.

I wish they had used a body double for the PMS. With various camera angles and lighting, we might have seen a bit more than genda phool😆 😉

Saras needs to make a statement. Because remember and this was an aspect of the novel as well, this is not only between Saras and Kumud now, two families have been implicated and enmeshed into their equation. It should've been three but LN's family has been wiped off, except for Danny...

So, it is not only about the changed equations between Saras-Kumud, but that between Navin and everyone at BD house too. He has no locus standi remaining to stay there, not after both expose and humiliation. Only if, BD does not act as the self-serving politician and makes him stay until elections... Ekk karz hai uska Navin par. That's all I'm worried about.

Yeah true they deserve a break but a believe able body double wud be ok. This is so obvious it's annoying as it kills the scene n makes it look shoddy. Perhaps I am ignorant but how come I have never noticed it in English sitcoms...daily ones too.
