Now that we are having a healthy discussion about Kumud, I would like to add my two cents about the episodes of last week that I had to catch up on. (You've already beautifully explained Pramad/Kumud's situation, I don't need to add anything to that 😆)

In the past 99 episodes, Kumud's had ample opportunity to really understand Saras: specifically how his past experiences affect his current emotional and mental state. She knows why he runs away from relationships. She witnessed it herself when she saw him suffer, and when Badi Maa explained his life story to her. From my understanding, I guessed that the reason why Kumud was so successful in bringing Saras out of his shell was because she had a deep-rooted understanding of him; of his fears, his sorrows, his internal wounds. She said herself, that it was that pain she saw in his eyes that really allowed herself to connect to him. Now, I don't know if I've got it all wrong, but I feel like Kumud was quick to react to her second rejection. Having known the reason for the first rejection, and slowly amending Saras' fears, she should've realized that this sudden change in Saras' personality meant that he had gone through yet another traumatizing experience... meaning something, or someone (she knows Guman's shrewd personality well, and just how much Guman considers Saras her kin) had yet again pulled Saras back to square one... Hence the second rejection. And if she wasn't able to think straight because of her shock, she should have at least been able to hear the blatant fear and defeat in his broken voice.

I know it's not fair to blame everything on Kumud. Saras, even though he's emotionally and mentally crumbling, should have communicated what happened in the last two days to Kumud, too. He clearly gives her high regard, and promised to share his sorrow with her, so it would only be fair to tell her about the suicide note, Gumaan's evil ploy, and Laxminandan's insults.

Clearly there was a lack in communication not only between our leads, but also between both families. I'm extremely disappointed in Kumud, for creating a bigger mess, and Laxminandan Vyas, for being the irrational man he is currently, specifically. This track is a life lesson for us all: to think level-headedly, and always trust the ones we keep closest to our hearts.
