once more my theory validated that we need to give the CVs 1-2 epi after a particularly confounding one to smoothen things over...

1) both are soul mates which they know.. but the chuppa chuppi is high risk...

- by whatever small / silly reason (sejal's story) kumud (whose head is screwed right more than our dikra) is finally getting some 'real world' sense that there needs to be an official closure / announcement...and saras has been given a long rope after the hug...but his time's up and he needs to take a concrete step by articulating what he feels...
- saras finally gets it...thanks largely to gunial...

2) gunial's acknowledgement closes a logic ki vaat discussed here that how come everyone knows what's cooking except VC & Gunial.

- good character development in progress of gunial...finally!...who was more or less relegated to the background in favor of DB...despite a very promising start as kumud's very mature mom who was more of a friend...
- she probably did not intervene till now because she did not see the hot & heavy between these two, but knew something's up. also remember her complete trust in kumud not crossing the line and earlier dialogue "betiyon pe rok lagaa ke hum unhe kamzor nahin banayenge...par duniya ke vyavahar seekhana zaroori hai."
- liked her mature and upfront conversation with saras & a very delicate probing / reassurance to kumud.
- good to know that samud has one more ally...coz DB is all distracted due to her hubby's return & kumari.
- also good to know that saras got the 'enlightenment' through her and has made a promise to her about coming clean...will help to mitigate his extreme impulsve reaction when guman strikes.
- very modern outlook this by gunial...really like the step in the show...

3) our sherni has got her groove / spunk / fire back...was begining to worry that her being in love is diluting her essence...a topic covered by other fans too in this and other posts.
- super retort to guman...she's knows clearly who is enemy no.1... nice to see she hasn't forgotten the earlier discussion with guman...and doesn't care if she's her future mon-in-law...way to go!
- stop sign to dikra...and challenge to come clean...it was not an impulsive act...she is really concerned that closure has to come ..see how disturbed she was when guniyal came in...

4) but yes the drizzle which started last epi is beginning to turn into slightly heavier rain...the storm is definitely coming...
- notice gumans's jewellery box right on kumuds desk below the mirror in the last scene...the pieces are in place for guman.

5) Mr. Tubelightchandra has finally seen the light...he needs to close...and is super excited to do so...
- wonder what is guman planning which will turn this giddyness into anger / provoke a strong reaction?

6) My logic of taking it one day at a time is helping...one personal 'enlightenment'...
- without focussing on the baggage of a known story outcome...this feels really good going compared to other tv shows!...
- My MILLION $ QUESTION fo which I am scracthing my head since it ocurred to me today... there is so much adaptation done...are we as fans jumping the gun by continuous comparision to the original? ...
- I for one keep thinking the storm is going to hit next week..and seperation.
...what if this outcome itself has been adapted?... may not come for quite some time?...

...what if guman's attack is foiled?...saras announces...everyone is happy...then the whole premarital issue between the two (due to semi-official sanction after announcement)...then something else...build trps...
...then the seperation...
...SLB wants the show to continue for 2000 epis...abhi seperation de diya to we are already into the next act...

pataa nahin...Wishful thinking perhaps for my 1 happy week desire!😊

but CVs have continued to confound...and move the story in ways not expected...yet retain the balance...

still scratching my head on the last one...but good end to a good week in my opinion..

I personally think that the conversation only made her reallized that she hadnt had a real proposal. She has said -mein tumse pyaar karti houn, 3 times to him and him?? Well Kumud is one special girl of course. She is different but also not so different when it comes to matters of the heart, is she??
Knowing that the person loves u is different, having it declared clearly not in riddles is also important sometimes. It makes u feel special. So throwing a lil tantrum toh banta hain!!😳
She only wanted to ask - hum aapke hain kaun n Saras again answered by another riddle.😆

Most of this week, I have had trouble forming an opinion on the developments on SC. I dont know why, but I seem to start with indifference on first viewing to (on most days) improving appreciation when I watch later! The only similar experience I have had is with AR Rahman's music where you have to hear a track several times to really get into it!
