When this series started it was quite nice. The actors do a great job. But for some reason this series has not interested me. While I have been told that the real Saraswatichandra is a sad story and has a sad ending, not sure if such a sad story is what I want to watch on Prime Time. Given that Kumud is married off to someone else and don't know what else is expected to follow or an ascetic Saraswatichandra.
The evil aspect in this story portrayed by Gumaan is a repetition of most such dramas. So really nothing new. Keep waiting to watch Master Chef that follows this Show for a refresher.

Thank you for a mature and balanced post. You are entitled to you opinion and free to post here. We welcome criticism. Don't let anyone deter you from posting here, we are an open forum and you are welcome here.

Guman is quite black and white, I agree with you there and the acting and dialogue delivery has no newness or creativity. She's like every other cardboard villian. I feel SLB dumbed it down there to make the character reachable for a certain audience that appreciates dramatics.

Having said that, I find the leads quite amazing, particularly Saras. He's subtle and very serene.

I second MaryBarton here! This has to be an open forum, where people can voice their opinion.

I agree with Rayka though It is a bit slow, and Guman is getting boring. This is so much slower than most soaps, and the dialogues are not the best, which mom would look like a "nayee navali dulhan" in front of her early twenties daughter...Oops I take that back ... Iguess Gumaan would😉 I watch her part for her costumes, I loved her black and pink saree. I wonder who does the wardrobe for her...

I also have to say I love both the leads... JG and GR are both very good and look good together too!

i disagree on the dialogue part, the dialogues are great! in fact i have not heard such great dialogues in any other show..the pace i agree is a bit slow, the serial madhubala has the perfect pace, that show has the capability of keeping the audience hooked to their seats..but saraswatichandra is a classic, the pace is in accordance with the genre of the show..i would say so far so good, way better than so many other soaps!

Hmmm... maybe I was too quick to criticize, I specifically thought that one dialogue was stupid, "Mein Ma ko ek nayee naveli dulhan ki tarah sajaaungi"... Some other Dugba dialogues also irritate, but I cannot remember them... But I do like the fact that they address each other or "tum" or in casual terms and she does not mince her words at all.
