Trins is not worried about the fate of our prince and princess. Why? Because in every fairy tale, there must be twists and turns before the ultimate confessional. For every noble heart such as Saras and Kumud, there lies an ignoble one like Guman and her sister. Good and evil have to struggle or there would be no story, and no substance behind the love and virtue that are Samud. While I didn't like Guman's treachery and her bombshell on the family, I LOVED how Saras and Dugba responded to it. Everyone else was reeling from the impact of what had just happened, but these two had enough strength of mind to question the woman who took it upon herself to break Vidyachatur's heart, with something that really was none of her business. If it was Saras and Kumud's engagement, then it was theirs to end and not hers.
The path to love for our prince and princess will not be without a couple of thorns, but am willing to bet Saras isn't going anywhere. Not while he is tormented by the memory of Kumud crying helplessly and while he plans to build a school for his mother.

@ bold - So true.

Typically when a PH invests heavily on a set especially the amount SLB supposedly spent on the haveli, the story is shot around that set. Saras is not going anywhere😊. Infact if Kumud does marry someone else, she will land up at the haveli again for whatever reason.

I wrote in some thread yesterday about building the school track. In the beginning they mentioned him building a hospital then changed it school. Its more convenient given that Kumud is a teacher, she may work there later and may help if needed during, pre and post construction. So they will have plenty of opportunities to meet. Either way, I doubt he is going anywhere.

What you have written makes sense. With a budget that large invested in the haveli, they will have to shoot there. But another major reason why Saras won't be going anywhere soon no matter what he keeps saying, is because we won't have Samud scenes. And with no Samud scenes noone is going to tune in every weeknight for half an hour.
The whole point of a serial is to keep us guessing "will they or won't they" and have us thinking about it all weekend waiting for the next batch of episodes.
When they first got together all they did was fight, but now after their broken engagement they do have palpable feelings for one another just not crystallized into words yet. His actions and words speak volumes and so do hers. Kumud helped him make pots and lost sleep doing it. Saras touched her waist, he later said "We'll tell him." He could have said well he's your father you tell him. Or he could have offered to tell him privately himself. When the news finally broke, he was the one who took the blame on his shoulders just as he did with Yash. He felt that Kumud's tears were proof that all relationships lead to pain but he has yet to see the rest of what they create in a person's heart.

Agree with you! Whatever the situation is, I'm loving Saras's responses! He even blamed Gumaan for telling Vidyachatur about the marriage-break but didn't say anything. Anything happens, I just want Saras and Kumud to stay strong and trust each other. 😊
