Naina comes out of the washroom in this cute sa white lace gown [ i soo love her in white...remember psycho ka bday...angel lag rahi thi naina😍 ], smiles at dakshu...
and Dakshu ka jaw drops [ye to gaya😉 ]...the person on the other end prompts daksh. Daksh finalli says something in return, and finishes the call.
N : Kaisi lag rahi hu...? [ twirls around a little ]
D : Pari lag rahi ho tum.
She laughs, delighted. "Are wah, KP...nayi line..."
He puts the phone down and walks upto her, pulls her into his arms. "Nahi...sach me pari lag rahi ho."
She puts her arms around hs neck. "Sach me...?"
He holds her ekdam close. "Sach me." he leans in to press a kiss onto her cheek. "Compensation ye he meri...?"
She smiles, then suddenly remembers something... "Daksh...me apna ph offic me bhul gayi...leke aaoge, pleeease...?"
D : Naina...tum hamesha...
N : Pleease, daksh?
D : Ab itne rat gaye kaun call karega...[ pulls her back to him ]
N : Pls, daksh...agar momma ne call kiya to...ya phir--
D : [ mild KP again ] Acha theek he. Me le ata hu. USke bad mujhe koi interruptn nahi chahiye.
N : [ bright smile ] deal. Ab to le aao na...
Dakshu huffs and goes off...
He opens the office ka door, switches the light on...Par lights on nahi hui...
He frowns, tries the next switch...
And these blue fairy lights glow, on Naina's table. There s the flick of a lighter behind him; its Naina, nd she's lighting a candle.
N : [ softly ] Vahi khade rahoge ya baki jalane me meri madad karoge...
He takes the lighter from her and goes about lighting the rest of the candles placed on every possible surface, wondering what els she's upto...
She lights up the few in the vicinity of her table with her candle, den closes the door.
Dakshu turns to her when he's lighted up the last one; She's standing by the table, million-watt-smile.
Mesmerized by the play of candle light on his angel, he walks up slowly...and then the music starts...

Naina smiles, holds out her hand.
Daksh takes her hand, smiling quizzically.

She eyes the gramaphone on the table, and Dakshu is like...speachless [kab se he, i kno, bas superlativ degree😉].

Dakshu runs a hand over this stack of ghazals kept next to the gramaphn, wrapped in a big red ribbon...
mujhe jis ne tadapa diya, yahee thee woh jalim ada...
He smiles, takes her in his arms.

alag toh nahee hain meree dasta se...
She smiles, pulls his cheeks.
mohabbat jo karte hain woh, mohabbat jatate nahee
dhadakane apanee dil kee kabhee, kisee ko sunate nahee...
He takes her hand, places it on his heart at that...
maja kya raha jab ke khud kar diya ho
mohabbat kaa ijahar apne juban se...
Now he leans in, whispers " I love you..." in her ear, trails these butterfly kisses down her face😍...
She starts returning the favor😳...
[ Naina's cell s beeping frm sumwer btw...]
the rest of the song plays on low...
And then Ayi calls for Naina from somewhere...
[i kno, i kno...spare the joote for a few more secnds pls😉 ]
Daksh is mega KP now, and straightens up.
Ayi calls out to Naina again.
N : Daksh...
D : [ frowns ] mere sath ye har bar kyu hota hai...
N : [ smiles, thoda sharmake😳 ] Tum vapis room me jao, me dekh ke ati hu. [ kisses him on the cheek and starts off]
Daksh yanks her back. "Zyada wait mat karvana mujhe." [ totali husky tone😍 ]
She kisses his other cheek as well. "Nahi. Jaldi aungi. Promis..."
Dakshu is pacing in their room, eyeing the clock on the wall.
3 minutes, 5 minutes...he sits on the bed, fuming.
7 minutes...And Naina steps in, closes the door and comes up, sits on the bedside with him.
N : Lo. Aa gayi me vapis.
D : Kya hua tha.
N : [ happily ] Momma ka ph tha. Meri mobil pe call nahi lagi, is liye...
DAkshu is annoyed cos idhar bechara he is all workd up, nd she s all chirpy nd happy.
Naina notices this.
N : Kp...sorry...kaan pakad ke sorry [ does it, too😛 ] ye plan ka part nahi tha...sach me nahi tha.
D : Iska compensation kab dogi.
N : [ considers ] Abhi du...?
He pushes her onto the bed. "Hmm. Abhi ke abhi."
She smiles, pulls him down with her.
Ayi calls again..
A : naina...beta tumhari ph yaha bahar he...
D : [ in hushed tones ] Chup. Bilkul chup.
N : [ whispers back ] Lekin ayi...
Daksh reaches out his hand, snaps the lamp ka switch. Ouch, lights off peopl😆😆...
N : Daksh...
D : Hmm.
N : Ayi...
D : Samaj jayegi.
N : Lekin--
