@payal agree... Since its shown on TV ... And IF members can argue... And may put their views...

But its totally against Hindu custom and Indian values...

And i don't know about Muslim customs or western customs...

But being st the story in Hindu religion makers would have thought before progressing love story between cousin sister and brother relation...

I was thinking may be shyl and sneha are not own sisters might be they are friends...

What the makers are trying to prove...

make the relationship between cousins...?

And the ppl who are arguing actually don't know the relations in Ramayan...

Ok my very LITERATE friend, how do u define an extended family? I mean how long do u have to live under the same roof to be consider apart of the extended family, bcoz if i am correct Gunjan has been living there just a few mths and prior to that didnt even know that so call extended family of hers for that matter, they had to say in her life except for her aunt...um thats how families are? I live in South America and to me a hindu here or india is same HINDU, the tread was are the two young ppl related? And the answer is no they are not! The met a few mths and not related by blood so they cant be considered family! End of story! Over n out! Oh and the cvs agrees with me so i guess they aint "hindu" or " indian" enough either. Oh and for the record, i am literate enough to undetstand the rules of this forum clearly states no direct abuse should be made to members, correct me if i am wrong, but is calling me illiterate not directly against that rule? Just bcoz someone does not agree with your opinions does not mean they are illiterate. Have a blessed day all.

^^my dear... It does not mean if u have never met ur sister whole life... And never lived under same roof...

Than a brother sister relation can be changed to husband and wife...

However the family might be extended...

The values and customs always remain same...

see how I guessed it ur somebody from outside India? How do I know that?because anyyybody living in a hindu familyin India would have figured that out listening to ur talks and arguements.

as far as extended family is concerned u have to be here to understand that...your technical analysis doesnt work in our society...so come back stay a few years and u will understand...

A hindu living in south america is not the same as hindu living in india because you do not have the same environment and society which u have to follow and please do not mind a lot so called hindus forget their customs intentionally after shifting abroad in the race of being so called MODERN person.

I will still call u an ILLITERATE person not because u differ in thoughts with me but because u wrote the same question in another way of two sisters marrying two brothers even after u got a reply...

as far as abusing is concerned go through the past posts and see carefully it was you who started indirect taunting to me in the ramayan post,it was u who started a negative line with IS IT NUTS trying to forcibly prove ur point and now u want others to be sugary sweet to u?sorry I cant.😆

and in the wedding functions the OLD SO CALLED HINDU LADIES ... specially ask if there is some good match for their daughters/sons from the other side of relatives... So a bring round of applause to all the HINDU teachers here 👏

Ramayana is perfect... Two brothers can marry two sisters...

Lol

its according to culture...

So better don't bring Ramayana ...here as u don't know how the relations are related...
@karthika

its shyl and sneha are own sisters...

Shyl is married to dayal...
So she becomes mother to mayank...

And rachna and mayank will be brother and sister ...

Sneha being shyl sister she will become mother to mayank...

So gunjan and mayank will be cousins brother and sister...

So cousin brother and sister can't marry dear...

Only thing here is they are not blood related... But their relation is brother and sister...

I think di you misunderstood, Mayank is the son of Seema NOT Shail, rachana AND Pihu(rachana's eldest sister) are Shail's daughters.
Key
SHAIL~mom of rachana and pihu
SEEMA~mom of mayank
SANGEETHA~ mom of dholu.
