Nice discussion going on here. I liked most of the view points presented here though they are differing from each other.

I haven't seen the episode. But, if Ragini has said that Khushi resembles Sadhna, then I do agree with that to an extent though not fully. Children inherit certain characters and learn some through the environment where they are brought up. Khushi certainly has inherited Sadhna's characters but Khushi's environment is definitely different than Sadhna's. Though both of them did not have parental love, Sadhna had a difficult childhood where as Khushi has a secured environment.

I feel, CTs want to show Khushi as Sadhna's roop. Hence, they are showing her sacrificing nature from childhood itself. I don't know whether this kind of nature is seen amongst children or not. But, I really don't appreciate CTs here. I would have liked it more if Ragini would have stopped Khushi from getting into this sacrificing mode from this age itself (I really don't know whether Ragini has stopped/will stop, as I haven't seen the episode). Ragini has seen due to Kaushi or the circumstance, Sadhna has suffered and she should ensure that Khushi (or Tamanna any one) should not get into sacrificing mode from this age itself.

Having said this, I do appreciate children who show their maturity with innocence. At the same time I would love to see them live their childhood with all the happiness.

These things are very subjective. What is right according to me may not be right for others.

Bani,My thoughts exactly the same as reguser.
Khusi can is rightfully Sadhana's roop, but the Ct's are over doing it.
I did quote Piaget's theory of cognitive development regarding to Khushi's portryal earlier.
Yes,Serials are fictitious so, no arguments from my side!
Personally, I would enjoy more if they show Khushi very obedient kid, good painter like her dad, good at school, very understanding and close to her Masima , caring sister to Tammy and small sacrifices like every good kid does.
Cts have basically written the script for 20+ year old Sadhana and replaced Khushi with it.
I am not enjoying Bidaai anymore.

Exactly. Khushi is Sadhna's roop...but Cts are overdoing it.
@Bold - This reminds of my two cousins (siblings). We are more or less of same age group. The younger cousin of mine is like what you wrote about Khushi's character. Though she was younger to her sister, she was over protective of her sister. Always caring and does small sacrifices to her sister. Ofcourse it never went beyond a point. But, the elder one though loved the younger one a lot, enjoyed the importance given by younger one 😆 Parents (specially mother) ensured that younger doesnt overdo anything and always tried to stop the elder one from expecting (indirectly) from her younger sister.
Similarly, even if Cts want to show Khushi as Sadhna's roop, there are many ways of doing it. Yes, Khushi should be like Sadhna (in strength and selflessness) but not sacrificing all the time. Sacrificing is not the only thing in selflessness. There are many dimensions to it.

I really love this girl khsuhi alot, and i feel like scolding her when she was doing all such thing,i really want her to live life happily and exploit every oppurtunity that life brings to her.Just to be extraordinary u dont need to prove that by sacrficing anything.
Khushi doesn't need to do such unnecessary sacrifices .She was chosen as fairy and she got a wonderful oppurtunity and she must exploit it.
Comeon she is just a small baby, why do all guys want this little ,innocent baby to act as a mature sacrificing figure.

I have to agree with you. I was probably the only SaAlekh fan who was complaining about Sadhana's sacrificing deeds (rift track onwards) that the CVs are over-doing it. Sadhana was shown worried even after Alekh became a responsible husband. I wasn't enjoying their scenes like I used to before. Everything was looking so fake. I wish we all had asked the CVs to show some reality and happiness for this couple.
Now Khushi, I just hope Ragini puts an end to this once and for all. Looking forward to tomorrow's sahi-galat ka faisla episode. I want to see Alekh as a responsible father taking care of his daughter's needs and happiness for Khushi.

Though I was/is a big Sadhna/Salekh fan, even I felt Cts are over doing it. When the serial started Sadhna was shown as innocent, bubly, cheerful person. But after the rift track, she was shown worried for each and everything. What I didnt like was her continuosly worrying for Ragini during their pregnancy. We all have seen Sadhna's love towards her jiji. I wanted to see Sadhna's love towards her kid which we didnt get to see at all.

I watched the episode just now. I won't go into the details but give a brief update on what Ragini did today. She was in tears when she heard Alekh-Khushi conversation and wanted to stop Khushi right away. But Anmol stopped her saying that its not the right time. They both go to their bedroom and discuss the situation. Anmol tells her that she has to be fair to both girls and not think as Tammy's mom and Khushi's MasiMa. He also asks her what would she have done if Khushi wanted the role and Tammy was sacrificing for Khushi, would she have taken the same decision. Anmol said he doesn't want her to regret her decision later on.
Ragini asked Guni to buy a new dress for Khushi. She gives the dress to Khushi in the morning and another one to Tammy. Khushi was worried that her plan has failed. Anmol was so proud of Ragini and said that he would have done the same thing. The wings are missing, so she was calling some shop for that. Anmol told Ragini that this is Alekh's little girl's first performance, he will make sure Alekh attends this function.
Khushi lies to her teacher that she is sick and can't play the part. Lets see what happens.

I agree. Even I started getting irritated when Sadhna failed to look at the big picture and just focussed on Ragini and her happiness. When she deliberately lost the dance competition and preferred to sign divorce papers, I was so disappointed and her fasting during pregnancy was over the top. I hope khushi lives a normal life. There is nothing wrong in being selfless but eventually you have to look at the big picture or greater good as they say rather than worrying about immediate results. Also you cannot fight other people's battles. Everyone has to fight their own battles. Sadhna couldn't fight Ragini's battles for life and now Ragini has to fight her battles by herself. Similarily I don't want khushi to be fighting Tammy battles, neither now nor when she grows up.

I believe that majority of personality is shaped in first 6-7 years of life. I don't believe qualities like being selfless etc are inherited, they are shaped by the upbringing and first 7 years play a very imp. part in how you turn out to be.

Ragini's reaction to Khushi's words seems really positive. It is good to hear that Ragini wanted to stop Khushi after knowing Khushi's intentions.
Actually, both kids need to be guided in this matter. Khushi should know that lieing to teacher (for whatever reason) is not correct and at the same time, Tammy should learn to accept winning/loosing (getting/not getting a role) are all a part of life. Ragini has a major role as a mother here.

I have always seen Sadhna sacrificiing for others and now they are showing the same from Khushi..
PLz CTs .. She is a kid so just let her enjoy her childhhod for Heaven Sake!
and i have a question.. cant they show once Tammy sacrificiing for Khushi ( agar yehi sab dikhana hai to lol)??
they never showed Ragini sacrificing for Sadhna..
if they have decided to show sumthing like that so they can show now Tammy sacrificiing for Khushi .. LOL.. but they will never!! 😆 😆 😆

i agree with u there is no use of showing khsuhi sacrificing anything for tammy, and ragini must tell khsushi if she will be sacrificng her happiness then this will indeed hurt her massi ma and apoorva character .
Even tamanna doent need to sacrifice anything
both r kids, winning and losing are part n parcel of life
Khushi and tamanna both deserve to live a happy life
Craetives should now show some practical things, they must show tammy being happy for khsushi being fairy and she must cheer her up.
This sacrificng nature is self destruction kind of attituide .I want khsuhi and tamnna both to have happy childhood.
well if khushi is good for role of fairy thn she must paly fairy and i m sure tamanna wil be good for something else like sports or other activites.
U know how can they show khsuhi and tamanna as best sisters simply by shwoing them being happy for each other .they dun need to sacrifice anything 4 each other
they r just sweet kids let them njoy their childhood
