I agree with you Smitha, Ragini could have also been involved, but as usual Sadhana again protecting her Jiji may be.I also agree with your thoughts(highlighted in blue).
But it appeared that Sadhana was in the station and Vinu must be in custody.Except him calling from the STD everything he said to Sadhana(her expression) and Malti indicated that.
But I did not understand , if Mamaji was lying that everything is well with Vinu when he came to console Malti.Remember in yesterday's scene Ragini called the office and the peon replied no employee has been outside Agra.
