This is a TV show, they have to dramatize everything for TRPs. Alekh saying "YES" to Vasu doesn't mean anything at all because he loves Sadhana so much and its not like he will really get engaged to Mallika or he is in love with her. This is a very filmy twist where hero/heroine makes a rash decision in anger and hurt...then later on they go into panic mode when they come back to senses.

Ranveer almost got engaged to Sonia and her true colors were revealed at the very last minute. Ragini's got engaged several times in the show (even during AA track with Shishir) and one time her marriage was stopped right before taking pheras.

Bidaai always has dramatic endings to each track.

I fully understand Aelkh's condition, and I accept even his shouting at Sadhna...but in no way, I can ever think that he will agree to maarying Mallika...this will be a dark spot in Alekh's character, and we can definitely take for granted that if any such misunderstanding occurs between Alekh and Sadhna in future, he can then also agree within a moment to marry another Mallika...same goes for Rgaini, whatever she did and said to Sadhna can never be redeeeme...a bullet fired from a gun can never be taken back...

I agree ith you...he should have plain rejected Mallika's proposal....atleast after he came back to his room and thought about it...he should have gone back to his mom and told her he cannot think about marrying any other person in his life.

I dont want Ranvir to help him out in this matter in any way....

Alekh might be fooling himself when he said "yes" to the proposal, but how will the audience know? I mean if alekh himself gave a reason why he agreed to marry mallika, then i wouldn't be blaming him. If he thought sadhna signing on divorce papers was too much, then i say alekh's "yes" to the proposal is beyond that to forget. Relationships do have ups and downs, but what alekh did is simply a "crack" in their relationship to me that can't be fixed (again it's only my POV). If alekh can't be blamed, then ragini cant be either. We should either forget what both of them did or blame both of them, cuz both are equally on the the same side now.

Marriage is not a game. Sadhana needs to understand this...she married Alekh for a wrong reason and gave him divorce for wrong reason. If Alekh's agreeing to marry Mallika is not justified then Sadhana signing the divorce papers is not justified as well. If Alekh has taken Sadhana for granted then she has made the same mistake. Alekh didn't support Sadhana for his family and Sadhana gave him up for Sharma family. They both need to understand that marriage comes first.

This is just Alekh's initial reaction...so lets wait and watch what he does next. Sadhana also needed this jhataka to realize the importance of marriage.
