If u look at real life, unfortunatly many today look at outside beauty, not always an inside beauty, but it's nice to have both, I think both Saadhna and Raagini are beautiful, the story it shows a very good msg, even thought the people treat Raagini badly as she is dark, but true love would never judge a person on skin, just like Ranveer and Raagini's love story............

I think the level of suffering between Saadhna and Raagini are equal, Raagini has been treated so badly that she almost lost hope of true love, even people today still look at her down, Ranveer is her only support after Saadhna, beside her own family.........

Raagini's marriage stopped many times, for a woman it would hurt, it would make some lose confidence, the same goes for Saadhna which suffer from different way the love of mother and true married life...........

Rahm di true...Both have suffered a lot...Hmmm..But see,the suffering of Sadhna is that of a person(To a person,her/his family's support is a must) and the suffering of Ragini is that of a lady...(I mean beauty decides the fate of a lady...In Ragini's case it was initially tru)

Like Sadhna she needed the love of her family...She needed support from a mother but never got it...Let alone Aalekh's thing but otherwise she did get the support of her Mamaji many times....Yes but the support she needed wasn't there...

Now Ragini...She got the support of her family but that support is always not complete when her true love's support was missing...I mean now things are different but before???
Her marraige had been stopped twice..People have said bad things about her colour on her face...Always compared her to others etc etc..She always had the support but somewhere or the other even her support system WAS not complete na???

So I'd just maintain that both the girls have suffered equally...One has already got her happiness and the other one's turn is yet to come...:)

But I like Ragini's character because she has shown that beauty is the inner goodness of the soul. I think both girls suffered more or less the same but to me Sadhana's suffering is more heart breaking coz she didn't get the mother's love which is so essential.But that doesn't make Ragini's suffering anything less.Poor Sadhana she has gone through so much and still suffering.But i think its her time now to get the happiness she deserves.

On the other hand Ragini is happy because she got such a loving husband but I don't think its gonna last.Sometime in the near or late future we might see the colour issue rise again and creating problems.

did i say ragini has suffered less than sadi? both suffered same amount of pain...but i highlighted sadi in this topic because wherever u go n ask ppl bout bidaai...they always say "oh yeah its bout these sisters one dark & one fair n how d dark sister suffers in her life" & which is why many people think that bidaai is a copy of saath phere. But NO! bidaai is really really unique cuz it ALSO shows tht "fair" people ALSO suffers. sadi's concept is never highlighted or mentioned properly so i thought i wud do that job.

i feel ragini's pain cuz i wont lie i had gone through such a stage in life when i was dark & people used to look down to me & say "she looks dirty" only cuz i had gone "brown" for some months n some idiots critisize u just cuz dirt's color is brown as well. it really affects on ur self-confidence. YES, I have gone through n seen both sadi & ragini's "skin complexion" life...no wonder why bidaai is soooooo close to my heart.

See beauty is like wealth, even when u dont have it yet if u have ur own's love u live quite happily....& when u have wealth & dont have own's love...that wealth is really not a happy thing to have

But i think ragini's story is a common one....I mean if you see every body has some or other problem but sadhna's story is not like that she has gone through so much she has problems one after other and still continuing😭 so I aagree with @saalekh you are right luck is one thing u cant buy or change

@Salekh, I understand you perfectly well coz my sister is going thru this even now.There is still an norm in the society that dark ppl are not good but let me tell you any day they are as good as any fair girl.


Reg Sadana and Ragini, I feel once Alek is fine Sadana's happiness will be restored, but what about Ragini she is still dusky and even after marraige Vasu has not accepted her. The same problem of Dusky complexion is going to arise in near future. I totally agree with Panchi both the girls had suffered equally and Ragini is again going to suffer.
