Manya married 2 Karan for rependence?

Ok, so we all know that Manya accidently without proof locked Karan up in prison, but than asked for sorry and let him out, so do u think that after this, Karan will stop talking to Manya and than suddenly one day ask her if she would like to marry him and than Manya, who was very ashamed of herself locking him up, might agree and thats why get marrid to Karan?

Or will she actually fall in love?
