I skipped the headlines today discussion if u call it that, just would ended up my BP level going up...lolz...Read the views out here ... here is my bit on the show ... this rajeev bashing that took place...

Firstly i don't think Siddarth Basu was naive to believe he would be able to pull this off without any brickbacks....n secondly did anyone force rajeev to sign it....Mr. basu may have persisted but end of the day it was rajeev's call whether he wished to be a part of of it...he found it exiciting to take it on...surely was aware of the content that was in the moment of truth..when he saw the CD's

Lol....Good that u skipped it....Even i got a live commentary from Ranju....I havent seen that crap either....just heard a word to word account of it ! And that was enough to get my BP high !!😆

Mr. basu should have been called on this show...but sadly rajeev was the punching bag...but i feel that he should have done his homework v. well before he appears on any show...(i guess he wasn't expecting..those 2 who were competing for ... who would shout the loudest n be rude ..they certainly got the 2 min fame)....Rajeev maybe just a host but when it is of this nature u have to be well prepared in adv...surely he could have taken the production team into confidence....In a way what happened will be a waking call to mr. basu & co....u just can't go on with this saachai ki toli promotion campaign.....

Well....M not for a moment against him signing the show.....coz this is a gr8 opportunity...this is a show which will bring change in the entertainment industry......I agree it was Rajeev's call to sign the show....But U cant send a host to a debate pertaining to the indepth details of the show......I would also say that ,it was UNWISE of Rajeev to go to that show at all.....He should not have gone....and I m supposing they wud have told him about the topic of the debate and he should have gone prepared.....But I think only as expert can explain such things convincingly......one who has an expertise in the field......they choose the wrong person to represent SKS.....They shud have had sumone on the creative team be present or the producer.....Rajeev is just the face of SKS.......A host....his responsibility ends there...

But yes, I cant help but think that if SRK would have been in this position then he would have cum out a winner.......Coz he is a man of wits and bang on answers ,also very well read and well informed ...not to forget well prepared all the time.....I just love his sharp retorts to his detractors....

But those people were misbehaving with Rajeev and not giving him a chance to speak....they wudnt have dared do that with SRK........Raj is nowhere near that level at present....He should never have gone to the debate !!

For any layman who watches this show....most of them are thinking that are the contestants here for...... the 2 bits of fame ?? maybe ....but the most obv would have to be the money.... why would anyone go thro' this sach ka saamna on national tv...n how authentic is this polygraph test

Yes....definitely people are there for MONEY....! It wud be foolish to even think otherwise...M sorry but I do not consider national tv to be the ideal spot to be used for cleansing one self of their wrong deeds....enough churches have confession boxes for that.....! And yep........Even my main question is about the authenticity of the polygraph test.....I believe the court does not totally relent on this test for proving criminal cases either......Its anyone's guess......The heartbeats....sweat glands and anxiety are bound to be on the higher side when sitting on a show ....not knowing which of your darkest secrets will come out....In such cases ,due to the fear of the show.....even a right answer may be considered wrong...

Coz the lie-o-meter only detects changes in the body.....it doesnt determine the reason for the changes....!

Yes, people in this country need to grow up...we can be so hypocritical but let's get realistic...u are dealing with the indian society...whose belief ...is what happens behind the bedroom doors...stays there...The show will only work with the younger section...I doubt it will be v. successful...it may do good...if it does not get banned ...which am sure ..it 's heading in that direction...one PIL or some politician creating a hue n cry....it's just waiting to happen...

Yeah....the society we live in is very traditional and wont change in a day....there will be major reservations.....But thats not an excuse.....The people need to accept that this happens in our society.....How long can we ignore things saying "Bura mat dekho...Bura mat socho...Bura mat kaho"

Abt the TV brigade n their views...i doubt they had even watched moment of truth ...i read the bidai cast views prior to the show being aired ..they spoke so positive abt it..n 1 epi down the line ....n its mixed reviews...n Vandu...if i'm not mistaken the tv actor who gave such a rave opinion is the specimen who is to debut in films...lolz...we'll be there to review n give our opinions on this film...lets see if he matches even partly to rajeev's performance ....did read one positive review by a journo abt him n the show in hindustan times...

Yeah....he is the same namoona......And no i didnt bother to find what film he is doing.....forget about checking the reviews.......He never existed on my horizon of thoughts......But this comment has brought him into existence on my negative side and he is in for trouble now.....I wont leave him 😡

Whether this show will affect his bollywood career...i doubt it..they are beyond this....but yup..the public opinion at large will affect him...

Yep......and directors go by public opinion....! Aam junta is naive and if politicos take to it....then Rajeev is in for trouble ....I hope it doesnt happen ...

Personally, i watched the show n am ok with it...but i have my reservations...whether it will be continue to air..

Infact after seeing all this......on my hindsight....I m wondering if it would be better if they stopped the show before more problems cum up !!😕

Anyways let's look out for the NDTV show ..which is coming up this sunday ...if it's another discussion then mr. basu ki toli has to be present...hopefully the host wouldn't be fighting a lone battle...

I hope Rajeev has some sense and does not go......M tired of this......I dont want him to deamean himself and get on the wrong side of the public opinion....He is not at all diplomatic and says anything without thinking of the repercussions.....He has to realize that he has just started a career in bollywood and that too on a good note....it wont take long for it to turn to a bad note if the public goes against him.....I dont want people to call him unethical for deciding to host the show and ask such embaressing questions to the people....since Rajeev says.....its good people are cuming and saying the truth...but on the other hand he says....He will never be a contestant on the show......This aspect of the fact will be mercilessly torn apart in the media....They only need an issue to exploit !!😡 This may go terribly wrong with Rajeev....He better maintain a no-comment stand on the show as for now !!😕

M assuming that the show will be put to an abrupt end !!

Rajeev as a host will be bound by contract to give a certain number of interviews and he can't help but follow it.
I don't like over diplomatic ppl so can't help but appreciate him for his straightforwardness!! Well, it's just my POV.
I don't think he has spoken anything wrong in front of the media that he is worth a criticism
Yesterday, in fact, I was very impressed by his confidence and he didn't lose his temper for a moment and went on telling things which he was very sure of, but it looked obvious that he knew nothing about the Polygraph test and that's where he was caught and bashed.
There are certain other reasons which has litterally shook my patience, but they are little crucial to be discussed here. If possible do catch up with the interview and I'll discuss it on YM😆😆
I know Raj is best suited for acting, but don't think he is bad as a host at all!! Do U think so???

But i do not appreciate the fact that he has taken all upon his shoulder to protect and defend this show . Why?

Was it his idea to bring it to India ?

Has he adapted the show for Indian audiences.?

Then why is he the spokesperson for these serious arguments with these knowledgable people.

He is neither a professor or a psychologist or a senior person to argue with those senior citizens. He did not even have the grace to address them as knowledable people and instead started cross-questioning them .

The approach he took in the first question was wrong.. when i was less than 25 years old I used to argue like that but now I have learned my lessons😆

The fact that he did not do his homework regarding the polygraph test shows how unprepared he is . It is very obvious that people will question the polygraph macine.

He should have been able to say all those statistics himself. He at least should have cited one good case from the history of international telecast.

I dont know about you Ranjhita , but from my position where I am a professional and working for last 12-13 years , I have found him lacking in diplomacy and ability to constructively say own POV. It was really distressing to see the anchor of the show coming to his rescue most of the time. 🤢

There are certain points in life where you have to be diplomatic . If you fail to do so - it is your inability to meet the need of todays information-loaded and fast-paced world.

I just now read Vandu and binodishis discussion.

"This interview is totally unfair. First of all if you have problems with the concept of the show then call the director and Producer on the show, why are you guys targeting the host of the show. Personally, I think that the contestants know what they are getting into from the begining, they are not forced and they are also given the questions beforehand. If they decide not to go through with the show then why does anybody else has a problem with it. The contestants know the consequences of their actions and they still come ont the show, so why is everyone else getting hyper. Plus, when the topic is about the future of India and it's culture why do you have experts who are all on one side. Further if your experts are going to harp about Indian culture then why doesn't anyone go and talk about Rakhi Sawant. She is making a bigger mokery out of Indian culture. For example, her so called swamyaar is just another name for men figting over a woman like dogs fighting over a piece of meat. Also, Rakhi is holding Karva cauth for five men. isn't that an insult to our culture but I don't see people speaking up then. But they will speak out because another person is telling the truth in front TV. They are not on the hot seat so why are they complaining. is it because the show is making them face their own lies and they are unable to cope with their wrong doings. The show is what India needs at this time, kudos to the Producer and director and of course to the host Rajeev Khandelwal. We are proud that you took this step because India needs to start moving in the future. I appaluad the contestants on the show no matter what their reason was coming. India is ready for SACH KA SAMNA."
