A film like KANK was apposed in India for a simple fact that the wife left her husband for no big reason and the very very famous and influential people like Karan Johar and SRK were teared into pieces by audience and media people, then was Mr.Basu sure that SKS would be accepted with open minds?
KANK was criticized for showing extra-marital affair inspite of having SRK..c'mon extra marital affairs have becum so common today & let me clearly tell you one thing the film was criticized only by those who can't face it & who would be having extra marital affairs..the film is a run away hit, no one can change this fact..SKS was bound to criticism from the day one of its annoucement.But it will be opposed only by those who r bunch of idiots.who cant face the truth..the media which is bringing all such debates are just doing for their own sake..this media which is talking abut SKS & its effects but the same media shows all kinds of bad stuffs won't tis will affect the audience?..every now n then what we get to see in the media?..personal lives of people be it celebrity or aam janta & the words they (media) use..who is with whom, who fought with whom, who went today with whom or why he/she didn't went with the other he/she?..yehi to dikhate hain..newspaper prints all sorts of yuck pics, articles or news won't they think this will affect the younger generation..we can take even our films wont they contain adultery stuffs?..then why blame only SKS & most importantly the host?..SKS is the show where people come on thier own interest..nobody is forcing anybody to come & yell the truth, its an individual's choice..so some people having problem then why dont they directly question the people who are coming in SKS..aur waise bi ours is a democratic country, everyone has the right to speak, but when one is willing to speak up the truth then why not accept it..bawaal machane ki kya zaroorat hai?..some people have this tendency "khud bi sach nahi kahenge aur naahi doosron ko mauka denge, they also won't live & make others life also the same"..don't know what kind of people are they?..let me tellone thing those who are opposing the show they are the biggest liers..unhe dar haiki kahin se unki pol na khuljaye..& why to blame the host, he is only doing his job then let him do it, why u guys r having the problem?..kya in logon mein itni bi common-sense nahi hai ke host sirf show ko present karta hai nake show ko banata hai?
2) SKS is aired on a Television channel which has a huge viewership and can parents stop their children from watching it? It's time slot of 10:30 is to make sure that it's aired at a time when all kids would be asleep, then what about the repeat telecast?
i dont think there should be any problem..when people can accept the bold things on films then why not SKS?..SKS is not showing any bad stuff.its just takes into the darkest or most personal side of the people & that's it..if some people wants to ban SKS then i have only one question to ask the same people - where they were the times when news channels used to air all kinds of non-sense stuffs?, when shows like big boss were on air?,when movies like murder or anyother mallika sherawat movies came & much more movies, tv serials whose focus used to be only on s***, extra marital affairs & so-on, have they ever stopped their children to refrain from such kinds?..then why to question SKS & most importantly today's generation is bold & open-minded, they have knowledge about everything,..so i dont find any harm in this.but if some people have problem with SKS then all those magazines, tv channels, movies, should also get banned..apne bacchon ke future ka dhyan inhe abhi SKS ke waqt pe aaya pehle kyun nahin?
3) Today or tomorrow will be "The Big Fight", where people in scrutiny will be scared to answer not just the experts panel but also the reporter Barkha Dutt. Those experts would have 1000 reasons against SKS, while Rajeev and Basu might have no more than two reasons: Social responsibility and Money. Let these people agree that it's a game show where people play for mony, the only difference being that here we don't have General Knowledge and Current Affairs questions but questions on their personal life.If it's not so then why would a man like Mr.Hussain would cum to this show when his knows what odd life he has lived? It was evident he needed money or a moment of fame!!
SKS is a show which is bound to criticizm be it positive or negative..but it has got nothing to do with rajeev.he is not the one to be blamed..the problem of the people is with the show, format or the truth..then these should be discussed with those who have created this idea, who were behind this show, the people who are participating in the show & not the one who is hosting the show..neither the host had the idea of the show neither he made the show nor he has prepared the show, then why to target him..ab log sach paise keliye bolna chahte hain ya fame keliye ya apne appkeliye ye na hum jaante hain, na hi show ke host or nahi wo log jo ise oppose karrahehain, sach to sirf wohi jaante hain jo is show mein participate karrahehain, par chahye jobi ho atleast sach to bol rahehain jiski himmat na hum mein hai ya phir this so-called people who r opposing the show have..agar koyi sach bolna chahta hai then let them speak who are we to stop him..agar sach kehneki himmat hum mein nahihai to kyun na hum unko himmat dein, kyun na unhe appreciate karein jo sach ko kehneki himmat rakhte hain.
4)If U were in the place of Mr.Basu or Rajeev, what justifications would U place in front of UR audience? We all at some corner of our mind know that India has not matured enough to accept a show like this!! Yesterday's episode was interesting but almost every question had one thing in common :s**.A noble attempt like Balika Vadhu is been questioned blming it as preecing things which are against the society and do U think SKS will be accepted?
india is not matured enough is the thinking of those people who are not ready to face the truth, who are not ready for a change..our country is rich in culture, dharm aur our culture or dharm teaches only to say truth, sachai kitni bi kadvi kyun naho par sach kaho, sach dekho aur sach kohi suno then why we are raising question today?..to kya this means our shastr, dharm, neeti, culture is only for listening & not to obey & conduct our life in the same way..we are talking abut ram, krishna, king harishchandra & what they have taught us-live & lead the life in a truthful way na then why people are not understanding this?..sach kadvi hoti hai manliya par ek jhoot ke aadhar par jeene se behtar to yehi hai sach ke saath jiyo, sacchai se jiyo..if we cant face the truth then we have no right to preach about our dharm or karm.
5)Me, myself never bothered to chk on net about MOT and whether it was accepted or not in other countries. I was not even aware that it was banned in countries which owns far far matured people than Indians. Didn't Rajeev ever feel like taking a feedback about the show, bcoz I'm really scared that this show will make him pay loads in more than one ways. His imsge, his career, his self esteem and what not!!!!
i never watched MOT nor heard abut it, but when SKS was annouced i got interested in it & started searching abut MOT..yes it was accepted in some & not in some..in all corners of the world these kinds of people exist who knows only to oppose, we should better not care of them.Getting rajeev's career affected i partly agree that too for a little bit..by just hosting the show it won't effect him but why to appear in interviews & represent himself on behalf of SKS is what my question is..this is what we say "he is himself inviting trouble for him"..no need of him to defend the show, why not show makers come n defend the show infront of public.
