Kinjal's Pain - Page 2

I feel sorry for Kinjal, I really do but was not Koki correct in her instincts about Kinjal and her habit of letting Gopi do the back breaking work after the initial enthusiasm?

Sometimes I guess parents are harsh for their children's own good...I think that's what Koki is trying to do here. It's true that Kinjal truly needs help...but then what does she do? she marches to MM and goes on a blaming spree. And that too because of Urmi's taunts? It's true that Kinjal should get same rights as the sons of the house but her argument that only the sons got everything on a platter is not true. Yes they are living in MM but they are not sitting idle there are they? We have always seen Ahem slog his head off and for such a long time Jigar had no money on hand for himself! I remember a scene where he told Hetal that he saved money for months just so that he could take membership in a gym. Inspite of being rightful heirs to the Modi empire they have come up the hard way too. But Kinjal is being a spoilt brat. She just wants everything on a platter by virtue of being a Modi. She is an educated girl. Why has she never expressed a desire to work in Modi Industries? I am sure there too she wont accept to start from scratch. Yes she tried doing something on her own through her modelling stint. But even there she erred by doing it without informing anyone. Koki's fears in this track are correct too. She knows Kinjal very well. Right now she needs money desperately so she is determined to work. What if the desperate need is not there...I can foresee her dumping all the hard work on Gopi...and she did not even offer a share of the profits to Gopi but pocketed the entire money herself. Not that Gopi will accept anything or even needs anything but as a matter of principle if she expects Gopi to share the burden she should have atleast offered? She knows she can manipulate Gopi and that's what Koki is afraid of. I think Ahem has the same fear too...
