What about all the stars that decide to quit the show because they are not getting enough screen space??? Or quit because they don't like their character or track? That is very professional isn't it? Star fine you kicked her out of SNS. But just to feed your ego don't ruin a girls career.

Star, PH, CINTAA all out to victimise Giaa to set an example to the entire media industry and warn every other star the outcomes of not following orders, written/unwriten.. . damn power abusers. .

and if the PH really filed the complaint against her, then why is it that after JDJ approval they even agreed tot he shooting dates and all based on what i remember. .

they just want to completely destroy her, , and severe all her ties with the media industry. .

It does sound ludicrous, could be to get more of the public to vote for Giaa in Jhalak and if they believe this as we have no reason to doubt, come out to protest against this injustice on Giaa by CINTAA and the production house.

She had a written contract to be with SNS for 25 days. You all can ask Giaa or SBS SBB whatever. If u see some interview she had said also that ...haa contract tha but I shoot for 20 days form that 25 days allocated to SNS. Fine u shoot for 20 days but the paper work says a different story so how can a overlap 5 days and allocate 10 days to another show. JDJ comes twice a week so 10 days is required no rocket sc. When ever SNS poeple have gone to meet GIAA after her ouster she was always at JDJ sets so she the time managemnt & crunch.
What can the chnnel do if the actor says my heart lies in dancing now so theu had to let her go and they did but action surely will be taken as she has erred.
Who likes and who doesn't is of no importance it a fact and TRUTH that it is GIAA's fault that she did not pay attention to the fine lines of the contract.

well you know what exactly written there.. give us link and show us the contract... fact is fact, why didn't this applicable for other actors??? and SP them selves gave a statement saying nw avatar of her in JDJ will not suit her current avatar , so we terminated her.. there are multiple statements from SP, well taliking about PH, the haven't open their mouth on this..

and if it is pre planned, why her co-stars are so shocked when she sacked from the show?? absolutely it doesn't required her 10 days.. it aired for 8 days.. but they shoot only 4 days.. in one day they finished shooting for whole two episodes..

what is that when ever sns ppl went to meet her, she is at JDJ sets?? she must be practicing.. if there is no SNS obviously for better she go and practice.. do u say she should sit at home??

Well, The contract is between the employee and the employer so Giaa sure can share her contract details with her fans to prove her innocence. But she had a written contract of 25 days with SNS...this is there in the IF interview also. As far as other actors are concerned they did not sign a contract of 25 days with SNS. In work place also we all have different contracts and joining bonus with our employers and mostly it depends on our negotiation skills. 😉

As a working professional I know breach of contract is s serious offence. As a young professional I always follow rules and listen to my Boss for my growth in this big bad world😳

well this is completely out of corporate world and acting world.. we don't work on the base of day in a month.. we have clearly mention about holidays, weekends.. and extra shifts.. well some body harresing you at work place, you always have a option to give notice and resign or fight and take a action on the,.. we never allowed to work at two companies at same time. but acting world does it.. they can do mutlpe char at a time in mutlple shows.. always we work under a boss called TL/ manager/ or HR.. we don't directly report to organization head.. well professional contract never change from one to ne, who are actually working at same level/ designation apart from salary pay structure.. every body have same allowncs to use..

well in this acting world.. actors are the ones connected to end users i mean viewers.. what ever actor says that happens in the show, we have plenty of examples.. so just bcoz she doesn't have grand fathers in tv world.. they are putting all blame on her.. why Nazim is a lead actor, rucha is a lead actor.. when those can do many shows and movies, why can't Giaa? why contract comes for her alone??

that they did agree for her to perform in JDJ , why suddenly there is change in contract.. and their words..

Guys like Barun and Nazim are allowed in movies

In Saathiya itself, Rucha allowed in Comedy circus... Pooja of Pratigya was also allowed there if it applies only to heroines of the show..

Last year Ragini Khanna was allowed in JDJ

Star Plus take actors like Rashmi Desai (Uttaran) and numerous others for their reality shows.

Now if you say, this may be something between Gia and PH, why Star Plus did not interfere and restrained PH from destroying one of their top shows??

The reasons like rival GEC channel (when the shows in question are one fiction and aother non fiction and played at different times) and not keeping the image of Gopi Bahu all seems very ridiculous and questioning the intelligence of us viewers.

these fools Star, PH and CINTAA now.. acting like high level FOOLS . . CINTAA first cud not safeguard GIaa's right to do JDJ 5, despite other stars even from Star and other channels being able to do JDJ. . only chancge is that this time JDJ is on a rival chanel .and Star cant digest that point. . . so they drive the PH mad to go against GIaa. .

I made a post during Giaa replacemetn time about a 2 minute chat that my uncle had with someone working at the star office. . . He was told that Star might just easily sue Giaa and get her finished. . something along those lines. . . SO i guess thats whats happening now,. .

Star must have driven Ph to file the case on Giaa. and CINTAA is a puppet under control of power abusers aka Star+PH. .

This is all staged. Everyone is in it together. Its a publicity stunt.
