It seems to me that somewhere somebody has their feathers ruffled, a lot of politics, also gia needs to get some legal advice rather than rubbishing the story, she did that last time n look where it got her out of sns.

Its funny how all this is coming out a article which was posted a few days ago, n hina khan said that the channel needs to realise we are young n our time to make money is now, so i think the channel is trying to make a example out of Gia n making their young stars wary about their futures.

My take is that all the stars on star plus need to take this on head on because it will not be gia as well.

Well none of us has seen the contract. According to me SP and PH want to make life difficult for GIAA to deter other actor / actresses from participating in other reality shows in other channels. Its the big boys against a small fry.

well to be very frank enough no one here know exactly what the contract states.. some of the things which are unclear are as follows: First thing: I believe all the cast and crew of the SNS may be having the same contract more or less. if that is rite then how can Nazim work for a movie, as per the contract he should not be allowed to do so..again Rucha doing comedy circus, i beleive even they should not be allowed to do so.. so this is all confusing.. the first thing should be atleast Gia should come out and prove her innocence..: If she has breached her contract I think the company should fire her immediately, they cannot wait till they fulfill there needs and when they don't need her they can throw her out. Now again in CINTAA is another one,, I think after 3 weeks if they are taking action that shows there lack of professionalism.. When people talk of Professionalism they should be professional before pointing out on someone else. If CINTAA wants to cancel her membership and if that states that she cannot continue her profession of acting means then she should ne trown out of Jhalak immediately and i bet this is not going to happen.. I think this is just to make her more depressed so that she will not be able to concentrate on anything...

I seriously hope that this is either a publicity stunt and therefore there won't be any consequences for Giaa or that CINTA deceides against a chancelation of her membership. Yes breach of contract is a very serious offence however she isn't the first actress/actor to do it. Others have erred in a much more serious way and there was no talk about kicking them out of CINTA. So I think there is still hope for her. She might or might not come back to SNS but she should be able to work in another show after JDJ

am sorry it just looks like one set by production house star and gia herself. I think the entire jhalak drama is for publicity for their dying show and also her votes. Its happened in south indian film industry and now they are doing it. Am sure it will be settled and they will get back her also.

So chill guys, GIAA may not have done anything wrong, but she could be in soup because the big boys want to use her as an example.

Another doubt I have in my mind is Star Plus relationship with Giaa... Was the channel worrying she is growing above them??

I think the hookah bar incident has come back and bitten her on the backside, regardless of the fact that she did not do anything wrong. Guilty by association. She was there. There was talk at the time of her tarnishing the image of Gopi vahu and the powers that be were worried of the impact that this story could have on the popularity of the serial. We all discussed it.

Two three instances make me think this

1) Eventhough Gia got every other telivision award in the industry for playing Gopi Bahu, in this years SPA, they did not give her their prestigious Best Bahu... she deserved it very much better than the person who got that

2) the news about Colours interfering Rashmi's decision about replacing Giaa.. it is like one channel deciding what to be shown in another channel isn't it?? This will cause ego to be hurt a lot..

3) Nobody including PH and Channel supported Gia in the hookah issue.. it was obviously clear from the video that she was with her mother when the incident happened...atleast some statements of support from channel and PH would have done a lot of damage control in this issue..

The example thing is waht exactly I have in mind with my post Anna (hope I am correct).. its not only about rebelling aginst channel decisions.. it is also about "don't consider yourself bigger than us" :-(
