i feel very sorry for giaa many others have taken part in reality and serials both then why is this done to gia

Anna do you seriously think road is closed , well i still have hopes.. you remember the old article CINTAA and Giaa on participating in JDJ, they said she was into tears.. then everything end on happy note.. she got approval to participate in two shows.. exactly after a month she kicked out of SNS with out any info to viewers.. I am sure she wouldn't have signed the JDJ contract on the day she was out of SNS.. well before two or three months definitely..

then why all of sudden blaming Giaa only for all the things? even should blam PH and CINTAA, when you know she signed the contractor the first day u have to take your actions, why there is delay??? stupids 😡

she should have gone through her contract details properly with a bit of guidence from someone experienced then maybe things would have been different. breach of contract is big offence hopefuly in future she makes better judgements regarding her decisions and should think twice how her decisions would impact her and everybody else

When you are working for one company you can land your self a job interview or a job too from another company ...The new company does not know what are your terms and conditions with your employer and neither are they supposed to know. It is my moral obligation to follow rules and regulation as an employer of ABC company & be faithful to them. Not fall for greed and temptation and jump at the oasis.

Tina.. nobody knows about what is exactly contract talks?? nobody is giving proper explanation on this.. they should open their mouth tell what exactly happens.. from viewers end we don't care for anyhting, we want our fav actors and show go smoothly..

i don't think in this case breach of contract and so called policies is just trash.. their ego's are playing here.. if they know she is breaking a contractor? why didn't they take action on the day when she signed the contractor.. 😡 why didn't they cancel her membership on the day? why did they take 3 months of time?

Poor Giaa, if she looses the CINTAA membership she won't be able to work in her profession any more.

I'm happy that Giaa has confirmed that she has no other contracts with Colors for new shows on that channel after Jhalak.

CINTAA's decision was a very strange one, when Giaa clearly explained that she has off days from SNS shooting and she was using the off days to shoot Jhalak dikhla jaa 4 dates only, from Strictly come dancing in the UK though the show is shown to us in 8 shows Saturday and Sunday it is actually all shot in 4 days, evidence of this is the fact the acts that were to dance on Sunday were all sitting in the upstairs area all dressed up in the clothes they were wearing on Sunday (in Jhalak this weekend), so Giaa said 4 days from the 5 she was allowed off, but Rashmi Sharma made a big deal of this even Colors was involved and gave Rashmi a warning about her new show Colors has commissioned from her that she would loose her commission from that show, that's only when Rashmi backed down, but still wanting to win the argument she filed a complaint with CINTAA, why I think the CINTAA decision is wrong is bearing in mind what I have said with the dates, and the fact Parul Chaunhan of Bidaai did this same Jhalak dance show and returned to her role as Ragini in Bidaai and her character was also old fashioned bahu type they would have seen by that example and outside India examples here in the UK all the serial Stars that take part in Strictly Come Dancing also have a regular serial job, that they would not have seen in the production house's favour but rather the Actor's favour. I think her only recourse is to sue CINTAA if they expel her from the association.

We the fans off course want Rashmi Sharma to not be so vindictive now and forgive Giaa, and speak to CINTAA here resolve the matter and offer Giaa her job back in SNS, she can't be this vindictive to ruin somebodies reputation to this extent, had she not filed the CINTAA report then Giaa could work again.

I only mean that road to SNS is closed. God willing Giaa will have a bright future.

CINTAA is not against Giaa nor is this big bad world. It is about following rules and regulation.
Many others would have done many other things too but they had not signed a written contract with their producers for 25 days and then allocated 10 days to somebody else for some other work saying that I have 10 free days as I shoot for only 20 or 21 days😕. But the papers say that you have a written contract with your employer for 25 days so how can You take direct panga. And be all wishy washy that...I'll manage in 5 days...and when you are cornered and when the contract of JDJ comes out then SP freaks out as there it was clearly stated that 10 + days for jhalak is required. Giaa had to get a NOC from SP to work in JDJ so why did she wait till the last minute to show the official paper to SP.
Breach of contract is a serious offence one shd take it seriously. And now why so much hoopla after Jhalak has started coz the judiciary is very slow and moves like a turtle. Paper and serving notices takes time.
But Giaa has erred and has erred BIG.

Ok another question...does actors & actressess of colours not come under CINTAA ???? If they do not...then I agree with the article that Gia will go ahead maybe with the new shows of colours...but if they do...then why is the channel not being asked to stop her from working in any of their shows...so I do not agree with the article...there is lot between lines...

Gia when signing the contract could not be that naive to not know what is there in her existing contract & because then she would have quit the show all by herself & just not get into this controversy...if she stayed till the last day & was asked to leave then there is lot which has happened backdoor & will take sometime before it comes out...so I will still wait & see how this will unfold !!!!

It does sound ludicrous, could be to get more of the public to vote for Giaa in Jhalak and if they believe this as we have no reason to doubt, come out to protest against this injustice on Giaa by CINTAA and the production house.

I absolutely know about the contract so stating some facts and truth. Who cares what we think ...Fact will remain fact. BREACH of contract is main cause ...That's why this term is being used too.
She had a written contract to be with SNS for 25 days. You all can ask Giaa or SBS SBB whatever. If u see some interview she had said also that ...haa contract tha but I shoot for 20 days form that 25 days allocated to SNS. Fine u shoot for 20 days but the paper work says a different story so how can a overlap 5 days and allocate 10 days to another show. JDJ comes twice a week so 10 days is required no rocket sc. When ever SNS poeple have gone to meet GIAA after her ouster she was always at JDJ sets so she the time management & crunch.
What can the channel do if the actor says my heart lies in dancing now so they had to let her go and since she was bound by a contract so action surely will be taken as she has erred and BREACH of CONTRACT is serious offence and simple reason for lawsuit
Who likes and who doesn't is of no importance... it a fact and TRUTH that it is GIAA's fault that she did not pay attention to the fine lines of the contract.
