in yesterday's episode Kakisa met Abhi for the first time, Saloni introduced them to each other, & then Kakisa said to him 'tum to kahin bahar they na'(u had gone abroad, when did u come back). While nobody knew before that MB had a son.

I know we did not know but may be she knew that MB had son who was taken away by his dad. AS mB said and he was told all wrong things about MB. so may be it is not blooper.
