I have read all the updates....I think. Then how is Urvashi pregnant now? Did they go to doctor for artificial insemination?

I think show is getting more interesting with Pia's entry. Does anyone know who is playing Pia? It is funny how Singh family is trying to keep the whole Urvashi-Brijesh-Tara thing a secret. 😉
