Bhoomi calls Arjun twice on his cell phone but he doesn't answer. On the third attempt, he answers his phone and tells Bhoomi that she didn't do right thing. Bhoomi pleads him to listen to her but he disconnects the line.
Mansen's lawyer hands him some papers. Khushal asks him about it and Mansen makes him read the papers. Khushal then tells him that he should inform Yuvraj about this. Mansen tells him that he doesn't want anyone to find out about this as of now, especially Shaku. He tells him that he would do what Shaku wasn't able to and if he succeeds, they would be able to do what they want.
Arjun is at a meeting when Bhoomi comes to meet him. He leaves the conference room and goes to his cabin. Bhoomi follows him. He tells her that he doesn't want to speak to her. She tells him that she didn't do anything to destroy his self-respect. He tells her that she hid a big thing from him. Bhoomi tells him that she supported Shaku in her decision and she didn't think she did anything wrong. He asks her as to what relationship does she have with Suraj that she bailed him out and that she could've asked him first. She asks him whether he wouldn't forgive her for this. She tells him that she needs his support. He tells her that she should've told him at the time he accused Mansen but her silence made him bow down to Mansen. She tells him that she didn't tell him anything because Shaku asked her not to. She starts crying. Arjun looks at her then places his hand on her face. He tells her not to repeat this again. He tells her that he never wanted to hurt her and always thought of her as his strength. He tells her not to hide anything from him anymore. She is about to tell him about Suraj and Shaku but his phone rings. After attending the call, he tells Bhoomi that he has to leave right away but before he leaves, he apologizes to her for shouting at her.
Mansen meets Suraj and gives him the papers. After reading them. Suraj tells him that he is being unfair with Aksh and Yuvraj. Mansen tells him that he wasn't to make him his legal heir and treat him as a son. He tells him that he wants him to live in the Heritage House as Yuvraj's elder brother. Suraj asks him for his reason behind this. Mansen tells him that he has faith in him and believes that they could do anything if they do business together. Suraj tells him that Yuvraj has always supported him ever since he came to India but he can't accept this offer. Mansen tells him to take his time in making his decision. He tells him that he knows that he would be able to do what Yuvraj and Aksh weren't able to do for him; and that he would be very proud to call him his son.
Mansen tells Yuvraj and Shefali about the papers he gave to Suraj. Yuvraj tells him that he made a good decision. Khushal tells him that Suraj is making a mistake by not accepting his offer. Mansen tells him that Suraj has proved that he is not greedy for wealth. Shefali tells them that she doesn't think that Suraj would accept this. Yuvraj tells Mansen that he would convince Suraj. After Yuvraj and Khushal leave, Shefali tells him that he may use his own son one day to get what he wants just as he is using Suraj. Mansen tells her that he is bringing Suraj to this house because he knows that he would do anything for Yuvraj and he will be their weapon against Arjun.
PRECAP: Arjun and Bhoomi talk about bringing Khushi home. Bhoomi talks to Manasvi about this. Suraj meets Khushi at the orphanage. Khushal asks Mansen as to what would happen if Bhoomi succeeds in bringing Khushi home. Mansen tells him that he wants Bhoomi to succeed. Bhoomi enters their room and they are shocked to see her.
