They have to eliminate the contestant with least votes no matter whoever he is. If they do not, then it will be a case of cheating the public who voted spending money from their pocket.

If they do decide not to eliminate anyone i will demand no charging on SMS voting for the next week.

I remember now. it was in American Idol, when they didn't eliminate a person one week and they eliminated 2 people a week later. This way they counted all the votes of 2 weeks and it was fair to the public and to the contestants too.

If SRGMP really doesn't want the public to feel they wasted their money, they should count votes of 2 weeks and also eliminate 2 people.

I dont think they will eliminated two, this happened in the past and keeping that history - I can say they wont but yes the votes of two weeks will be counted together.. This is what they are gonna do..

Too Unethical!!!! But cant tell them also anything - they might have done to avoid controversy 😕

anu - that's probably what they will do. because at one time, in lil champs the 'mentors' used their executive privileges to override the elimination and no one was eliminated that week.

however, the following week, only one person was eliminated.

dont compare this show with american idol, sony does what they want to do and they will show a drama so that at the end of the episode we all can feel as though they did a good job by not eliminatiing.
i believe the three singers said somehting like "we wanted to sing indian patriotic songs, etc but channel refused". bull! slap on the face to all those who supported them by saying "how can they sing indian songs". it just shows that everyoe is here for the money and fame, patriotism bull!
either that or channel made them say this now to justify non elimination.
i dont want to fret and fume and waste my time over this, am done.thx

I think this time it is going too far. It is supposed to be a contest and a contest must have a predefined sets of rules and regulations and emotion should not come into play when adhering to rules. If there are no rules then it should be declared as a serial.
If the ones who had landed in the trishanku had already landed there even once earlier; there is no justification at all to attribute the result being influenced by any special situation.
Just because the voting public cannot come back vocally at this disregard to their verdict, does not mean someone should conduct a contest arbitrarily and lower the sanctity of the contest.
