For one thing, to state it simply, I did not like them being entered directly into the final 14, bypassing the auditions and preliminary and Mahaguru rounds..yes we can contemplate that they would've won those rounds and come this far for sure..but let's not assume anything here, especially looking at the politics and strategies that goes on these so-called reality shows..

Thats the difference maybe between them and Amanat like u and someone else pointed out..he went thru the whole selection process and reached here like everyone else..

I know Sarmita and I agree that its not Aneek or Abhijeet's fault in any of this..but inspite of everything I can't make myself to like him or enjoy him being here in the top 10..somehow their entry into Saregamapa C2007 seems very unfair to me..

Why even brahamstra round ..they should have competed right from begining like Amanat did.Also, u cannot assume that he would have cleared all those rounds easily...one mistake n he cud hv been out..remember Raja lost to Amanat n had to struggle to come bak...Well, I agree though it's not their fault...I like Aneek's singing n wud hv appreciated it more had he entered just like other contestants...

👏👏👏 Well-said. U've mentioned some good points here. One thing I'd like to add is that even if Aneek was in the competition since the beginning, he'd have brilliantly passed all the elimination rounds. Reason: he's truly talented & deserving & a singer of his calibre cannot go unnoticed. So, according to me, his entry is very fair.

I kind of agree to what you say that they should have competed from the beginning. There is no doubt about that. But, when you have already been promised by Zee TV to come from the bramhastra round then how will you go for the auditions. To tell you the truth, all these things are created so that these controversies go on for ever and Zee TV comes No.1. Lots of things are done in the show that should not be there. As far as Raja is concerned, I like him. He has got a very good smile. But, he has forgot his lyrics more than once. But, still he is there. So, nothing is fair. Mauli's getting No.1 and 30 points is not fair. Himesh's not supporting Sreshta(though she performed better and she was from his gharana)and saying that Mauli is the star of the show is not fair. Salman's taking off Aneek's shirt and no one opposing and making him perform like that was not fair. So, there are quite a few things which should not be there. Amanat, according to me should complain to the Zee TV producers that why he was not promised an entry like the other two when he is also a winner.

Every one is entitled to have own like/dislike.

IMO, not having Aneek in this competetion would have been a great loss for music lovers. His presence has posed challenge to others, not making it a cake-walk for anyone. I guess that's the main factor of botheration for many. His inclusion has raised the interest in the contest.

What kind of rude comment is that? I thought it was against the rule of IF of attacking the contestants directly....You don't like Aneek because you know Aneek is a threat to your favourite contestant....isn't that?

FYI--Aneek didn't win Bengal SRGMP by public voting..and it was Zee's decision to bring them down there...it was neither Abhijit or Aneek's personal choice....ther prooved themselves capable, impressed tyhe judges and .... that's how they got into the competition...Don't you remember HR requesting ID? I'm am sure it's not Aditya Narayan atleast who convinced the judges to keep them in the compition. In future I'd request you not to attack a kid personally at least where there is no doubt about his competency or capability..

I wonder how come title of your topic does not include Abhijeets name then...

You can say "I don't like so and so"... but it's unpleasent to say.."bothers me"...It is a personal choice of choosing words I guess...

Can we just talk about their singing capabilities instead of their entry?

No matter how well Aneek have been singing, I've never liked him, neither will I be able to like him in future as well because the fact that he has already won SRGMP Bengal through public voting, keeps on bothering me n never makes me like him. (same goes with abhijit)

I like Amanat and I do know that he has already won Dubai SRGMP, but atleast he didn't win it through public voting. He won it through the judgement of music directors like BL and ID, which makes me like him more. Moreover, Amanat had to go through the selection process again to get selected by ID to participate in the world challenge. He didn't get a straight entry.

In short, Aneek bothers me a lot, even more than mauli. Two people I don't want to win this competetion at all are Mauli and Aneek and it's pissing me off big time to see them on the top 2 spot this week.

Just curious to know is there any1 like me or people will just go crazy defending Aneek.
