Saarika....sings good????? - Page 3

I think we're all expecting the song to be sung like how Himani sang it. She has a husky voice, so she sang it in that manner. Everyone doesn't have to sing it that way.

Sarika's voice was thinner, but so was the original singer, Lataji's. Check out the original.

Can't imagine Sarika as a playback singer. She reminds a lot like Pamela Chopra. I guess, mentors were still praising her becoz "ego/prestige issue" ho gaya, as they all protested against Ashaji's decision.

Despite being in sur - her Nasal twang or tones completely change the flavour of the song n a negative way.
Only seasoned composers can use this tone to the advantage of a particular song but for the most past It does not have a mass appeal , hence Sayonara will be appropriate for Sarika Ji.

exactly........the pitch of the original was very high as well. but i can understand why some ppl don't like her voice.......its different.

sarika is really bad! my ear aches when she sings.Sarberi is good singer but need to improve her dressing and posture while on stage.

haan, sarika gaa toh sakti hai. bas yeh doosri baat hai kee kaisa gaati hai. uske baare poocho hee naheen toh behtar hoga 😛

I just do not accept this, if somebody executes singing in perfect way , many of the minds tend to brand them as nasal. Poonam is Nasal, Sarika is Nasal!!! OK if just by being nasal somebody can sing like that .. let there be one nasal round as well!!!
