My too.😳 I just loved him in Lukochuri..he was so hilariously funny and crazy and romantic all at the same time.

What was the name of the movie where Moushumi chatterjee was the heroine , a uneducated girl who was trying to learn english and doesn't manage and starts chewing up the alphabets hoping she can remember after that.

There was another movie after nayak that touched me a lot - I think it called Memsaheb . I think the actress awas Aparna Sen>i especially remember the scene when he comes backfrom the job assignment and finds out that she got killed in a bombing incident.The expressions on his face was so intense.. just unbelievable !!!

Adi.....Uttam Kumar was not there in 'Lukochuri'....infact it was Kishore kumar who had a double role in the movie 😛
u must be referring to the flick 'Ogo bodhu sundari'with Uttam kumar & Moushumi.....it was a well-made comedy flair which had the unparallal actor late Santosh Dutta(Satyajit Ray's Jatayu) in it. 😊

Another brilliant masterpiece of Rituparno is his 'Utshab' 👏 His'Shubho Mahurat' is also a must watch.....an inimitable suspense-thriller 😊

Soory A mix up...Lukochri was the KK double role one.. Actually I was talking about "Chhoddobeshi"-the bengali version of Chupke chupke where Uttam kumar was just too good !!(thanks anolda !!)
