😆😆😆... i've unfortunately had quite a few embarrassing moments with my net dupattas and embroidery on my cholis getting stuck in the wrong place at the wrong time!

but it's not just girls u know... i went to a wedding recently where some guy was wearing a dupatta with ridiculous tassels at the end... and God knows how it got stuck to my choodiyan 😕... took ages to unravel... and where was the badtameez cameraman at this point?- on us of course 😡... it was very embarrassing 😕

i agree....in emaet they didn't do shaadi as a theme yet..if they did...the stage would've been greatly decorated..and all the girl and guy contestants would've been very very very well dressed in indian attires!

In Calcutta I believe there was this bengali serial called janmabhoomi going on when my mom visited last.. It was a serial to do it zamindars et al.. My mom was so inspired by their dresses..that she ended up picking these monstrous kurta set for us all !!! I am not kidding !! the Janmabhumi kurta was monstrous and she wanted us to wear it for Durga Puja !!!😲 Well my dad and bro threw such a big tantrum that i did not have to do any..😆😆 ..

Then every year she insists on buying us those silly sherwanis for Puja.atleast one..with the dupatta thing rani you were talking about.. All i can say is once I had to wear😕 and also lost that damned dupatta...😃

We are trying to ban entry of any hindi/bengali movie that shows these monstrous dresses from reaching her...🤢😆
