it's good practice for the kind of career most of them can expect to have- stage performers. now we cant have 30-40 new singers getting into playback every year, can we? phir? nachenge naheen, poora stage nahee use karenge, toh wall-flower ban kar lip-sync karne ka paisa lenge? 😉
