We have talked so much about our favourite song situations. But now let me tell you about one beautiful song which disappointed me totally when I saw it in the movie "Mere Sanam". I had imagined "Pukarta chala hu main" to be a song picturised on the lines "jawaaniya yeh mast mast bin piye" with the hero driving all by himself on a mountain road or something like that. But when I saw Biswajeet singing the song in the movie, it was a real let-down!

This song was a tremendous let-down. When I first heard it, it seemed to be the MOST romantic of songs....add to that Rafi Saab's voice! I was quite thrilled and was longing to see the move.....but but but...when we saw the movie, it was like air wheezing out of a burst baloon!!

I felt Raaj Kumar must be singing this song to Meena Kumari but haayee...he sings this song to a glass of booze!!! what a let down...although it is implied that the song is also meant for Meena Kumar...it was a massive let down for me....
