rare2005,

Totally agree with your observation.

Regarding Debo, many times he missed on pronunciation, and mood of the song. Also, looks like he had song lyric in front of him. I am not sure why/how everyone agreed to let him sing (or not sing) from song-lyric. He failed miserably and ID realized that within few seconds. As soon as mentors finished putting numbers, and keep in mind that those points were not that low after seeing Debo poor performance, ID walked out.

I am a big fan of ID (and his music) but was very disappointed to see him behaving like a child. In past, we all have seen ID praising and supporting the singer who performed well. But, this time he let us all (his fans) down by his behavior.

i too had the same reaction that they are being unfair to debojit before i watched the show last night. but my opinion changed after listening to debojit's song.

i agree "tumse milke di ka hai jo haal" is not worth performing anywhere (maybe in bathroom :)). but again he struck me as the one who made least number of mistakes.

We would love to hear your comments. I too felt the same way after Debojit's singing yesterday. Mind you, I like both Hema and Debojit almost equally😊. He indeed attempted a difficult song and somehow many things went wrong during the performance - his voice cracked (2 times that I noticed), he went besura couple of times and I found lack of energy in his rendition. He sounded extemely tired yesterday. Because he attempted a difficult song should be no reason to give 9 or 10 to someone. I don't think he did good justice to the song.
Now, coming to Hema's singing. He's the only one who did the leaast number of mistakes. As Aadesh had mentioned in the earlier stages, "Difficult song doesn't make you a winner, Pick a song you're comfortable with and do your best". I totally agree with that. Although I was disappointed with Hema's song choice, I still think he was the only one who did completely justice to the song.

i am glad i am not alone ... :)

Iron: "Debojeet did full justice to the song..he dared to attempt a song sung by multiple singers He was too good.
Same for Hemu and Himani was also great this time. Vineet was ok

I recorded but prefer to hear only Debo & Hemu they did awesome...Yes Debo slipped once but hey that is the toughest one too"

I fully agree with you Iron. Debo attempted a very difficult song & he did a pretty good job at that. Hemu sang well, but his was not as difficult.
ID was right to leave. Even in the last week's episode. Debo sang well, & the other two mentors gave him 6 & 7; though evidently he deserved atleast 8 or 9. I am a big fan of Hema's, but letting other contestant down just because you want your contestant to win is not fair. HR is beyong logic & he is deaf as far as any music is concerned. But it is sad to see even AS being unfair. So ID was right, & lets hope it brings sense to atleast AS.

ID should not have walked out of the show. He also did injustice to hema many times, he never appreciated him and always gave him 9 only even for Saathiya song except in the last episode. He gave 10 to all the participants in the last episode. Moreover he was mostly responsible for Nihira's exit. He blames public and others for her exit. Anyway Debo is cashing on his Drama.ID and Debo are no exception, they are playing their trics now, more cleaverly and playing sympathy card. This is my opinion.

I totally agree that AS is not fair to other contestants many time (let's not talk about HR, calling him "unfair" would be unfair to the word "unfair"), but same problem with ID. He doles out 10's to all whether they deserve or not (e.g. vinit is not always not that good to get a 10).

I watched the show yesterday in Canada where Ismail Darbar walked off the set. Some of the postings under this and other thread have enraged me - the ones that claim that the only reason for ID walkout was the fact that Nihira was voted out and he does not have enough sportsmanship to accept the decision. If you are blind, deaf and stupid enough to think that ID walked out *only because* Nihira was voted out then I don't know where to begin with you. Adesh Shrivastav is an A-hole and has been taunting ID and treating Nihira and Debojit unfairly for the longest time. There is only so much abuse a person can take (especially from a sore nobody like Adesh) and there is only so much injustice a person can tolerate- I support ID for walking out on an idiot like Adesh S and not putting up with his Bull Shit anymore. And then there is the shameless promotion of Vinit and his so called "real love" by his mentor Himesh - I think HR wants to keep vinit in the forefront just to stroke his own ego - he gave Debo, Himani and Hem less marks for flawless singing while gave his own contest a 10. I am glad someone is speaking up against injustice - Well done ID!!! I MISS NIHIRA - she was the most talented of the bunch and the shows standard has been lowered with her being ousted.

i agree that it would be wrong to say ID left because Nihira got eliminated. but his frustration or suffocation that he described was inexplicable given his behavior in last few episodes.
