As ON Today's date he is appearing as the GUY who is a REAL SINGER is all SENCE..
A GREAT SINGER And A GOOD HUMAN together yields the BEST SINGER..and thats what DEBU is..

HE is GENUINE...Not a jls GUY like H or V.

I think nihiras elimination was a HUGE BLUNDER by gaj.even the singers were shocked(what a singer and person NIHIRA was and what she meant to every one gaji cant understand.).singers must be a very worried lot. they may have decided to protest then.IT was like a gambling match,any one could be axed

do you think debo is not worried.vinit got 15% then31% then out!!!.vinit may have reason to wonder-how?HR is a bully(a succesful one) he threw a tantrum.singers threw one too,gajji didnt expectit.
every one likes debo. I have not seen anything negative by ANYBODY.i am 100% sure that other singers are very fond of him.and why not.he is a gem of aguy.

Wrong judgments have been made in this show earlier. Do you think Raktima deserved to go out before Rajeev. Or Sharib before Vineet or Rajeev or Paresh. Come on give me a break. But why should Debu be victimized every time. When the contestants agreed to a show where public makes the final decision you will have to accept that. It was never said that this part of India is allowed to cast so many votes and this part cannot. Till now it was in your favor and this system was Okay for you, now that it is going against you its bad and you walk out. Why didn't you walk out when the first candidate Raktima was victimized by this system. She surely did not deserve to go out first.

But why should Debu be the legitimate candidate to be eliminated every week. Why not Vineet? Is Debu so bad. Debu is in such a position right now just because of HR and AS's negative comments all the way through. Now everyone thinks that he is bad. To tell you the truth, Vineet would never dare to try the Qawali song that Debu performed. He was a bit shaky during the first 30 seconds, but he was fantastic after that. The alaaps, the sargams, the taans, it was mind blowing. If Vineet is good, then Debu has to be better than that. I am not the one saying this. History speaks. Which judgment should we respect: Pt. Jasraj ji or Himesh's.

If they were scared of ULFA then they would have left the show secretly not like this. So all the arguments about this is BS.

Nihira/Hema/Debo - The Very Best of the lot.... Fullstop

Very strange things are happening.
I don't think the kids on their own would do all this drama.
They are placated by the people who are supposed to guide them and groom them properly.
It smells of greed of the showmakers for publicity, shallowness and timidity if the news abt threat etc are real.
However the kids shud have learnt from Nihira abt accepting unacceptable result with grace and dignity. If they are behaving in such a manner at this stage of their career then how they will do in future.

It is said that the music is language of soul.
Pure music comes from pure souls.
And it has already been proved by Nihira.

lemme say again and again that hema's parents hav spent the money just for publicity and not for votes and every other contestants did.....just go to the other states and look if they r gettingpublicity in the same way or not...the two lakhs they were talking abt was not for pamplets or posters but for a cut out on a highway road in hyderabad which needs quite an amount to crack it...and wats wrong if his parents spend money for publicity...if hema was ur own child ..would u keep quite without promotting him...and saying that whoever wins is not important...and as every one knows most south indians dont watch this show and hema needs extra publicity than the one he gets on the channel and watever he has done is not wrong...if the two contestants walk out it makes no SENSE for the third one to stay and support and bfore knowing the inside story dont post such topics sir...and did ever hema say that debu should not ask for votes in his language ?did he?and better start making relevant comments sir......and i dont want to say anything abt vinit cos watever u said...atleast somepart of it was mentioned in the news papers...and when u were talking abt the votes ...hemu did get votes from south but he did get some from other regions too.?is it the same with debu?

I am from south and I use to vote max for Nihira and Hem. But Nihira is voted out and I don't believe in Hem anymore, I am not commenting on his singing but on his behaviour and so I will vote for Debu only. Plz guys vote for Debu.

Now my question to these brave contestants are, where was your fighting spirit when Nihira received the lowest number of votes. Why didn't you walk out then? Did you all really think that you all were better than Nihira and Nihira was undeserving. Or you all were happy that someone more knowledgeable than their unethical mentors is out of their way.

So why did they walk out now because their so-called undeserving candidate got the highest votes or they are scared to the bone.

I was stunned by the audacity of that dwarf Vineet. How did he dare to call Debojit undeserving? Does he think he is the best singer there? And how did he get that idea: because his backboneless mentor who does not understand ABCD of music said so. Let me tell you one thing, you self destructing arrogant 17-year-old kid that in India Pandit Jasraj ji is the last word in music, and you have LOST to the same "so called undeserving" Debojit in SaReGaMaPa Fame 2005 just six months back. And that time public was not the judge, Pt. Jasraj ji was. SO DON'T YOU EVER DARE TO THINK THAT DEBU IS UNDESERVING. You will have to take two more births to perform the "Alaaps" and the "Sargams" that Debojit performed in the Qawali round. First learn to be a good human being and appreciate good music and talents, then claim that you are a good musician.

I always loved Himani's and Hemu's performance. Now I am ashamed to know that they followed Vineet too. I have few observations for you Hemu.

It is OKAY that your family spends 2 lac rupees on advertisement, but it's a CRIME when Debojit gets more votes than you. It is OKAY that you ask for votes in Telegu, but it's a CRIME when Debojit ask for votes in Assamese and Bengali.
1. Its OKAY that you get 40% of your votes from four states (AP, TN, Karnataka, and Kerala) from the southern part of India, but it's a CRIME when Debojit gets 70 % of his votes from seven states from the north east part of India. Where the rest of India is concerned both of you got pretty much the same percentage of votes.

I expected more class from you and Himani.

Call me Devil's Advocate but these are few things my friends that we need to think of before we vote the next time.

Everybody should read this article, Wonderful man, what a nice writing. Your comments show that you are writing from heart. I was also trying to say these things all these days but could wrote like you. Everybody should read this. People are just double standard and listen to people like HR and AS. Actually ID had exposed the nefarious plan of these two AS and HR by boycotting the show. Do you think people would inderstand thier planning to get Debo out if ID did not boycotted the show. These two are so cunning, in last few rounds they stopped giving Nihira perfect 10, but given 9. So that ID could not complain and I am 100% sure if they given Nihira 7-7 ID would have been boycotted the show earlier.

If ID had left the show yesterday During Nihira's elimination show I would have had more respect for him. It would have been a worthwhile cause.

Here is my analysis on why he left the show.
1. He already was upset that Nihira was eliminated.
2. He came back to the show because he did not want to abandon Debojit and had good hope for his next performace.
3. Id himself felt Debojit's qawwali performance was not great. I could see it on his face when Debo was singing that this was end for his Gharana. Ofcourse Debo did not deserve 6,7 and 9. He probably deserve instead of 6 & 7 may be 8s? His qawwali did not start out right until he picked up the pace with Ishq Ishq part. If he was happy in his heart with Debojit's performance he would have said "you have sang good no matter what marks you received" as he was leaving. But I did not hear him say that. He kind of indirectly question mentors marks that is all. His feelings about Nihira's elimination.
4. Lower score again for his contestant 2nd time.

I think it was too little too late for ID to leave the show. If ID was going to leave he should have left after Nihira's receiving lowest score and along with her while she was eliminated. Not after but on her side along with her.

I personally feel Debojit is a good singer. I am not discussing about his votes or anything. He was not the best out of the top four in today's qawwali performance episode. Viewers will question him receiving highest % of votes when they know he was not the top performer.

I am just being another devil's advocate and it is strictly my opinion. No one has to agree with me at all.

I do not want to comment on all of your point, But I want to comment on highlighted point. I also saw the show, ID was very sad from the beginning. ID is the only mentor who enjoy everybody's singing. He always shake his head on everybody's singing. He has always shown same kind of feeling for all contestants. But today he was completely in bad mood from the beginning. I never shake his head on any song. Of course he shake once when Debo was doing Alaap. If you had recorded it, go and watch it again.
