why did himesh give hemu an 8 when everyone else gave him a 10? i'm surprised himesh made it so damn obvious about his bias! i thought he wus smarter than that! cant wait till this episode is aired in US

If debo is talented then why not he got votes from all over India. What happened if 75% of votes, which he got last week from aasam peoples, were not counted? Plz stop public voting and call all leading & living legends from Music industry.

Gr8 news for Deboo fans!!! 😛 😛 Heard from a reliable source in Silchar, Assam (my home town) that Deboo has got a huge margin of votes in his favour (pray it comes true).

Is it wrong to support a contenstants from your own home town? I don't think so. I am proudly supporting Deboo, he needs the encouragement to sing better & better.

When it comes to support, people do not follow any other logic other than emotions (we support our cricket team even when they play badly, dont we?).

Please note: There is no singing prodigy in this competition.

Yes, I do agree with saum_bangalore.
Debu is improving continuously and he sings much better than vinit, but surprisingly Vinit's weaknesses are overlooked by both AS and HR and HR no doubts hypes this guy for his own ego.
I support Debu and Keep on supporting him because he has the talent to go forward and he is the only participant who has always remained low profile and most ignored by the biased judges like AS and HR.

I feel sorry for Nihira going out. She must have been there in the final 4. She is a very deserving singer. Debu should have been out after he made mistakes. The final 4 should have been Vinit,Himani,Nihira and hemu. They are deserving.

I also get irritated with HR and AS supporting Vinit and Himani but what would Vinit / Himani do for that??? They are still good singers.

For those who think that Himani and Vinit are not good singers I just suggest they download the songs of SRGMP uploaded in CoolToad.com and hear them sing each and every song. They have been performing really well in all their performances. Nihira has also been really consistent. Consistency has been there with Nihira,Vineet and Himani.

Hemachandra is also a good singer but certain songs of his has not been great. Pls do download all songs of all of them and hear to them before making any judgement. When you just hear to their songs and don't see the Drama their mentors you would be able to judge better.

I also feel there should be no regionalism in voting.

You obviously seem to have a soft spot for Debo and you are absolutely entitled to your opinion.

If you look overall and consistency week after week, I still think that Debo is the weakest of what is left and Nihira should have been here instead of him.

We do not get to see this episode until Tuesday - so will not comment yet on the marking from the mentors - although I do not pay too much attention to that anymore since there are obvious biases creeping in. In fact I have only found ID to be the most impartial - as he has not hesitated to let his own singers know of a bad performance and has been quick to credit other mentors' singers with good performances.

Last week - though I would have marked somewhat different. Hema would have been higher than Vineet. Vineet sang well - but he was not exceptional - the song he sang was created to generate emotions and obviously it did with the voting public. Hema was exceptional and Himani was as good and better. If one goes by your marking system of taking into account difficulty of performance then Nihira should have deserved the "11" last week as she sang a very difficult song - really well <I have already posted earlier that I thought her song selection was what brought her down>. Debo also had a tough song and should have been marked higher - probably at the same level as Vineet (because of the one miscue in the antara).

It's all good though - if you call all these singers bathroom singers - then I don't even have a word for myself.... Just chill ... chill - just chill...😊

Soft corner for debu? ummmm....... ok YES in a sense..... in a sense that I spent 3 years in assam......by that standard hema scores more as I spent 5 in bangalore (it is not far from hyderabad), himani even more as I spent 10 in haryana, nihira........now, your guessing mind wanders....kyon? You start calculating my age??? no way.....😉

Choosing from these singers is not a tough job (as I called earlier and stand by it even now) as no one is more than a bathroom singer for me. I appraise each of them as if I am going to buy an album of his/hers. The habit of being a bit choosey even in case of singers I presume to be able to sing outside their 'hammams' as well, trickles down to call these folks as such. As of taking a tough song vis-a-vis opting for an easy way out is concerned, I will always go after the one who has been put to a more rigorous test. I would say, an IAS dropout is better than a matriculate. Have you heard them americans announcing for forthcoming movies on their channels? How they keep bragging: Oscar Nominee...so and so....? An oscar nominee for them is better actor than a non-nominee? how, though I can't tell.....

As of ID's impartiality and others' otherwise conduct, I have this much to say: we all (voting people) should consider a mentor (so called) no more than a SINGLE VOTE. In absence of their deciding power to choose one and also their being a party to the benefit itself should be an adequate reason to debar them from voting -- however acceptable name (mentometer) they give it (their voting). Apart from locating a spot to vent out their ire, they (being known as professionals) also influence the common minds to a significant proportion while voting. The mentometer is still the power that restricts the transfer of absolute power into the hands of omniscient janta. 😭

DEBO rocked.......i bet if u gave hema or vinit that qawwali.....they would even be comparable to debo....he chose a Freaking difficult composition....i think a small mistake it that huge intricate compostion does not deserve a damn 6.....aadesh is an ass...im glad Ismail expressed his feelings..

one last comment....Ismail Darbar truly appreciates all the singers....not only his own...he pours his heart out and does everything to compliment them....on the other hand...adesh and himesh are only in love with their participant....it would take me 20 pages to express my feelings about himesh and his chottu and their love for each other, aas for aadesh, ive never seen him give a heartful praise to anyone except for hema and himani.....

im postive that vinit is gonna announce that his love is himesh and how he plans to come out of the closet..sorry vinit fans...
