Mussarat was amazing and it is hard to think about any body else for this song than him, just like Mauli for Mayia Mayia.

There is no comparision between Shashi Suman and Mussarat.

Shashi Suman sang it straight with minimum harkats.

Mussarat took harkat in each and every word of the song and jo depth Mussarat ke voice main hai woh Shashi Suman ke voice main nahi hai.

Anamika, I dont know why but I find your opinion very much the same as mine many a times.

Mussarat was not my favorite in C2007( It was Amanat) but I've heard his Saanware more than 50 times, thats a maximum I've heard any other song in SRGMP. Mussarat's Saanware is unparalleled for me. It was out of the world. Not only his harquaten, it was his voice which takes me to a trance everytime I hear his Saanware. I cant say the same thg for Kamal's Saanware (though Kamal is one of my favorites but I can't be biased). His singing was flawless but it lacked the soul which Mussarat's Saanware had. Or perhaps Mussarat's voice was more apt for the song. Whatever be the reason, Kamal's Saanware was good but Mussarat's Saanware was just divine.

PS: Sashi Suman's Saanware was not that good (even technically) IMO.

Nicely written. Actually I cannot write so much technical things. I beleive my ears and I put my opinion honestly.

I dont enter into most of the topics I entered this only when someone wrote Kamal surpassed Mussarat.

i agree with lifeztuf.

Voice of kamal is very good, simultaneously, I can say that there are many better voices too

With voice, perfect sur and range is important

I just heard Mussarat and he was superb. Kamal's Saware was good but nowhere near Mussarat in my opinion.

Totally surpassed all the renditions I've heard on a reality show!

The performance that I've always loved of this song was by Hemant Brijwasi. His voice has this khanak to it which was very pleasing to hear!

the same khanak i heard in the mesmerising voice of rini which was having very pleasing and soothing effect on the listeners.😊
