Can some one please complete the list of members of SRGM orchestra? Along with photo if possible.

What I have collected so far is

Danny Key Boards
S Vidyarthi Music Director
Girish Dholak
Bunty KeyBoards
Anup Octapad & Rhythm
Dominic Bassist (Bass guitar)
Prasanth flautist (flute)

??? Lead guitar (who is he)

This amazing band was appreciated by A R Rahman as well.

Did you notice the comparison of Sniti with Janis Joplin ? The lady from the band Big Brother , she was also an arranger & keyboarder, I think she died of heroin overdose sonn after Jimi Hendrix died, whats your input GB?

Did you notice the power chord on wawa in raat baki?

All I remember about Janis Japlin are those weird B&W music videos.

Yah I was also thinking about WAWA. Wawa is my fav gadzet. Mixing wawa with echo or delay produce different efffect. BTW whom I m to tell you . You know a lot lot lot better than I. 😊

No dear. that guy has left SRGM some time back, the Iyer you are talking about is younger brother of Ramesh Iyer the guitarist with R D Burman , I know him.

thanks Indra bhai for posting the names of different instrument players on this band. They are very talented people who have devoted their life to music and unlike singers and music directors they make very less money. In my opinoin they are the back bone of this show but very seldom they are appreciated. Few weeks ago I tried to obtain information on these musicians but couldn't find much on the net.

Some of the members comment that most of the songs on sa, ga, ma, pa or Indian Idol are repeated numbers. Thats correct folks, the reason behind it is that these numbers are on their finger tips and they can play these tunes effortlessly, whereas on new tunes they really have to work very hard and there isn't enough time either to practise with singers and band. Don't get me wrong folks, basically they are capable of playing any tune.😊

Please post their pictures as well.😉

Indra bhai, I guess Lead Guitar is Shubham, Danny can also play drums.
