I have a question to those who say that he's going off pitch/tempo, what do you mean?... this is a recorded track, the whole song is in key as far as I can tell, albeit with the help of pitch correction software ofcourse... and he's in tempo as well... this is a given for all recorded tracks, all sound engineers/editors ensure that everythings in pitch/tempo before the track gets released.

No. I mean for this whole game each of the singers are divided into groups....4 singers make up a team. The judges are the "gurus". Basically SRGMP format!
