The commowealth composition by A R Rahman is disappointing and singing is not his forte. I would have expected someone else to have sung the song and also wrote the lyrics, but it was given to him so it is his choice. I have not heard any good song composition from him the last couple years, and I have to say Slumdog Millionaire compositions were weak.

Has A R Rahman become over-confident? If he has in fact, then the CWG composition will work as a wak up call and a reality check for sure.

No, i dont think if hez over confident.. I mean his music is awesome its unique cant be compared with any other kind.. And yes he has given great music in the past but u cant really compare slumdog music with his past music cuz slumdog is not bollywood movie .. Its an english movie so based on the style of the movie the music was made. But yes even aftr gettin an oscar i still dont see any pride on his face... Hez pretty simple guy... Hez got his own style goin which is simple ..He does his work n entertain ppl with his unique style of workin.. Which is not so common.
