I believe all the mentors are good and have their own charm. Whether its Himesh Reshammiya....Aashiq Banaya Aapne or Ismail Darbar's Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam or
Jatin-Lalit's Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. But my personal all time favorite is Aadesh Srivastav.

A great fan of Aadeshji from Dubai.

I think Himesh Reshamiya. If a mentor can go to the extent of altering music to support his student - what else you want man ??

But isn't it bad. He is trying to prepare a weak student. As a teacher he should build a strong one so that in future he can face anything. There will be many tough exams in his life. There is way too much competition everywhere....

Mine are ID and AS. They have both churned out the best talents due to proper schooling and disciplined singing. They have drilled and grilled their students to such extent to make them competent in any singing arena.

Any day ID. He is very down to earth and encouraging. He seems sensitive and gentle (and good humored). While others were being mean to the contestants during the initial phase, he was continously being supportive and encouraging. I think he is a great guy. This even shows in his music... I rate his song ' Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan' the best in last 15 years (with due respect to A.R. Rehman)

AS is a very good mentor...he always beleived in his contestants from Rajiv to Himani...he has been encouraging..he is always praising others too..he doesn't get much footage in the main episodes but when you look at uncensored episode he has been saying good things..so wonder y his good comments get cut...

I think when we are talking about best mentor we are talking about how they trained their singers .I fully agree that ID is the best person of all the four ,best it's AS who is actually well above others in terms of the improvement he brought about in his contestants.
